Soap-operish but fun

This episode is a hilarious start to the series. Annie, the main character, was fleshed out well, and I warmed up to her despite her flaws as a person. I am curious to trace her character development in the subsequent episodes. Cris's acting is too much at times, though, as is Pookie's. I understand that this was done for comedic effect, but I wish that the production team had asked both actresses to tone their performances down. Furthermore, they should have cast other girls as Annie and Tina's younger versions because Cris looks too young to be her older self, while Pookie looks too old to be her younger self.Drake deserves special praise. Although he had only a minute of screentime in this episode, he stood out to me. I feel like he will shine in this role more than in any of his previous ones. The way in which he delivered his line "But Mom, this is my life" had no business being this funny.

Promise= delivered

I like it, Picasso ?? Have already rewatched this episode many times.Delivered on the promise (and it was consensual! Ngl the first few episodes had me hornily confused cause I was like ? Rain keeps running away girl idk, is this cat and mouse, what's going on) but this episode tied all that up, so my BL pompoms will shake from now on. Shout out to the actors and the intimacy coordinator (if they have those?) cause this was well choreographed!I keep seeing questions about the second couple... And yes now that we've established this main couple I'm strongly assuming the 2nd couple will debut soon. I think it's best to rate what you see versus what you don't see, but ??‍♀️.

Filler-ish angst

I'm all for filler episodes, but this one felt a little out of place. My memory might be hazy but Rain has been slacking off in school like this entire time (right?) so for him to suddenly care about his studies and then be devastated... The emotion and angst felt a little off/forced. I could see if it was set up where he was this hella diligent student/cared about his future/studies, but like I said, he's been texting and almost never paying attention in his classes... so far his only motivation has been to get P'Phayu's attention, so like, I'd expect a scenario that would threaten that to drive him to this level of angst. But hey! *Puts on BL service cap* I guess whatever gets him closer into P'Phayu's arms!? Lol

50 Shades of Gay that Ran Away

This episode was comedic and all 3 actors (though I'm only familiar with YW) did a great job in their very silly and cheesy roles. However, there was an underlying toxicity where Charlie had to basically adapt to his boyfriend's needs and that of an unknown 3rd wheel. He paid for them, had to change himself, while Tent took him for granted and never compromised. Would have been great if Charlie just packed his stuff and left. If Tent and Kla wanted a 3rd body, they could have found someone I'm sure. Charlie deserved better. But otherwise it was a very funny and goofy episode that brought fits of giggles from the absolute absurdity going on in practically each scene.
