1st off i have to say from ep 1 i missed the last bit that came after the end credits & just noticed that there is an additional bit in this ep. so better later then never as i could go rewatch what i missed the 1st time around. also i am watching the edited version which is a bummer as have seen glimpses of the uncut version online but they snippets & not enough - yeah yeah thirsty i know. but the mains r hot, so u can't fault me lol **************************************************************************** anyway if i just take the mains into consideration this was another great ep - but Shi Yuhao is getting on my last never dude wont stop stalking & hounding Qing Lang & if he wasn't enough u got a bunch of morons helping him, feeding him info about Qing Lang & basically sabotaging Qing Lang -all cause they deluded into thinking they r a thing - so in their eyes they r playing cupid - or so i think. either way yhe fact Qing Lang can't react & has to keep quite, as he already explained why that wouldn't be good & how it could backfire - Shi Yuhao is taking advantage of the situation. so glad that Qing Lang at least got Chang Yang, who comes in like the knight in shinning armor to save him. but the make-up artist is right is Qing Lang gonna give-up his life to become a tea farmer? he & v r in the honeymoon period now & everything is sweet, fun & negligible - but what happens when they get into the routine of life? will Chang Yang still be happy he gave up things he worked so hard to achieve?!? ***************when i started this i didn't think this would be a train's passing in the night type of scenario - that's kinda sad when u think about it as one of them (or both) will always a piece of their heart missing when they part ways.

Yu He didn't believe Lao Gong's love was true, so she hired Xiao Xi to test him. She knew it would be hard to break him, so she was really specific about what it would take to get to his heart. Then Xiao Xi used that knowledge to manipulate him into falling in love with her. Then she broke his heart and said it was just test and she didn't love him. Even after all that, he still loves her. Now I'm thinking she will eventually break Xiao Bei's heart.

The first episode is a little hard to follow, but it's humorous. I haven't seen Liu Yuning in a contemporary drama, so I'm looking forward to it.

This episode, following on the heals of the 'confession' episode, gets to be all about expressions of passion and affection between the two leads. And the way these two leads work together the shift to 100% 'couple' is so natural and spontaneous and fun. I like that once they are finally "iN" the relationship, they are both, "all in". Obviously, future episodes will bring trials for them to overcome. But at least we got to enjoy this high point before the next troubles start.

It's crazy how often C-Dramas use the 'unlocked phone/computer' trope to allow some schemer to mess with the FL or ML. If this was any reflection of realtity it would mean no one in China locks their electronics! Aside from that silliness: What a nice, romantic reveal, finally of their feelings for each other! The sequence of her going from pissed off & jealous because of Qiao Na's dirty trick to finding his momento box and ultimately reading his letter of confession was wonderfully paced and acted out by Bai Lu. And then, finally a very romantic embrace and kiss, along with her own confession to him.

Jiang Jun and Yuan Shuai ending up as a perfect match is of course expected and ended up very cute.. The theme song seemed extra apropos during that scene. Glad Xu Li finally walked away from the emotionally clueless Li Xiaochuan. He needed an emotional scare. A kick in the pants was needed to start paying attention to the humans around him - especially her. But it seems dubious that just this one instance is enough to truly make him a grown-up yet.

My Love Mix-Up! Episode 2

I'm guessing they made the changes to the Cinderella scene because the OG was so iconic? not complaining whoever did costuming for the show needs a big fat raise. personally I cringed at the musical scenes but I'm just not a fan of impromptu singing. which begs the question, were they seriously gonna make Matmi sing with her stage fright? smh. love the way Kongthap defends Atom yassssss lets gooooo. Again all praises to Pahn she pulls off Matmi so well. 10/10 but I need to go to bed so I'll rewatch the rest later :)

and I needed to justify this decision so I'm reviewing each episode lol. I love Fourth and Gemini such a good choice for this adaption, but we need to talk about how great Pahn is in this show! love the addition of the badminton scene. especially the little dinner scene... so cute! i'll take any extra interaction between my boys yes please! it just adds to the reasons why they slowly fall for each other. my heart !! 10/10 can't wait to rewatch the rest :)

Really don’t look so bad right now. At first they were terrible but it looks like they’ve even amount some and I think she looks cute. I don’t get peoples hate for her bangs, it’s kind of ridiculous. Also, him saying that her mother is a good mom is bullshit. She’s not a good mom. She’s way too controlling. She has zero boundaries and she doesn’t treat her daughter very well at all, giving test difference to her shit ass little brother.

