They did this for all the loserwomen of the world

Chun Songyi is THE kdrama loserwoman of all time. Jun Jihyun does an incredible job at playing into the hammier aspects of Songyi's character while also making the audience root and sympathize with her despite her literally being a nightmare like she's got the range. Honestly Jun Jihyun is the best part of the show like her presence is the best on the show. And yeah, this is not the greatest show of all time. The second male and female leads are pretty weak characters and the villain is a very one dimensional run of the mill kdrama serial killer villain cause every kdrama needs one of those apparently. I still don't know how I feel about Do Minjoon but him laugh/sobbing while watching Songyi's video of her dancing to 'Marry Me' is perhaps one of my favorite scenes in any kdrama like it's absolutely hilarious while still being so poignant and it makes me feel for both of their characters. And honestly yeah if I was an alien who had been living for centuries I would also do anything to stay with Chun Songyi she's INSANE and gorgeous and its Jun Jihyun. Also I just think the leads are pretty cute together and there was a DalShabet cameo in one of the episodes so I kinda won. I am kind of biased as this was one of my first kdramas, but it was just such a 'turn your brain off and have a good time watching Songyi's antics' kind of watch and I do adore most of the humor.

This drama had Such a solid start. Unfortunately, it allowed itself to get bogged down by the on again/off again romance between two of our secondary characters (Who Literally No One Cares About) and completely forgot it's purpose.

What it's like to be a twenty year old professional in the Taiwanese work force.

And the romance between the lead characters. And the friendship between all four girls. And pairing them all off for the perfect, tied with a bow, happy ending!

Kind of important things.

This is definitely one of the most disappointing viewing experiences I've ever had, and I eventually had to drop this drama, because it clearly was never going to get back on plot.

It's better than you'd think.

I do have to admit the cover image threw me off from this drama at the beginning. It was giving "editing is my passion!" meme vibes. That being said, after giving it a go, this wasn't nearly as bad as I thought It'd be.

~Story:
Let's get the elephant in the room out of the way: Yes, this is definitely inspired by the *really good* Korean BL "Where Your Eyes Linger." However, am I mad about it? Hell to the no! And I'll talk about this in a bit.
Back to the point, the story was very well written for the mains and the mains only. I personally really liked it because it felt very complete from beginning to end (and because I love WYEL). We had so much plot about both characters there is literally no questions left to ask. That attention to detail is something that A LOT, and I mean WAY TOO MANY dramas of the BL genre fail to deliver today.
I do think it was a little cheeky and cringey at some points but, on the good side, it was well balanced. There was a bit of action, a bit of comedy, a bit of angst, a bit of drama, a bit of gay shit to clench the thirst, and a bit of cringe. I kinda wish the cringe was minimal, but once the main started singing I had to leave the room cuz I couldn't take it. Episode 7 is one of the most cringey yet hilarious shit Thailand has given me so far.
Everything else in the drama was definitely lacking on screen time to the point I wish it wasn't there. There was little to no room left to care about the friends and their relationship, and the mafia storyline was weak. They weren't well integrated, unfortunately.
Now, as a fan of WYEL, I have to say that this is what I needed. Honestly, WYEL was too damn short for a story that deserved more depth and Golden Blood became all the filler WYEL was missing. When I started looking at it from this perspective, I wished so badly the company behind WYEL could go back and create a full drama to give the story justice. Despite the fact Golden Blood had its faults, it is still superior due to how complete it is.

~Cast/Acting:
It is just as good as it is bad. I'm tired of repeating the same thing, but it's just that these Thai actors are all making the same mistakes over and over again.

Sky: It's satisfying to see how Gun has grown as an actor. The first time that I saw him was a couple years ago in "Love by Chance." His role there was... awkward, to say the least, but it has evolved into something a lot more natural. There were some parts in which he gave us way too much intensity, but I can live with it. At least it was watchable, you know.

