Both dramas are full of suspense and in both dramas you'll find out the whole, real truth at the end and it probably will be unexpected

Korean actress speaking/acting as a vietnamese. It's not much I know but I had to think of Romance Town while watching Hanoi Bride.

Both are the stories about how a woman (a princess in QSD and an aristocrat daughter in TEOC) becomes - after facing many obstacles - the ruler of a country. Both are based on real characters, however their stories are dramatised for the shows.

The main difference is that while in QSD the heroine climbs the ranks first as a cross-dressed boy and then as a princess, in TEOC, the main character has to climb through the emperor's harem (and so the story, especially the first part, is more heavily focused on harem intrigues and conflicts), which is then replaced with more political plots.

Both have tragedy as well as a fair dose of angst (more so for TEOC though), well developed characters, are exciting and completely suck you in.

After finishing both there's this feeling of melancholic bitterness.

Somehow these two shows remind me of each other. Even though the original settings are definitely different, they are both featuring a "cold " (stand offish more so) smart man who falls for a unsuspecting girl.
The main guys are very similar. The main girls are a bit different. Boss & Me is a bit more mature than Love O2O (as far as romantic dynamics),

Both are really great light-hearted (and very cute) romances.
Especially,if you are looking for a get away from the plot twists and scheme in the other romance shows.

Both of these Japanese dramas are bizarre, twisting, sci-fi shows that center around mysterious hidden memories and a psychotic doctor. You won't be able to foresee the plot's development and conclusion, and once you're there you probably won't understand what happened either.

Both share many themes. My favourite being that constant question of: To leave or to stay. When the going get's tough, where do you draw the line among those you love and care about the most? In the end the answer is there is no line if you love them because love covers over it all. King's family offers an alternate ending for those Happy Home fans who were dissatisfied although while i enjoyed King's family just as much i'd venture to say the ending is not realistic but many people enjoy that sort of thing.

One of the main leads in both dramas travel back in time by falling into water, but Go Princess Go puts an extra twist to the concept with it being a guy waking up in a girls body, which kinda adds another dimension to the ensuring love story. However, neither lead seems to be overly concerned to have traveled in time and neither tries to intentionally (yet) change any course of action in history (such as e.g. Faith) while being perceived as a bit weird/too freely spoken by the other characters. Moon Lovers is more visually stunning while Go Princess Go relies on some sassy comedy.

Both dramas incorporate modern elements, Moon Lovers seems to be big on modern themed music while Go Princess Go tries its hand on more visual and modernized outfits & settings.

The main girls are both from the countryside and are interpreters, and the main guy is a rich. There's also angst and illness. Remember Lichuan is definitely the superior drama imo.

A girl (or two girls, sisters, for ATOTS) arrives at a new home and paranormal shit happens. Also older women treat her (them) like shit. Labeled as horror but neither of them are.

Both dramas are very similar, and have the female lead as the ghost and the male lead as the human who can see her.. Both dramas have mystery & supernatural aspects, and both dramas have a mix of romance and comedy. :)

Its the same story, only to be retold differently. I recommend watch the Drama Series first, because has some more info about the Nine Clans and some other stuff.

The movie is better, as the exploration of the tomb was more well done with endless traps and elusive escapes. If you like or dont like much the Drama Series, its sure you will like the movie.

Min Ki is also the lead in this one. A lot of blood and violence.
It's a dark-action themed movie about the lead who, because of a match fixing scandal, gets into trouble with shady loan sharks. He finds himself stuck in an amazingly violent underworld and sees no easy way out. He struggles with love and friendships because of his new job as a loan shark and ends up losing those near to him.

# Japanese
# 1 girl, 2 boys
# Guy steals first kiss
# Manga-based
# In Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai, the first male lead kisses her and confuses her, while in Heroine Disqualified the 2nd male lead does so.

It's about a girl who's in love with her childhood friend and wants to be his girlfriend, but encounters several difficulties along the way. Of course, another guy appears who suddenly kisses her and confuses her. He's extremely nice, but her childfriend keeps their relationship cool.
