Their day at the park for inspiration before he had to leave.đ„° I liked how Yu circled around to kiss Xiu goodbye. Those big teary eyes said it all. When he asked for three words I wanted her to say come back soon. These two know how to spar lovingly. đ„° He got her a desk and chair that is perfectly sized just for her. She is working hard on her project and a bit nervous, but the excitement was the best part. I loved his response to Ms Zhou when she said too bad he didnât get to see her presentation. That was a beautiful answer.đ„° Zhao and Gong are planning phase 2 of their businesses. Zhao likes them being neighbors.đI loved his book surprise and his answer for when he got it. As I equally loved his response for when he left the states. đ„° He did do the right thing going as he was basically being the executor of his fatherâs estate and getting his motherâs finances in order. I am not particularly impressed she divorced the ogre that killed her husband and estranged her son. She and Zhen should have walked out in the sunset seeking their better selves. I was real happy when Yu said eloping.đ„ł Too bad he had a different definition of that than me.đđ€ŁThis is currently his tallest building with a beautiful view of the city. I see her wish granted of annual visits to appreciate the view and each otherâs company. I have to admit satisfaction that the only pictures on his desk were them as a couple overlooking the city and Yu with his dad. I especially enjoyed this episode because his mom wasnât in it. I absolutely loved this drama. It was well written, well paced and well acted. Kudos to actors and production team for such a beautifully told story. Do I recommendâŠabsolutelyâŠdo I wanna watch againâŠabsolutely. Get your favorite snack and movie friend to binge this and laugh and cry with these wonderful characters. ps. Be sure to watch after credit scene đ„°đâ€ïž

Very touching the respect and patience he shows for her own wishes and dreams even if they don't match his own.

Love between Lines Episode 24

Episode 24 had me fuming. Iâve never wanted to punch the Rival Lead (RL) more. What was he thinking? Actually â clearly he wasnât thinking when he decided to drop that bombshell on the ML, fully knowing it would explode into the FLâs life too. What makes it even more ridiculous is that the RL genuinely seems to believe that once heâs âremovedâ the ML, heâll have a chance with the FL. As if actions donât have consequences. As if the FL wonât notice the destruction he caused. Itâs painfully clear his choices werenât driven by love â they were driven by selfishness and pride. The hardest part of this episode is watching both the ML and FL break under pressure. The FL is crushed by family guilt: the accident led to the death of her fatherâs close friend, and her father is spiralling because he blames himself for bringing him onto the project. Meanwhile, the ML is forced to shoulder the weight of being âthe son ofâ the architect tied to the stadium accident.Even in the middle of it all, itâs clear the FL still cares. She quietly makes sure the staff donât treat the ML differently, and that background support speaks volumes â especially when everything else is falling apart. We also start to see cracks in the RLâs father. The situation is getting out of hand, and he sends men to track down the supplier. The supplier tries to run, but ends up getting caught by someone â itâs not confirmed who, but my money is on the MLâs uncle. On top of everything, our best friend duo are bickering, each defending their own bestfriend. Unfortunately, the MLâs best friend doesnât have all the details and manages to walk himself right into trouble. This episode makes it feel like the break-up isnât just about love â itâs about survival, because the past has turned into a weapon and everyone is caught in the blast radius.

The acting of Lee Jun Ho was excellent...his emotions when he met his mother brought tears to my eyes. Well done!

Episode 6 of Spring Fever strikes a wonderful balance between humour and heartfelt emotion, delivering one of the most engaging and memorable chapters of the series so far. Viewers are treated to both laugh-out-loud moments and meaningful character beats that deepen the connection between the leads. One of the episodeâs most standout comedic beats comes from Seon Jae-gyuâs outrageous antics ; in a twist thatâs bound to leave audiences shaking their heads and chuckling, he finds himself handcuffed and taken to the police station right in front of Yoon Bom, creating a chaotic yet hilarious situation that perfectly plays to Ahn Bo-hyunâs charm. The contrast between his frustrated posture and Bomâs stunned reaction works brilliantly to inject levity and showcase just how unpredictable this romance continues to be.At the same time, the romantic tension between Yoon Bom and Seon Jae-gyu continues to grow in this episode. After recently confessing her feelings, Bom increasingly finds it difficult to deny the pull she feels toward Jae-gyu, and Episode 6 pushes that emotional arc forward with subtle, tender moments that hint at much more to come. Jae-gyuâs expressive looks and Bomâs internal conflict provide several quiet yet meaningful beats that resonate long after they air. From now on we expect even more romance, more kissing scenes ,perhaps even more passionate or tender moments, as the story unfolds in the episodes ahead!

The beginning was intriguing and the actors did a good job in setting up the storyline. Like the chemistry between the mls. It had a nice pace and flowed well from sequence to sequence.

