Title Best Wedding
Everyone, need your help please. I cant decide whether to watch this or not, all comments i saw reveal that this…
I would not accept money to watch this again. Starts out good, then transforms into trash along with the main characters! The worst is the ending of some episodes bait you with hope that the drama will take a turn for the better. The female lead character is a small ray of sunshine in this darkness.

It's good show?
It's a good drama even without subs. Someone provided a link to the trailer in an earlier comment below.

I agree with the list. I will add two of my favorites:
1. Heart to Heart - Phsychiatrist Ko Yi Seok who never recognized personal space
2. I Have a Lover - Husband Choi Jin Eon who spawned a mass of hate comments and divided the viewers into two camps...For and Against him.

I intensely hated the beginning episodes and dropped it. Came back to watch it, but, fast forwarded through the middle. Ended up really liking the ending episodes. I was glad I watched it. Very controversial. Hard to stay non biased while watching.

how melodramatic is this one?
More drama than melo, but, not intense thrilling drama. Just the everyday cases of police officers, a rich dysfunctional family and several ahjummas. There are potential ships. But, none has sailed by ep.19. There is still time with 100 more episodes left. lol

I saw a clip which got me interested. Came here to see how many episodes it had - 120!!!! I though 74 bad but…
Most daily dramas are over 100 episodes and are 2.5 hours a week, total. This one is not bad, even though I took an oath never to watch them again until they are completed because of bad endings. This one surprised me. They are building the depth of the characters very well and the storyline is some what predictable, but, still interesting enough to want to see the next episodes. Try it. You can always drop it.

Kim Ji Han needs the most luck. He was superb as Tai Tai in Empress Ki. He needs better main roles.
Soon Si Soon is very underrated. Noticed him first in Flower Boy Next Door and loved his acting since then. He is good in The Best Hit.
Jang Geun Suk, already a star, needs a lot more good luck to offset the string of bad luck that has plagued his career.. The tax scandal turned out to be an error by his tax accountant over his China earnings a few years ago. He was never charged or investigated for tax evasion. He paid US$10 million in fines. The press blew it up as a scandal because it sells advertising. It is ridiculous that he had to step down from the planned show. But, knetz feed off scandals and go from love to hate in a day without any proof. Since, he is already a big star in both acting and music, then, he just needs to go more that a year or two without negative press. He's already wealthy.

Choi Min Soo's piercing gaze, delivery of lines and body language in both The Royal Gambler as the king and in The Sword and the Flower made him my favorite asian actor!. The Sword and the Flower is useless without his performance.

He is definitely in the top 5 list I had a love/hate relationship with him. I loved his style, confidence, makeup and accessories! I hated his ruthlessness. Mr. All-Eyes-On-Me!

The best first time dramas are ones relatable with good detailed subtitles. I was lucky that my first two asian dramas had subs that explained typical words that sound like part of my mother tongue after years of watching dramas. Eg., oppa, noona, oma, etc., and many others that you naturally pick up with each drama. My beginner's list would have:

Lie to Me
Boys Over Flowers
Coffee Prince
You Who Came from the Stars (Because aliens are relatable ;))
Empress Ki (Got 3 of my family members into dramaland prison with this)

At ep. 14, I have given up hope that this will become closer to the warm romantic comedy like Goong. I pretty much dislike everyone in this drama at this point. The characters are irritating making it hard to root for them or sympathize with them.

Why is Seung Ho's face so flawless? I wonder...
Seung Ho has been acting for 17 years, practically from the womb! Bo Gum only has 6 years in front of the camera. He got some lucky breaks very quickly.

I love this, but, it is giving me anger management issues! The bad guys went from zero to wicked in under 60 seconds! I can only yell at the screen! LOL
