That has got to be the most satisfying battle with the FL in action ever. The way she wields those weapons and adapts to the battlefield is just intense. And her exchanging blows with the enemy troop's giant fighter—WOW!!! Peak-point when she actually takes him out with two blows of his own weapon.

Like… Korean BLs usually play it safe, but THIS?? They really said “no limits.”And the peach?? 👀🍑 I was NOT ready. That was bold bold. You can totally see the Thai BL influence creeping in and honestly… I’m here for it.

Episode 26 really said “laugh first, cry later” and I was absolutely seated for the chaos. The opening was pure comedy gold with Qi Shu and Yin Gong Sun marching into the tent one after another like a tag team of justice, each trying to cancel Chang Yu’s caning punishment, and the reactions from the fake Marquis and the Blood Cavalry generals were priceless. The way the Princess Royal and the Military Advisor kept defending Chang Yu and her Pig Butcher Squad had me giggling, and the final moment where literally everyone turned to Xie Zheng for approval like he’s the final boss of authority sent me into orbit. I love how the soldiers speak about Chang Yu with so much admiration, it’s giving “our girl, our pride,” and I am living for it. We also got that tiny, almost-there moment where Xie Zheng starts to open up, only for it to turn into a “what if” situation again, sir please, how many episodes do you need to unlock honesty mode. Chang Yu being content as Lady Marquis and Xie Zheng looking lowkey happy about it just made his silence even more frustrating. Meanwhile, Yin Gong Sun and Qi Shu finally leveled up their relationship, and being away from the capital really did wonders because feelings were flowing and courage was found. Qi Shu taking the lead with that hug confirmed what I always knew, she runs the show, and Yin Gong Sun’s happy puppy face was dangerously cute. Then the mood quietly shifts and suddenly I’m stressed about Man Di because that scene screamed impending doom. The slow motion glance back, the heavy atmosphere, it felt like the drama was whispering “prepare your tissues,” and I am not emotionally equipped for that. The second half of the episode had me torn between wanting to shake Chang Yu and wanting to protect her at all costs. Her decision to drug Xie Zheng and go to battle in his place was reckless on paper, especially since he is the Marquis Wu’an and the literal backbone of the army, but at the same time it makes sense for her character. She’s a protector through and through, operating on instinct and love, not politics and responsibility. Still, the frustration was real because this entire mess could have been avoided if Xie Zheng just told her the truth. Even then, knowing Chang Yu, she might have still tried something wild to keep him safe, but at least it wouldn’t have risked the entire army in such a high stakes gamble. I was this close to pulling my hair out, not gonna lie. But then the drama said “wait, redemption arc incoming” and delivered one of the most empowering fight sequences so far. Chang Yu going head to head with an opponent who finally matches her strength was thrilling, and watching her rely on strategy and wit to win made it even better. The choreography, the cinematography, everything hit just right and Tian Xi Wei absolutely devoured that scene. The final blow was pure power, like a mic drop in martial arts form. And just when we’re celebrating victory, boom, Xie Zheng arrives in full Marquis armor and the truth crashes down. The realization on Chang Yu’s face when she understands that Yan Zheng is actually Xie Zheng, the Marquis Wu’an, was devastating and perfect at the same time. Tian Xi Wei nailed that moment, and Zhang Ling He’s expression? Dangerous, magnetic, chef’s kiss. That last sequence of her running away, him chasing, and pulling her onto his horse felt so cinematic and iconic, like a scene you just know people will replay. This episode was a full rollercoaster, comedy, romance, anxiety, frustration, empowerment, and I cannot believe it went by that fast. I need the next episode like yesterday.

this episode we continue to see the evolution of chang yu... but particularly in this episode we get what i think is one of the most immersive, epic war scene! we get the squad's (and Changyu's) POV, with all the fear of going to battle. WE GET EPIC FIGHT SCENES for many characters. we even get a powerful humane moment with Chang yu and a soldier. I don't know if that moment was part of the novel, and even so, the director/scriptwriter's choice to add this moment really anchers Chang yu in her morals among all the killing of a battlefield.and of course, we get a beyond satistfying fight scene for chang yu!! She's a natural!! I've seen TW fighting in other shows but this is top tier! We don't even have time to get over that, then we are left with one of the most anticipated cliffhanger for the couple!!!

I mean let alone to tell the true identity to CY, XZ collective courage is only enough to stole a quick kiss. I wonder he would have pass out anytime from that😂(LH becomes master in those kind of restraint desire and intoxicated eyes, and kudos to XW and The director for this sensual alluring scene.). And dynamic as matrilocal husband and wife is more explore in this EP , yes CY is leading to the point of using SYQ as a decoy to got ration from enemies. We can see CY as a peak ruffian mood meanwhile XZ as peak Marquis mood. CY did all the things that a ruffian would do and XZ did all the things that ruling warlord would do. This episode shows CY has determination, leadership, but need to study rules and discipline. Hope some glimpse of XZ battle scene though, but I understand the budget for production 🥹🫠.But as storyline progress, we need one Epic battle scene at least for the entire drama. Let's wait and see for upcoming episodes as 15 episodes to go.

The episode starts with hot, spicy scenes and ends with Duang and Qin talking out their feelings. Seeing the latter warms my heart because it is not very common to see couples communicating their feelings in a healthy way these days.

DEAAANN bro why would you do that? WHy he has so low esteem? And now he made such a mess, congrats.SO that's hyow they planned it and did. Naaa once Babe find out it is gonna be A MESS, I cannot even imagine. Finally Jeff and Alan are together, hopefully only sweet moments are waiting for them.I honestly wait for Kenta's change, I hope he will finally realise that he can change.

LIKE WHAT ACTUAL THE F*CK?!?! Are they kind of testing my man Babe or what? Bro lost friend, then bpoyfriend then another froend tried to kill him, like the heck? ALSO ALSO I know that Charlie must be alive, no way they would kill him, also there is 2 season AND ALSO Jeff is not mourning at all! SO why they choosed this plan, Babe is hurt this it was for sure horrbile idea. I don't know what excuse and reason and etc must be for Babe to forgive Charlie this setup coz I thonk I wouldn't be able.Another thing Charlie lied about are his abilities, because since we know he is alive this means he can give back skills without dying and actually I think he can take and give them back whenever he wants, because why all of sudden Babe lost them abilities after accident but not before when they were together then? Hopefully they will tell us this directly.

Interesting that in this story being Alpha or Enigma won't actually mean that you are stronger mentally. Shocking how Way is weak and how easy to manipulate even tho he has a pretty powerful skills. Finaly Babe found out, the way he lied to him for such many years....incredible. I don't like Charlie's idea, I don't know what plan he has but I am afraid it's not a good one and that Babe will be hurt again, ALSO how he and Jeff dodn't grasp the idea that them doing all of this is actually leading them straight to the future Jeff saw? Huh?NOt Winner bragging about win with a guy that has just started, like bro, have some decency.

Two episodes in, and Girl Rules is already making one thing clear—it’s not here to play it safe.Episode 2 leans all the way into messy, layered sapphic drama, with bold power plays, undeniable chemistry, and a few decisions we simply cannot defend. While the styling and character dynamics continue to pull us in, not everything is landing the way it should—and some storylines are starting to test our patience. We’re breaking down what’s working, what’s not, and why we’re still watching.👉 Read the full review: https://bit.ly/4bOnm6K
