#34 #35 What a twist. Getting close to highest point of Gu Juisi vs. Lou Zishang. I think Luis Xueyi loves this…
I don't think LXY loves it that much to play this type of character. I do agree he's good at it, and that's why he's been cast in some of this type of roles. He's getting more main role projects in his pipeline from what I can see listed on MDL. Hope it works out for him professionally.
I wonder why iqiyi didn’t provide any express or fast track package
Interesting in demographic range between the two platforms. Why do you suppose that's the case? Pricing, marketing methodology in reaching subscribers, or the type of shows available on them?
When Fan Yu speaks out loud he lowers the IQ of the whole city 🙄
Wow, this line is very harsh. I need to borrow it for real life use. The only problem is when I use it, the idiot is so stupid he doesn't even understand simple average math to grasp his ultimate level of stupidity.
I don't think Gaolang disliked Zhou Ye in the beginning because he was a concubine's son. I believe it was because…
Hey...maybe you're right. =) Maybe it was because he was the concubine's son. We don't know all the reasons. It could be as silly as Zhou Ye was a vegan and Gaolang didn't like vegans.🙄 Hehe
I adore Liu Xue Yi. In fact, he is the reason I picked up this show. I love him in this role as a villain but…
I have to say he is well cast for this role. Had it been someone else, I don't think this character would have carried as much weight and impact as a villain who could draw sympathy from viewers due to an awful childhood that wasn't in his control.
If Liu Xue Yi wasn't in this drama, I wouldn't be watching it. But if I was watching and knowing the character's…
Totally make sense in that you know the character more than what had been presented to viewers in just the drama. I'm sure in the novel, LZS is super complex and multi-layered given his sad background and childhood ordeal which shaped him into how he is as seen in the drama.
If the Zhou family ends up truly ruling the court, especially in the hand of someone capable, I feel this is the best ending, because Fan Yu doesn't deserve to be Emperor. If Fan Yu were to be the Emperor, it basically means LZS is the grand winner because Fan Yu is his puppet.
Fan Xuan becoming the Emperor was largely credited to Zhou Gaolang as they fought fought many battles together and made plans TOGETHER to give the people a better world. So I would even go as far as saying HALF the dynasty should be Zhou's; thus it's fair for any Zhou's sons to rule as long as they are capable individuals, like Zhou Ye.
We are on the last stretch of the drama. Four episodes to introduce the new emperor and more palace conflict and…
I don't think Gaolang disliked Zhou Ye in the beginning because he was a concubine's son. I believe it was because he felt Zhou Ye didn't have the desirable traits to be a top general; that his son is too soft such that he couldn't/wouldn't kill innocent people which sometimes is necessary during wartime.
