He is definitely a tsundere but not exactly a red flag. He has a fowl mouth because he is extremely blunt and half the time, the FL finds out how supportive he is towards her through others. He does get possessive eventually - specially once things get messy between the MC due to lack of communication between the 2 parties so you can’t really blame only him for it completely.

You need to keep in mind that the story isn’t your usual fluffy romance. From the first 5 minutes it’s made clear that they broke up after dating for 6 years because their relationship was toxic (to them). It’s more like a second chance drama that mostly focusses on what caused the breakup (almost 80% of the drama) before we get to see how things change for the better.
It’s worth the watch but can irritate you at times if you do not like complicated relationship thropes. Best wait till Wednesday/ next Saturday so you can binge the whole drama if this is your type.

There are two options:
1. Don't get into relationships with people whose job may involve such scenes. If you know you are uncomfortable with it/ it's against your beliefs, why force yourself to tolerate?
2. Have a serious talk with your partner and make sure they know where you stand. If they still choose to take work that would make you feel uncomfortable, then they are not the one for you.
As for outsiders and the morality police- don't let them decide for you
