I think both dramas are similar in few aspects:
1. FL has terminal illness
2. ML and FL have a contract in the beginning but fall in love later on.
3. ML is supportive of FL, when learns about the illness
4. The ending is also similar - Being Positive

Tamamori Yuta and Oikawa Mitsuhiro are both in it, and once again high class cuisine is one of the topics.
The same vibes. Try to help people to grant the last wishes before go to afterlife.
Comedy and emotionally the same time in each episode.
Tell story about any kind of people situations.
Great dramas

MLs and FLs of both shows fell in love at a very young age and both of their relationships went through different stages and a lot of hurdles as they matured.
Both offer the fun and freshness of youth and love, and how impulsive/emotional young relationships are.
both also touch the viewers' emotions in very similar ways.

both are similar in:
- medical drama
- personal problems
- friendship, relationship, teamwork
- mentor figure that happens to be cold/cruel tongue
- learn a lot in both
code blue focuses more on medical cases and dr.romantic happens to have more company/politics sides
both shows are good in introduce to many different cases.
however it is slightly different for both second seasons. as for code blue's, the cast remained the same but dr.romantic had change their leads. but it is around the same concept. imo, i feel like code blue 2 might fit more in dr.romantic 3 (in making) as it shows how much the leads have grown.
- code blue has 3 seasons (s1 in 2008, s2 in 2010 and s3 in 2017) and a movie released in 2018.
- dr romantic has 3 seasons as well! s1 in 2016, s2 in 2019, s3 in 2023 (in making atm)

Both dramas center on detectives and the murder cases they have to solve. In signal detectives try to solve a serial killer murder case like in blind.
Both are dramas that focus on solving murders/revenge etc. Some scenes in beyond evil reminded me of blind
Boy and girl born poor and have to fend for themselves that causes them to gravitate to each other. Boy falls in love with girl and is willing to do anything for her in order for her to have a better life.
Story and setting of the series look exactly the same but only difference is the story is focused on multiple person in remember me but my only 12% is on main 2 lead
Both are high fantasy genre Korean dramas written by Hong Sisters. Hotel Del Luna is modern, AoS is historical fantasy. FLs are used to be assassins before.
Centers on a woman struggling through day to day life until she encounters, and becomes closer to, a man with a rough exterior. Through the bond they form they both begin to open up and enjoy life.
Both have a peculiar and reclusive older male lead that enters the female leads lives. They help eachother grow and overcome problems. Both shows also tackle inequality, bullying and student life.
Both are thriller/crime drama in a criminal/detective setting (not in all the episodes in the first responders). both solve new cases every episode, while also still having a main plot. there are few differences like in Voice it heavily focuses on crimes like murder and abduction while in the first responders it does have cases like murder and abduction but also suicide, and also in Voice the FL uses her supernatural hearing ability to save the victims, whilst in the first responders they use their own critical thinking and don't have supernatural abilities. overall both kdramas are similar in a lot of ways, and if you enjoyed one of them you'll definitely enjoy the other.
You can find out more about the story in Cutie Pie the series. I highly recommend first watching the series before watching the special episode. It will help you understand the story a whole lot better.