Sun: I keep wondering if his "beard" was real or not. Either way I want him to eat my ass like it's his life source. This guy, Boat, was giving me everything my gay ass looks for in a man. Hard nipples, bitch. That is all. Okay, but he did a very good job for the most part. I kinda wish he had made his voice sound a little deeper, though.

~Editing, pacing, direction:
For something that doesn't seem to have a big budget, I think they did the best they could and it paid off a lot better than I was expecting. I once read a review that said the fighting scenes were bad but, honestly, they were the best fight scenes Thailand has given us within a BL. Except episode 7. Please let me forget the entirety of that episode.

Sis, this show has everything: Mafia, action packed lifestyles, college students acting like elementary schoolers, a beard that makes your asscheeks tingle when he's going down on it, that bitch with the chopped hair, unrequited love, past traumas, nurturing feelings, and more. I recommend it, SPECIALLY if you have seen WYEL.

Not worth the time

Cute drama with just enough funny scenes to watch but not enough of them to justify the time. Just finished this drama and the second and third couples worked better than the main couple. The cat is a scene stealer but the cat "mewoed" with it's mouth clearly closed. I did not connect with the characters as they did not make me feel anything but boredom. Sometimes it felt like going to the dentist and getting teeth pulled. This drama, while it had some cute moments, made me feel empty and like I had wasted my time watching it.

My expectation seem too high for this History franchise, so now I feel so disappointed with this series.

Not because this series is not worth watching, but if we look at another histories before this, both of them have a huge quality that is far above of this series.

The recurring story about the love affair between siblings, with simple conflicts between the main characters, makes this series seem like a fad.

This series is saved precisely thanks to the professional-looking acting of the main leads, because even from the musical side, this series doesn't seem to have the slightest good side.

If you just want to see it for the scene, I suggest you visit their specific sites, they have good theory and features instead of watching the crap for eight hours
Not only was it nonsense, it ruined the whole image we had of Oppa

Chemistry saves the world

If you are looking for something oscar worthy
This is not the series for you.

Recycled trope.. Yes!
Its a crime most drama these days are guilty of..

But Man the chemistry of the main leads are off the charts.
Even Bts are worthy of watching.
Yes both very good looking actors and both are likeable too..
But sometimes it doesnt equate to chemistry..
But this two pull it off..

Story is just right. Not bad but but not good enough to be lined up with i hear you're voice. Its good coz its unique. the story is not simple so you will want to finish the series. Something that I just feel so absurd (please don't take this against me) is that the guys are soooooo good looking for their love interest

The lead male is amazing. The way he changed his facial expression and overall aura from one person to another is outstanding. Something that I just feel so absurd (please don't take this against me) is that the guys are soooooo good looking for their love interest. The female lead is great too however, I don't find her matching the male lead's chemistry. I just think that they don't look together all the time.

Tan Song Yun, my favorite actress, was the main reason I chose to watch this movie. Despite knowing she plays the second lead, I was still drawn to it. The story follows a girl who has faced numerous hardships since childhood, yet she perseveres and continues to live her life. When another girl enters her life and offers her hope, things take a dramatic turn when she discovers that her crush is engaged to her best friend. Despite her feelings, she makes a mistake that changes the lives of all three involved. While most people would distance themselves after such a revelation, she continues to meet him, ultimately leading to their separation as she chooses to prioritize her friendship. To discover the outcome, you'll have to watch the movie. As for the fate of the first lead, it remains uncertain until the end.

Coffee Prince follows the footsteps of so many dramas that have a girl dressed as a boy, but manages to be unique and fresh. And those last two qualities make this drama a classic. All in all, it is an okay drama. The main story is interesting and entertaining, though the love triangle wasn't that good, maybe because it ended too soon for the main female lead and therefor it lost its strength early on. Plus, the secondary stories were just there to fill the gaps. Honestly, I thought they will forget about them and never show us what happened to them, but they managed to wrapped them up pretty neatly at the final episode. The romance was okay, though it failed to convince at the ending. Fortunately, the girl didn't miraculously changed into a princess of girly power, as all the other girls do in dramas like this one, but she remained herself and that was the main thing that separates coffee prince from the other dramas. Finally, the plot was just okay, with the episodes sometimes being a little boring, as the action didn't precede.

