Actually the drama is based on an unfinished novel that only updated up to 7 chapters and based on that 7 chapters the male lead and female lead married very early in the first few episodes as they were arranged marriage. Also the drama is based on historical figure, the princess in history married the younger brother so she definitely won't be married to the male lead. So rest assured. XD

Yeah Xu Kai has finished filming and wrap up on 24 January 2021 the other day but other cast member imcluding wu jinyan is still filming. Xu Kai will start filming with Yang Mi on Feb 27th tentatively

I just can't believe they did that scene where Consort Rong was brought to the palace in the carriage and legit make her "lover" chased her down introduced his character only to kill him just a few seconds later with a freaking MOUNTAIN AVALANCHE happened and just flood him over and kill him (obviously it was within hearing distance with the envoy because Consort Rong and her lover were calling out to each other) but when the AVALANCHE happened the people in the envoy just be like "did you hear something? No we don't have time to stop to see what happened let's just keep on going". I never knew Avalanche didn't produce any sound or even kill the envoy as well or at least swept them over as well. It's just such ridiculous scene that after that I can't take the series seriously anymore.

Yeah it can't be help that some people make it personal when it was just dramas. But I saw many people who doesn't know Xu kai but started to follow him after watching the drama so better these type of audience than those who make it personal.

Of course I did. People should really watch this drama where jealousy for love can really turned people ugly inside. Afterall we have a prime example up here. Drama can really depict reality sometimes. Haha

The plot is very well written and smooth up until the few last episode where everything suddenly just mess up as if different script writer take over the job. Needless to say Kris Fan is a very good actor and he carry this drama well. Also I love Qing He! Her character transitions is very well done.

I love this drama. A hidden gem in all the c-drama released this year. Script writer is very good in peeling the plot smoothly while remained consistent with the main storyline of Li Jia. I was a bit skeptical of the acting on the 1st episode but the casts all delivered their role perfectly after that especially Joseph Zeng and Cherry Ngan.

Yes, thanks for visiting my page. I have tried to watch it until episode 10 but I found it I don't like romance drama that just make a compilation of sweet moments and take any profession as a background of that sweet romance compilation. But neither did I went and comment on the drama page because the genre seems popular and many people like that kind of sweet tooth drama and I respect that. So what is your point?
