Time Travel element is the only similar trait. If you like time travel you'll enjoy both.
Live up to your name Dr Heo has a lighter feel to it and a nice amount of time travel. The actors have a good chemistry and I really enjoyed the ending. Both of these are my favourite TT dramas.

Written by same screenwriter. These dramas have completely different plots but a very similar feel and style. If you liked one you should like the other.

Queen Seon Duk is basically the same story but with the focus on Queen Seon Duk instead. Queen Seon Duk is however a bit less fact-based then The Geat King's Dream.

Both dramas have unique plots that are written by the same writer and have a melodramatic feel to it along with the part where the main leads are cold to each other at first, but warm up to each other as they spend more time together. Another Miss Oh is just a little bit more lighter and funnier. Both of them also have side plots

Both dramas have the same vibe, at least for me, they both have really weird plot points, and they're really funny. Plus they both focus on people living together.

These dramas center on a bunch of roommates in an urban setting (there is romance, drama, comedy...)

While EW centers on a bunch of guys friends who are part of the entertainment world and who run a guesthouse, AoY and its sequel centers on a group of college going girls who room together in a nice flat.

A girl without dating experience get a kind of simulation how it feels to be courted by different types of man (or boys). The stories are only particular connected so it feels like watching little cliche scenes of romantic situations.

Both have an older femal lead falling for a younger guy, as well as the male lead being the younger brother of a friend. In both dramas the female lead knew him when he was an annoying kid and then he went abroad. Now he's back and just as annoying but hunky, handsome and cuter than a bunny. There's other similarities, but to mention them would be spoilers. Still, if you've seen What's Up Fox? you'll get them anyway.
