Both dramas are: thrillers, have plots that are told through flashbacks, and include romance.
However, Circle also has a science fiction element to its story.

For the richness of the characters here indeed the characters are also quite consistent, so you viewer, stay well focused haha

the intrigue is quite complex but thank god we do not get lost, on the contrary we are sucking

and the budget is crazy and it shows! a regale ocular one like the other!

In He is Psychometric, the male lead sees the PAST of a person he touches.

In Touching You, the the male lead sees the FUTURE of the person he touches.
'
So both involve "touching" and sees something, either the past or the future.

The female lead accidentally causes the male lead's lover to die and he wants revenge. It is a hate to love scenario.

Some may disagree since the situational set-up is not the same (ie in Marriage, Not Dating they are not in a boss/employee relationship but a contract marriage relationship) but I see very strong similarities between the FL and ML interactions.. The ladies are both straight up FEISTY: physically feisty and argumentatively feisty and determined-to-be-themselves-when-they-don't-necessarily-feel-accepted-by-society feisty. In both dramas, the MLs are equally assertive and give back as good as they receive and you can tell they subconsciously like the challenge the FL puts up as they find themselves falling for the girl against their wishes. The banter is right up your Beatrice&Benedict alley (my favorite type of romance to watch).

Aside from the fact that both series had Nishijima Hidetoshi as its main cast, both series were centred on the Public Service Bureau and dealt with a number of complicated cases related. Both series also had some interesting mysteries/issues to delve into and some good action as well. Not to mention the OST was good as well.

The couples are brought together by both fate and a political marriage. Our princes struggle to balance their treacherous positions with the love of their lives. They mask their true love, thinking that they're protecting their significant other, but unintentionally wind up hurting her. Deeply scarred by this love, our female leads turn to the powers of the River of Oblivion to put the past behind them. The stories pick up again some time after a heart-wrenching romance already began and follow them through as fate brings them back together in a world that threatens to pull them apart.

The romance that centers these dramas have some similarities, but the stories themselves are very different! The cast, production and soundtrack are all stunning. Both dramas are worth watching!

Both of them are adapted from the same Pantip post and novel.
If you've loved one, you'll definitely love the other one.
