Both have to do with Psychology. Sometimes Psychopaths, more so in I Remember You. Both Main Leads play Professors. Both help out the Police with their intelligence. There isn't much romance in Dr. Frost, but there's some in I Remember You.

Raise the Red Lantern is a movie about a young girl who become the mistress of a rich family, just like Zhen Huan At first she did not want to get married but she soon learns that she needs the master's love in order to live a "nice" life. The mistresses are all very different and they try to win over the master just like in Empress in the Palace.
This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. This literally gave me the chills after I finished the movie.

They are both slice of life shows that deal with college life. Age of Youth deals more with making friends where Weightlifting Fairy leans more towards the romance side. Recommend watching both of them.

1. Both dramas are set in college (Weightlifting is more towards sports, Love o2o is more towards gaming/ programming)

2. It has a similar vibe, give the same feels (VERY LIGHT, FLUFFY, CUTE)

3. Both male leads are SUCH BF MATERIALS OMG

4. Both will give you withdrawal syndrome

5. Can't get over weightlifting until I watch this drama

6. There is no true antagonist in both dramas (both antagonists are relatable and understandable towards the end)

7. Weightlifting is shorter (16 eps) than Love o2o (30 eps) but both are very addictive, both dramas don't feel draggy or long. One is a Korean drama, the other one is a Chinese drama.

8. somewhat same pace of relationship between both leads (weightlifting as friends, love o2o as gaming partners)

It has the same feeling to it. Two people who randomly meet and become friends. They both have these conversations that make you see their deep connection they share. They both have that "billboard" and basketball court that appears near their apartment.

If you like one, you'll definitely like the other!

It's a story about a budding romance between college students. One has a cheerful character and the other is heartless at the beginning. The characters were well developed.