I love how this series is going, I'm obsessed with the storyline with ko song and ko neung, even with Agur and Achi.

Bai Lu just kills me! That line made me spit up laughing out loud! She and Luo Yin Xi are so freaking funny on screen together! And then later the freaking Giant Red Lips bit!!!!! The show is a 10 when those two are on screen and .... sadly otherwise falls so flat whenever they are off it.

This episode was quite fun with all the "fake date" with Jun Cheng, the bed swap, and Yifei finally realising, of sorts, that he fancies Fei! 🤭

God how pathetic Du Lei is! He's come to stand like a lost puppy outside her apartment building? My god, is he 14 years old? Thank goodness she ran off to take care of YS and avoided even seeing him or she might have thrown up her breakfast. Loved her body-language running through the hospital! Why do so many modern c-dramas repeat the trope of "ML is a master cook but the FL is lousy at cooking"?? Still both of them are so good with each other that the scenes with the leads are great even when implementing a trope. Sadly the episode then devolves into some cheap situational comedy around Su Chang's relationship. Not terrible stuff. But not terribly funny either. It does lead to some great bits between the leads as they squabble over sharing her apartment. The fun thing now is we get a 'living together' plot trope! And the very, very end of the episode is pretty sweet. There are otherwise some more skippable minutes spent on the not-compelling Li Xiaochuan + Xu Li storyline.

I can't even begin to describe how this drama has made me feel. It was a complete rollercoaster of emotions, but in the best way possible. I felt for both brothers so much, and their journey was anything but easy. 😭Haixia's road was particularly tragic, starting right from the early episodes. His main goal was always to protect Hailou, leading to sacrifice after sacrifice, physical disability, self-doubt, and then hosting an evil side that slowly overtook him, ultimately ending in his death. 💔 His last words before passing away in Hailou's arms were, "I am feeling a little tired." I am tearing up just remembering that scene—his faint smile at his brother, his mouth filled with blood, and his eyes full of tears. 🥺😭Hailou's road was more about personal growth. He had to put his chaotic, troublemaker nature to one side and deal with all the challenges alone once Haixia could no longer help him. He had to become more serious and responsible, eventually becoming a great leader, and by the end, a Master himself. ✨Ding Yuxi and Zhang Xincheng played their roles brilliantly. Even though this was the first time seeing Xincheng on my screen, I am really impressed by his acting and will definitely look up some of his other works. However, Yuxi... I can't even describe how breathtaking his performance was in this drama. He had to portray such a vast range of emotions and mental states. I have always thought that playing a villain—especially when done well—is much harder than playing a hero. Once again, I can only applaud him for his amazing work, which has made me fall in love with his talent and him as an actor even more. 👏❤️This journey was unbelievable and will stay on my mind for quite some time. It is the best C-drama I have seen so far, even if I haven't watched that many yet. 10/10. 🌟🏆

You can see a steady progression forward in the relationship between Jiang Jun and Yuan Shuai, especially as she asserts her authority over his care when he needs to go to the hospital. Some really funny moments. The only thing spoiling this episode is, yes, still more gobs of screen time spend selling the sad sack sob story of Du Lei. Yes, he had some tough things happen. Yes he is probably permanently psychologically broken by the abuse of his adoptive father. But that doesn't make him a good person. And the fact is, his life is far better than billions of other people who hav had it worse and yet didn't turn out to be rotten creeps like him.
