Both have more or less the musical premise although Beethoven Virus is more superior

Both have similar feel to them. They are comedies about small-town benriya (handymen) and their daily antics. Mahoro is a fraction more serious.

Similar atmosphere and general plot devices. A male lead that is nearly alone in this world who gets sucked into a mysterious, dark plot connected to their past. Tons of action, investigation, plotting, revelations, kidnappings, etc. While City Hunter's characters and plot are a bit more sophisticated than Two Weeks, both are still enjoyable.

Both are historical dramas set during the Joseon era. In both movies, the main character is brought into the palace because of his talent and thus involved into the court dramas.

Also both movies are based on real life events.

Ishihara Satomi stars in both. The plots are completely different, but both are good love stories that also touch on other subjects.
