Same ML if you like Sakurada Dori, and he has just about the same persona. In Perfect Crime he's more angry, though, and the romance is dark, not sweet. The FL is the same in that she easily gives over to a physical relationship, and is a bit of a pushover in her interactions with every one else. Both are heavy on intimate scenes.

Hirugao is the more serious, somber show about affairs, and Fukigen na Kajitsu has more romanticized affairs with a lot of intimate scenes. Both have lonely wives with disinterested husbands, as well as awkward mother-in-law relationships where the mother-in-law is too involved and doting. Both involve wives contemplating/weighing the value of an affair before it starts, but Hirugao focuses more on those affected and morals.

HPL focused on art, romance, and family with a bit of corporate politics. AIL focused on art, romance, and corporate politics with a bit of family drama.

I feel the HPL characters were almost lifted from AIL.

The ghosts in both dramas want to settle their unfinished business on earth before they move on. They both discover that they can possess a person. While they use the person that they possess to find about their deaths, they also help them improve their life.

Voice is the original Korean drama and Voice: 110 Emergency Control Room is the Japanese remake. The villain in the original is superbly portrayed by Kim Jae-wook.

While the main theme of Secret is not infidelity, both have darker romances of people falling for people they did not intend to fall for, and intense hate-to-love elements.
