I'm afraid I didn't like this drama and dropped it. Maybe it got better after the second episode but I couldn't…
superpasta (great nick by the way!) I did understand at the time that there was a point for the development of this story however the plot was far too dramatic and sad for my liking and I dropped it even if I generally like Fujiki very much indeed. I was glad to read that you enjoyed it.

Title Beginners!
This was a pleasant easy going story which was mostly about friendship and mutual support. The delicate way the Japanese treat these feelings is always a plus in their dramas and they were perfectly mixed with the setting of Police training in Japan. I recommend this drama for a relaxing watch.

This is a drama that had all the good characteristics for me to enjoy it to its full. Original plot, comedy, romance, good actors (without eye candy though) and a great OST. Unfortunately what ruined all my enjoyment was the chovinistic slant to the story were women were shown to be weak, frivolous, whining and undecisive. I found the crying (more like baby yelling) of the women in this drama to be incredibly humiliating and unbearable with the men watching in a pitiful way most of the time. I gave it a 6 only because of the reasons that I stated to start with otherwise it would have been a 4 for me.

I agree with Obsession92 as I enjoy almost all the OSTs of dramas as they are perfectly suited to each particular moment. For example I also enjoyed RMPW's OST very much indeed and lately I am enjoying the one of A Gentleman's Dignity.

This was one of the best Japanese dramas out of quite a lot that I have watched so far. The acting was absolutely superb, the OST very well suited and all in all a very involving and original story. What I really liked about it was that it focused mostly on the topic of friendship as well as love and how the main character Hyuga changed so much from the very first moment. Thumbs up for this fantastic drama!!!

This is a wonderful drama with a very sad story superbly acted by Nakai Masahiro. The music is also outstanding.…
Hi shinju this was a long time ago and I can't quite remember but it was one of those sites like doramax264...I'm sorry I can't be of much help and I hope you find it.

I personally have no problems in understanding Spanish (as I am Italian) but is it OK to post reviews in other languages other than English on here like Jurpque just did?

OK I will let you know what I think of AGD. For the moment all I can say is that there is no eye candy whatsoever LOL!! and for a Korean drama it is quite strange. Yes the chemistry amongst the four friends is absolutely fantastic, but what I don't like so much (as always in most of these dramas) is the chovinistic side to the message that when men get older they remain young inside and attractive, whereas it is not the same for women? When will they make a drama about 40 year old women having fun? In the US they did Sex and the City but it was also about 30 year olds...sigh!! :-(

Hi Bladey, I am so glad to hear that you liked Nodame Cantabile so much as it is amongst the few dramas that were given 10 by me. Initially I was taken aback by weird acting as I wasn't used to manga type acting but by the end both the main actors had totally conquered me and as you say the classical music was really the added bonus to this great and very original (I agree with you here too) story. For what concerns RMPW I am waiting for Eric's subtitles which should be ready today and we can comment it afterwards if you want. I convinced my two children (22 and 19 years old)who are not big drama watchers to watch it too and they are enjoying it. I am also watching A Gentleman's Dignity for the moment and I am finding it also quite original as it is not the usual romcom at all...have you watched this?

My first ever drama was Zenkai Girl but what got me hooked on drama watching was Long Vacation. After being a Jdrama addict for many months I have recently moved on to Kdramas and the addiction is the same. I agree that some are not as good as others but all of them are somehow fascinating.

I just finished watching this and I enjoyed it a lot. I have to say that in many ways I found it different from the first version and obviously more up to date with our current times. I haven't read the manga of this story but I know that many people say that the Onizuka character is much more similar to the manga one in this version. I liked the way Akira portrayed Onizuka as he succeeded in making the story interesting. This is a good school drama.

I enjoyed this drama although through most of it I was bothered by the personality of Dokko Jin. His acting just didn't seem natural to me and the character that he played was arrogant for most part. I also don't understand why women in dramas have to be constantly treaded over and I was cheering for the doctor until the very last minute. In any case I still considered it an entertaining watch as it was funny and lighthearted and I gave it an 8.

This was an entertaining lighthearted watch for me but I can't say that I felt any real chemistry between the main leads. Maybe this was because I didn't find Kang Ji Hwan particularly fascinating and he seemed a little bit unnatural at times when trying to act funny and carefree. I have to agree that starting from episode 12 the story started to drag a bit and the ending didn't particularly hit a chord with me. All in all a good drama to watch but not the best for me, I rated it 7.