Mind-boggling but dries down towards the end

Story:
Well, I watched this because many people recommended this to me. The first few episodes were just mind-boggling and had me tied to my seat as the hero and the villain in the story made some super crazy moves. The constant back-and-forth strategies were definitely enticing. However, this seemed to die down as the spotlight shifted to the plaza members. I somehow was not able to connect to their characters at all! Towards the end, the villain just dries down. This disheartened me; hence, I took a lot of time to complete this show. Most often I was not interested in the plaza characters' forceful comedy and usually skipped those scenes.

Positives:
What pushed me to watch this was that this show's acting and visuals were amazing. I'll say its worth a watch because its great to see a new perspective in the hero's thinking methods. The Italian spice in this show was brilliant and catchy. And yes do not expect that lovey-dovey romance. Jeon Yeo's energetic and bubbly personality always cracked me up xD

Inshort:
If you're looking for something lawyers based, thrilling, crime and at the same time light-hearted some times this is it. The production and the fashion statements made are wonderful.
If not the whole thing I'd say Episodes from 1-10 and 14,15 are worth watching!
Don't think much, personally, I enjoyed this as this show left me with a sassy confident attitude for a few days xD

Korean movies never fail to make me cry. I actually liked the movie more than I thought I would. Zombie-theme movies always end up being cringy, but it was greatly executed. There were some awkward cgi moments, but the story and acting really helped carry the idea.

Acting was top-notch! As always Gong's acting is superior. I was really surprised by the little girl's acting. In the beginning I felt she was too stiff, but wow, towards the end you can see how much she had developed her character.

Loved the cast. I literally recognised every major character because I had seen them all in other projects they were in. I really felt for them. I love that everyone's characters were given a chance to shine. I really thought the movie was onky going to focus on the father and daughter. Happy I was wrong.

Will for sure recommend this to a friend because it's honeslty a pretty good Korean movie. ????????

It's a must

This drama is an absolutely amazing thing to watch and fi you haven't watched it then you should watch it at least once but if you have watched it once then you should probably watch it again because its just so amazing and it has a little bit of a rollercoaster of emotions but all the best dramas do.

First Love is to Die For!!!

As in the review is literally just like the title

anyone experience first love, during their younger years, don't lie,
some part of your conscience still cannot forget your first love.

Lets talk about the Story
12 episode is short but it conveys the directors and actors perception of the story, eerie questions fly into one's mind
Pre Mission
will this mission help me get close to my wife family?
will this mission benefit me?
will this mission help bring justice?
will this mission increase my net worth to provide for my wife?
During Mission
what's happening?
Am i going too far?
Protecting my wife is my priority?
what happened to me?
is this still part of the mission?
Post Mission
Will we be able to go back we were before?
Why are you on his side crying?
Is this the result of going to deep in the mission?
Do I still want to protect you?
questions asked by the ML is happening in today's environment, even in South Korea, a very realistic approach on the story. The 5 deadly sins is also heavily conveyed into one worst of somebody (you got envy, you got greed, you got wrath, you got gluttony, you got pride).

Lets talk about the Cast
a good cast, each character held its own, never new that the SFL is her first drama in south korea, and she got the lines and looks, now the about the title, FL and SML, they portrait that the first love is to die for really well, ML conveys the character pretty well, and its happening on all police officers. Chief and the Violent Crimes Detective, an example of do anything at all cost, supporting role cast filled in the shoes really well,.

Lets talk about OST
OST is not the strongest part of this series, the ending OST is intense, the good thing is they did not insert any cheesy ost here
all business,.

Rewatch Value
Yes, this is one of the top 20 pyschological thriller genre of all time, globally
for south korea, its top 3, number 1 and 2 for me is still "I saw the Devil" and "Through the Darkness"

now, does your wives, best friend, lover, have a first love from their past that you don't know about?
its gonna eat you and a good start of argument.
