Love everything about this drama except for the psycho pervert's story. I mean, his story was good up until…

Started watching this without realizing it's a novel adaptation of Way Of Choices. No wonder the characters' names and the story seemed a little familiar.

On Strong Girl Bong Soon Apr 23, 2017
Title Strong Girl Bong Soon Spoiler
Love everything about this drama except for the psycho pervert's story. I mean, his story was good up until the episode (ep 5) where Bong Soon somehow let him escape. It kinda went south from that point on. The whole kidnapping and looking forward to the big rescue seem bleak and boring.

Bong Soon's best friend, Kyung Shim, knew too well that the pervert has not been captured (ep. 12), but she was walking carefree listening to music in the middle of the night while dragging her luggage through the neighborhood where she almost got kidnapped; does that make any sense? What really upset me was how the writer purposely created an *nonsensical* opportunity for the psycho to know about Bong Soon's weakness. He didn't hold on to other victims' phones, but he did with just Kyung Shim's? I just don't understand why the writer kept this psycho survive until the end. He or She could have created another psycho for the second half of the drama.

I stopped watching the last couple episodes for a while because once again, the pervert got away again (ep. 14). Gook Doo was pointing a gun at the pervert, but he didn't shoot him until he got inside the car. Okay, I can understand that Korean police can't randomly shoot the suspects, but where was the Gook Doo's team when he was confronting the pervert? I just find it difficult to accept the miraculous escapes that the pervert was able to pull throughout the drama.

Enough with my rants. Love the chemistry between the main leads. Love the comedy of the side characters. I'm glad this had romance and comedy in it; cuz it wouldn't have done too well without those elements.

Half way through the first episode right now, I can't help but wonder how Zhuang Shu was able to move to America and attend school over there. What about language barrier, lodging, food, and money? His mom didn't seem like a wealthy lady. It seems a bit unrealistic at this point.

If not because I have to go to work, I'd finish this drama in like 4 days.

Good chemistry between the main leads except for the Soon Young and Ho Tae couple. I think they don't look good together and their story's boring. The last 4 episodes have a rushed feeling, especially the last episode. It kinda lost its way by trying to give a speedy resolution to everything. At the pace this drama had been going, they should have added another episode to wrap up other side characters stories.

I'm not quite happy with the ending, even though it was a happy ending. It was a good drama overall.

Title A Daughter Just Like You Spoiler
Not sure why, but for some reason, the couples just don't look good together..... watched 10 episodes of this but couldn't really get into it. The grandmother's frustrating AF, and her son's a good for nothing, useless piece of shit.

The first episode was so good when In Seong's mom gave her husband the divorce paper at his 60th birthday. I thought it was going to be an exiting revenge making her ex-husband and his family miserable, but nope, she's just a pushover after all. Hope's really a source of disappointment.

Title Glorious Day Spoiler
Currently on ep. 15 and I find it hard to understand why Writer Han Song Jung doesn't want to tell the her daughters about his ex-husband. I mean, if he keeps showing up at her house, she should know their daughters will eventually find out at some point and the whole thing would escalate and DRAG for another like 8 episodes for no reason. To be honest, it's quite frustrating to watch. If not because of Jung Da Jung and Seo Jae Woo, I would have dropped this in a heartbeat. Ugh!

EDIT: lolz the 8-ep drag was a guess but I got that right. I just don't understand why there's a need to ask your family members if they have time to talk when the talk isn't 5 min long. For the time that they waste talking about nonsense, they can just sit down and get straight to the topic. It's a family drama, so it's gonna be dramatic, but the drama feels forced. Still, I can't stop watching because of Da Jung and Jae Woo......sigh.....

Getting bored of this. There are so many fillers I skip most of the parts. The story is also getting nowhere.…
lolz I'm laughing so hard.
If someone says: OMG I love this drama! Nobody would say WTF, explain!
But the moment someone just says So boring, dropping this right now, it's like a death sentence.
Oh...don't roast me, I'm in love with this drama BTW.

Chinese historical/wuxia dramas would have had higher scores if they had a happy ending. Far too often, either one of the main leads die or they both die. It pisses me off when the drama's like 60 episodes and no happy ending. I wonder if Ye Hua didn't wake up at the end, what would have happened to the rating?

Do NOT watch this one. You will experience severe withdrawal syndrome after the final episode, like emptiness, irritability, sadness, jumpiness, and craving for more knowing too well you can't have anymore. You have been warned!

hey guys since unfortunately i don't know any Chinese can someone explain to me what does the A means at…
Yep, it's honorifics. Similar to what you would see in Korean dramas.

Ah-name or A-name is a prefix that shows affection. There's no gender or age base for this prefix. Usually used between relatives, family or best friends.

`er is the honorific for son/child. Parents usually call their son name-er and daughter Nu-er (means daughter). Sometimes in a relationship, the older guy would show his intimacy with his girlfriend by calling her name-er.
