Same slice of life but the friendship from the last episode of Kamiki no Satsukyu is not just similar in actors but the way they were interacting each other is similar to the friendship they had in Konto Ga Hajimaru but with Suda Masaki.

Plot sounds similar where female lead is transformed into the "nice girl FL" of the storyline and has to complete the plot while also falling in love with the villain.

Although different plotlines, the basics are the same - the ML, FL fall in love then separate but still hold a candle for each other, reunite and work it out. In crush the ML is blind and gets himself operated and his irritated nature makes FL not be able to be with her father during his last moments. The ML gets surgery and comes back. In L&P, the ML comes from a dysfunctional family of abuse and FL is a literal princess coming from a well-to-do wealthy family creating contrast and interesting scenarios. In both the ML is a genius with sad past and is lonesome, who is happiest with his bubbly FL.

-In both dramas the couple marry very early because a arranged marriage but slowly they fall in love and become a power couple.
-Both ML are highly intelligent and look down the FL at first because of their simple ways and lack of formal education but they start to love and admire them and learn that the life knowledgement their wives have is actually as valuable as the knowledgement from the books, both are complementary.

The biggest diference that can let down New Life Begins fans is that the FL in The Lady in Butcher's House isn't a cutie, she has a very strong personality and often uses brute force against the ML who is actually weak unlike the NLB ML who just pretends being weak

Both couples were abducted as children, went through the trauma together, and the FLs have trauma-related illnesses and personality changes as a result.

In both dramas the main couple have a childhood connection/shared traumatic experience. Both MLs are rich.

The relationship vibes are similar. They trust each other and maintain healthy relationships.

Both dramas are mostly light with a more serious turn toward the end, and a funny love triangle with the MLs in a frenemies sort of relationship as they compete for the FL who is close to both of them but considers one a friend and the other who she is more antagonistic at the start becomes her love interest.

Both titles deals with leads taking care of dead bodies and preparing it for funeral. Their job is looked down up and people sees them as bad omen. The prejudice, and hatred of people as mortician in both titles depicts the sad reality.

Both have male lead changing daily. In Beauty Inside the person inside stays the same but outside changes, in Wednesday is Missing it is the opposite.