Love between Lines Episode 23

Episode 23 is heartbreaking, because the truth finally comes out â the MLâs real identity is exposed, and it becomes painfully clear thereâs a deeper connection between the FLâs fatherâs injury and the MLâs father. The past isnât just haunting them anymore, itâs actively detonating in the present. What set off the chain reaction? The Rival Lead (RL). Jealousy, pride, and the inability to accept that the FL chose someone else. He couldnât stand it, so he had to ruin it. I felt for him up until that point, but the moment he weaponises the truth without thinking about how it will affect the FL, my sympathy evaporates. Thatâs not love â thatâs ego with a bruised pride. We also learn the RLâs company has been reported for financial fraud. At first itâs hinted that the ML is the one who reported them, but later we find out it was a supplier. And if Iâm connecting the dots correctly, that supplier is linked to the MLâs fatherâs death â the same one who recently asked the RLâs father for help and was turned away. Nothing in this story is random, and the web keeps tightening.I canât help thinking the ML should have told the FL sooner about his father. If it had come from him, it wouldnât have hit like a betrayal, and it wouldâve left less room for sneaky people to manipulate the narrative. Instead, the details are dropped on the FLâs parents in the worst possible way, upsetting them and somehow spiralling into the FLâs father being in an accident. This episode is heavy because it shows how quickly love can be collateral damage when people start playing with truth like itâs a weapon. The tragedy here isnât just the secrets â itâs the timing. Waiting too long gave the wrong people control of the story, and now everyone pays the price.

Yu kneeling by her at the hospital and her motioning him to bed for snuggle time. đ„°I am annoyed that mom was there at the memorial. Yu of course forgives her because that is what he does. But that he is going overseas with her, spending time separated from Xiu, and that she talks of planning their wedding annoys me. đđđThe meeting of the father in lawđ€Łđ Donât forget the dad still has swag.đ€Łđ The thought bubble conversation of how to get dad to stop playing chess. đ€Ł The past can finally be let go as they now know the complete truth and that Yuâs dad also sacrificed to try to make that happen. Xiu gets herself in a bit of trouble with not seeing marriage in the near future. This has Qin game play trying to outwit each other.đ€Łđ This is so like them and enjoyable to watch. She is being given a chance to be head of a new project and she is wanting to work on it without Yuâs refinement steps. Shen wants to meet. I appreciate Xiu accompanying Yu. There is a game of them playing and when Zhen loses he says it is ok to start over. He is thoughtful as he realizes he was never considered a rival. I like that he gives back the name Qinâs father made for the company. After quoting Xiuâs words about reshaping the future I was really hoping for the we could start over. Yu is harsher with him after 20 years of attempted rivalry and here I found myself a bit sad. Pei is at least going to figure out what his vision is and it will not be a by product of his dadâs endeavors. Elder Pei has a list of charges pending and more to be added. Until 20 yrs have passed, he hasnât begun serving the debt he owes.đ This episode looks to a bright future for everybody and finally the Sun after the storm.

This couple is so beautifully written.â€ïž Xiu weeps bitterly with her parents apologizing from the depth of her soul that she cannot forget or leave the one she loves no matter how hard she tries. That she knows to look for him in the game.â€ïž Their commitment to see it through in spite of everything. Pei has cast blame putting their design studio under investigation. They both agree that when innocent no need to hide. They are bravely stepping forward to claim their rightful places with each other and the world at large. He loves her more than himself and career and proves that repeatedly. A lesson his mom never learned.đ He has taken care of the contractorâs debts except for Peiâs and he goes there in person to settle the score between them. He is blackmailed because Pei has Xiu locked in a warehouse minutes away from combusting. Xiu is quite brave but is overcome with smoke. Yu bursts in and carries her out as the flames billow around them. Together they are unstoppable. She tells him about the handwritten restock note and they uncover the needed memory card. I loved Yuâs triumph coming in right after his âbrotherâ left instructions for a bigger smear campaign. His aide/daddy spy revealed that his father had done something to Xiu. Pei is going in to corner him but hears proof she is ok. Yu starts point by point revealing the truth to include the faked text at the end. He gladly informed Pei that his dad only referred to him as Yi. Elder Peiâs ice exterior has melted and heâs folding in the sides of his sweater to protect himself. We now know that Qin was going to expose his fraud and refused to take blame. Pei Zhen is an engineer and the numbers alone tell him the definitive decrease in strength between the two grades in spite of same appearance. He is shocked at the news but not quite as much as would be expected. He has been noting how his father has been doing business. I know they are probably going to forgive the mom bla bla blaâŠ.but that she didnât note the name used in the text or understand just how upright her husband was in life and businessâŠ.thatâs just a sad sorry version of who she could have been. She is lower in my books than Zhen will ever be because she should have known and recognized her real family and she didnât. I want that reflection to stick with her. Yu never once wavered in his love and protection of her. And she never recognized her own sonâs fielty.đ Even if you remove Yu out of the equation to try to understand her, she has lived with a man for two decades that physically and verbally abused his son. She was of no help to Zhen either. To me, she utterly failed both brothers and herself. I truly have no use for her.

