Honestly, I think this episode added much needed perspective for all the characters involved. For Khanin we see a person who's having a hard time adjusting to his new role and suddenly having to do so alone when the person he fell for is technically right there and he has the power to bring him back. For Charan we see a glimpse of what his life was like before this whole thing started and we FINALLY see a dent on the perfect facade he was trying so hard to sell. For Ramil, I think we understand better why he needs to win and not make any mistakes. As much as this episodes bring out the bdsm and more... violent side of him, I think it also shows how much he cares to protect the one thing he was able to ever call his. Paytai clearly knows what he got himself into but we can also see that he cares about Khanin and unlike Ramil, he doesn't want anyone getting hurt for his own benefit. I sure hope they don't give away Calvin's real persona right away because I want to see where this plot can go.

The help is not always who they seem. It took a while to find the killer and she was not the one suspected. Now she's cut her ties without divulging who is her masked master who was calling the shots. Not a whole lot of detecting or romancing going on, but the soundtrack is still satisfying.

I love the way this is being set up. The focus on the ghosts and the afterlife gives it mystery and intrigue. The castalso looks thr part and isimpressive.

The biggest lie this series wants me to believe is that Charan didn't fall for Khanin. Though I understand the line between "it's my job" and "oh he's gorgeous" is tenuous. Also, the guy just wants to be an Art teacher in peace, please!

burntstar Honestly a very strong start with character development and world building. I'm impressed. Hoping the good writing will continue into the third act (I fear this production house often looses me in the past in the third act with plot holes). Acting was good. OST good. Hope the solid momentum continues

The first episode is an introductory of a new flavor to the BL community. A mix to the genre of horror is surprisingly satisfying and it got me seated right from the start. Superb pilot!
