Both the movies have good chemistry between the characters. Simple love stories with not lot of complicated characters.
Both movies have a drama version.
Both the dramas are better than the movies, as you can see the growth in the characters. Would recommend watching the dramas related to these movies as well.

Tha characters are playing with love and with sexual weaknesses of their opponents too
Both female leads are sent back in time. Although there are huge plot difference between the two dramas, they share a similar sense of direction. They both start very light-heartedly and joyful only to go down a much deeper path with an emotional twist. However, the time travel aspect is a heavier story element in Faith than it is in Moon Lovers, but still, Moon Lovers is pretty entertaining without having to surround its' plot around time travelling.
same plot about 'contract' married/date, grandfather's wish to have his grandson married, rich man main lead, and simple-life-minded-lead girl.
Both have same female lead actress and tell the story of her character becoming friends with a guy who she at first did not like or understanding. She eventually gains feelings for them also.
"Cafe. Waiting. Love" is more of a romance fantasy, while "Our Times" is a slice of life romance. "Out Times" is better in my opinion.

Both dramas deal with jerk CEOs falling in love with innocent women and going crazy and being helpless. It's quite a funny sight. In both the dramas, their assistant helps them.
In both the dramas, the female leads come from rural mountain areas that do not have modern facilities like electricity, phone internet etc. Both cook rice on fire. Both are attached to a deceased grandparent. The male leads are super rich in both the dramas. Both of the series are hilarious!
Both tells the story of a talented chef and their work life in a restaurant. The differences are in 'Dinner', the main character is a chef who once works in a prominent restaurant in Italy while in 'Bambino', the main character just about to learn the harsh world of being a chef.
The characters personalities match but not completely. Both have romance and comedy to create a beautiful and enjoyable drama!
Both have woman disguising themselves as men and both grew up like that. Empress Ki is also a bit more entertaining depending on what you want to look at.
very smart leads cracking cases by examining them medically,,similar personalities and both shows give exact same vibe
Different plots on the whole, but I feel like both sort of tell the story of a person that was backed into a corner and how she tries to fight her way out. Also, both dramas deal with both very evil characters and those with shades of gray. Both are on the darker side (AM is Def darkerr) with specks of humor. Finally, both have story that really sucks you in.
Both are about an intense love triangle with two hotties fighting for a beautiful girl
Both have Huang Xiao Ming in their main and both are about men (two in SD) who are obsessed about a beautiful woman. Except that in SD, she isn't a complete idiot
The female traveled by in time, super crazy and funny. both main male character are handsome, famous, and beyond.