Gong is such a blabbermouth.đ Yu has the perfect handicapped vehicle and home care provider to assist Xiuâs dadâs recovery. What I donât like is both of her parents assuming she is going to give up her career for their sakes again. I wish Xiu would have explained. I am happy she was her investigative self and explored his secret room. She now understands his thought process and why things went to Zhuling for new project. The key is the contractor hoarding his evidence at his own peril. At least Yu and uncle have copies of it but they need the original memory card. Itâs like in the game Xiu and Yu running into each other at the factory.đ€Ł When he has no words he talks via kissing. She wonât let herself be charmed and tells him to put up or shut up. She is giving him one chance to explain himself so she understands. We are not privy to the conversation but she seems satisfied with what she has heard but concerned about the dangers of investigating. We finally see what happened to Yuâs father. It was an accident during a fight with Pei, but he cleverly threw the blame at Qin and made him seem cowardly committing suicide. He has duped the widow since the day Qin died. He is revolting in every aspect. His son has picked up the mantle of his father. He wants mutual destruction and furious that Xiu recognizes Yu as the better man. That should have told him something about his father. They both exchange blows and Pei actually got a good shot in. Yuâs mother is like a sour stomach. She shouldnât leave such a bad taste when seems so harmless but she lingers painfully with her tainted view. The son that was pouring hate and venom wasnât her son. But the son she feared losing wasnât her son either. I really hope when the air clears that Yu remains distant from her. It is selfish and not the filial expectation, but I see her less worthy of a redeeming arc than Pei Zhen. She still does not see a son protecting his family. She sees him destroying the family she has. Yu is quite right to remind her that she didnât include him in her family. This was shown well as blurred vision when they spoke. She is simply a reminder of happier times when his dad was alive. To me, she falls under the - I have no use for you category. I am not typically vindictive. But when the complete truth comes to light, I want her to spend 2 decades with regret of her real family like Yu has already invested.đĄ Iâm sure she will be allowed to visit her current family in prison. đ

Before ,I thought Cha Muhee is being possessed by Do Ra MI. But actually, Do Ra MI is an alter ego she created to hide behind. What she cannot do, Do Ra Mi does. Do Ra Mi became MuHee's messenger of what she cannot say freely. I hope MuHee overcomes Do Ra Mi. and be herself, to be honest with herself, to love herself and truly love freely.

Peiâs disclosure was instrumental in Xiuâs dad getting into an accident. He is conscious and the healing will begin albeit slowly. Xiu shared the story of the uncle that was killed in the collapse. That was the kindest tone to a bittersweet breakup. đ Your heart hurts for them because they both have suffered since childhood over this tragedy. He understands her pain and is heartbroken that her father was a contractor for the project. It is clear he was not aware. He watches over her but keeps his distance. At work, they treat it as just another day and he smiles. He has made a public statement and is willing to handle losses personally. What is touching and heartbreaking is that Xiu was the one that encouraged the office to treat him normally. She protects him from a distance as he does her. They are such a beautiful pair now broken. Pei shows up at the hospital and his resentment of Yu is admitted. He has no clue her dad was injured because of his little delivery but she has put it all together and told him succinctly his kindness would not be appreciated. I love how strong she is. She held her ground and was far from the damsel in distress he was expecting. He thought he was going to be an avenging angel for her and she sees him as a petty and pitiful creature that lacks character. Elder Pei is seeing his place of strength fall like a house of cards and is now trying to get the contractor that outed him. They did not reveal exactly who, but those arms that yanked the contractor to safety is most likely Yu. This will clean up in the wash as the truth continues to be revealed. Zhao arrives on cue to replace Xiu at the hospital. These dear friends just know how to be there no matter what. There was a bit of humor with Gong earlier and these two women do not hesitate to put the men in place when necessary. They do it in an adult and forthright manner women usually are not written to express and defend themselves with. This is why this drama is a breath of fresh air in many ways. Xiu helped herself to her laptop and property while Yu was out. He had just met with Lie and here is some much needed fatherly support. When he put the name with the face he told him stories of his dad and how he did not hire him because of his father. His work speaks for itself. The biggest compliment Yu has received in his adult life is that his work reflects the love of design his father had and takes it to the next level. He couldnât receive any better compliment than that from one in his field. Yuâs mom comes to his home and very very slowly connects the dots. Yu is introducing the one he loves to his mother. Her face is so torn between happiness and sorrow. I am glad he paid his mother this respect, but I still donât like her treatment of her son. She now at least knows it was Pei that had wishful thinking. There was no mistaking the love in Yuâs eyes. This episode is such a tearful rollercoaster and a testament to true friendship and love.
