Paralyzed by fear

This is officially the hardest episode to watch, and it completely breaks our hearts. The emotional conflict Sam faces is brutal: she finally wants to choose her own happiness and leave with Mon, yet she is weighed down by the crushing burden of family duty. As a fan, you feel Mon’s sense of helplessness and Sam’s immense guilt. It is painful to realize that Sam’s initial decision to pull away wasn't because she had stopped loving Mon, but because she was paralyzed by fear. It is pure heartbreak.

Beautiful

As a fan, this episode is beautiful. The beach trip gives us the absolute peak of romance and domestic sweetness between Sam and Mon. Seeing the two of them so happy, completely free, and deeply connected feels like a well-deserved reward for everything they’ve been through.

Sam has to learn how to apologize

This episode is a brilliant study on accountability and emotional growth within a relationship. The narrative centers on Sam learning to undo years of toxic, defensive behavior. Instead of hiding behind her pride after insulting Mon out of jealousy, Sam has to learn how to apologize and validate Mon’s feelings. The decision to travel analyzes their coping mechanism regarding Mon's insecurity: they choose to escape to a safe haven because the weight of society and the fear of judgment in public are still too overwhelming for Mon to handle.

Physical and emotional connection

This is the ultimate turning point for their physical and emotional connection. The intimacy they share in this episode goes far beyond romance; it is a profound psychological surrender. For Sam, it represents breaking free from the rigid control she maintained over her own body and desires. For Mon, it is the confirmation of being loved as an equal. The narrative analyzes this moment not just as fanservice, but as the official sealing of their commitment, proving that all the emotional barriers built since the first episode have finally been overcome.

Friends are crucial

Now that they are officially dating, the narrative shifts its focus to the learning curve of a new relationship. The role of their friends is crucial here, acting as a bridge to help them navigate these new social dynamics. It’s an exploration of vulnerability, showing that love also requires learning how to share space and life with someone else.

Internal conflict

This episode analyzes the psychological aftermath of breaking a boundary. Since they aren't dating yet, the tension shifts from external to internal. Mon suffers from the anxiety of the unknown, while Sam experiences a severe internal conflict: she wants Mon close, but her lack of experience makes her push Mon away. It’s an exploration of the fear of vulnerability.

Growing love

This is the episode where feelings are openly acknowledged. The most important thing to watch is how they navigate the confusion of their growing love, especially with the gap in their social status and age. The chemistry is absolutely off the charts!

My favorite episode

The emotional tension grows significantly. Every interaction feels more intimate, and it's exciting to watch Sam struggle with feelings she's never allowed herself to express. One of the strongest episodes so far. The comedy really helped release the tension of the chemistry between them. My favorite episode.

Sam slowly lowers

This episode balances comedy and romance beautifully. Mon's awkwardness becomes even more lovable, while Sam slowly lowers her emotional walls. The chemistry between Freen and Becky becomes impossible to ignore.

Funny and sweet

Watching Sam slowly become curious about Mon is incredibly satisfying. The office scenes are both funny and sweet, and every small glance between them feels meaningful. The slow burn romance really starts to shine here.

Amazing chemistry

The first episode perfectly introduces Sam and Mon's personalities. Mon is adorable, clumsy, and full of admiration, while Sam immediately feels mysterious and unreachable. Their first interactions already create amazing chemistry, making it impossible not to want more. It does a great job of setting up the emotional journey ahead.

Five Stars

I love Freen! Simply spectacular in the role of Lom. From the moment he steps on stage, his physical presence, talent, and charisma shine in every scene. They gave us action, tears, nostalgia, joy, and love all in one.

Making out while on shift?

I'm sorry, but Episode 1 makes no sense. As a police officer, you're paid by the public to protect citizens. You barged into a bar in full uniform with your gun, then started making out with your ex-lover. Your colleague walked in, you told him to leave, and then you went right back to making out.If this happened in real life, you would lose your job. Just wait until your shift is over. Taxpayer money isn't paying you to make out while you're on duty.

Felt like lip syncing

My only minor criticism is that some of Xiao Wu's singing scenes looked like obvious lip syncing. There were also a few moments where the editing felt a little unnatural, almost like AI generated cut and paste effects. They did not ruin my enjoyment, but they were noticeable enough for me to take off half a point. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect 10 out of 10.
