A summer hit in HK, this romantic fantasy from Jingle Ma is shamelessly manipulative, incredibly cheesy, and totally sappy. It goes to extreme lengths to yank your chains and push your buttons...and it works. Amazingly, this manufactured piece of sap is also an entertaining, compelling movie.

An HK version of Ghost and Always, Fly Me to Polaris stars Richie Ren as Onion, a blind-mute who’s in love with his nurse Autumn (Cecilia Cheung). Before any feelings can be exchanged, he dies in a Meet Joe Black kinda way and proceeds to win a celestial contest. This flimsy plot device states he can have one wish - which he uses to live again. They deny him that, but give him the opportunity to return for one week.

* Both dramas have excellent cast and touching stories of good doctors caring for sick kids.
* Both dramas have doses of hospital politics and use of "faulty" medical supplies.

While the plots aren't very alike, both shows share the same colourful and vibrant aesthetics. If you liked the vibe of one of these productions you should check out the other one

I have read the novel for Heart Protection and recently watched Who Rules the World. They are similar as they both have some form of martial art in it, though heart protection focuses more on xianxia and WRTW focuses more on wuxia. They have similar plot where there is an overarching mystery for the main couple to overcome. They both have bickering couples, and it is a sweet romance

Kuriyama Chiaki & Takeda Kohei in a food drama. If you like Asian foods & drinks this drama is a must watch. Many popular Japanese stars in this drama.

Sequel of Katakoi Gourmet Nikki....is a must watch if you like Japanese or Asian foods. It gives you information about Japanese restaurants around Japan. Hiraoka Yuta doesn't seem getting older even he almost reach 40s. I enjoyed most of Hiraoka Yuta & Motokariya Yuika drama/movies.
