This is literally my favorite Chinese Movie ever. It's story is unique and highly epic! The cast and acting could not be any better. The music enhances the scenes perfectly, and while i'm generally not one for rewatching movies or dramas, this one I would definitely rewatch a year or two after. Overall, I highly recommend this movie to every Chinese Movie fan. Especially fans of movies such as Red Cliff.

I was actually very very surprised at this drama. I first found this drama when I was searching for drama music videos on youtube, and when I saw the music video I knew I had to watch this. The storyline isn't the most unique, but it isn't half bad. The acting was perfect. The music was excellent in my opinion, and overall it's a drama I recommend everyone to watch.

I really liked this drama, because of the acting. Shun and Hiroki are a set of awesome actors! I really expected it to be like a Dr. Dolittle where he is litterally talking to the animals, but it wasnt like that at all. This is a really sweet story about a man who really cold on the outside but soft on the inside, how that man really cares for animals but not so much for people. Shun did such a great job!!

This is a rather serious drama, with animal surgery and a lot of animal topics that I didnt even know exsisted. Not much comedy, and a slight ( and I mean slight) bit of unrequited romance/ longing. Some of the major themes were: the little man fighting the big company, taking responsibility for your own life, compassion, and fighting your fears. I didnt like the ending because I wanted some people to get together (but oh well).

This drama in one word is: sad. It left me depressed and thinking about life for a long time after I watched this. And as a Christian, it's even more sad and heartbreaking. (I"m not sure though if people will understand what I mean.. hehe.)

So why'd I rate it highly? Well, because the drama was brilliantly executed.

Story: The plot was unique unlike most dramas that tend to be a total cliche plus the story really had a deep meaning about revenge, hatred, redemption, love, and faith. But since this is a remake of a korean drama, the credit for the story should probably be given to the korean writer. :)

Acting/Cast: I think all of the actors did a really great job at portraying their characters and making the audience understand and sympathize with the characters' struggles especially Ohno Satoshi. Although some say that he was a little stiff, I think how he portrayed Naruse was the best direction for the character because with just his facial expressions, you can understand and feel what Naruse is going through emotionally. His best actor award for this drama was truly deserved by him.

Music: Jdramas usually have only one or two songs for the soundtrack but here, they had a variety of music that went with every scene smoothly adding tension to the drama.

Rewatch value: I only gave it a 6 because it's not something I'd want to watch over and over again. As I've said, it is a sad drama. It would probably take a month or two before I'd want to watch it all over again.

All in all, this drama, in my opinion, was one of the best that I've seen. Watch it so you can see! :)

I chose this drama because i saw Yamapi in it (what other reasons would i need?) lol. I really came to like this drama. Yamapi is given "supernatural" chances at a friends wedding to go back in time and make her fall in love with him and not marry the other guy.

I got frustrated with the character's inability to say what he felt even after all the chances. It seemed like the same situation kept happening over and over and over again. He was sent back to a point in time, he is meant to change a situation, he gets scared, makes no progress and then has to return to the current time.

i liked the ending, it was a real clifhanger. (so watch the special)

Although it doesnt engross you into the story- The acting was really good actually, the side stories were intresting and it was funny as well so it was good all around. From the first 3 episodes youll know if you like it or not.

Maybe I'm over doing it with rating it all 10s but I really can't find a reason to lower any of the scores. I wasn't really impressed with Ohno Satoshi before watching Maou, but now I have totally new found respect. He plays a very calm, cold character so it may seem like his acting skills aren't tested much, but the moments when the character shows emotion he pulls so tightly at your heart stings... really touching. Ikuta Toma plays a character very suited to him, I think, and I enjoyed his part very much. All in all the story was enjoyable not too predictable but believable as well, I also found the ending very satisfying, personally, it may be different for other people.... watch it and find out!

Totally insane and obviously a must-watch for SuJu fans. I actually first watched this before I even knew who Super Junior were so imagine my confusion at the random dance number during the credits XD But even then it was thoroughly enjoyable, a film without a care in the world! I rewatched after becoming a fan of SuJu and got more of the jokes etc. but enjoyed all the same. *thumbs up*

Advice: don't question the story... just enjoy. XD haha

SUCH a watchable movie! The four main characters are each unique and interesting in their own ways and the interactions between them are wonderful. It is one of those films that will make you cry with laughter and emotion. Truly amazing. The story itself is interesting, something different, and the way the story is told, again, is something different, but for me the characters are the reason I watch it again and again. After watching this I did try the anime and mange, but they weren't as uplifting or emotional. I also know that it's originally BL, so BL fans eat you heart out, and even if you're not, it's done in a way that it will entertain everyone!

Definitely recommended!

Not everyone's cup of tea. I found this drama to be funny, scary, and ridiculous all at the same time. This drama takes a different light to the idea of being a vampire and plays with it a bit.

Yes there are cheesy parts, and yes Rion is annoying but the Suou chacter is the scene stealer. He is funny, thinks he is charismatic and though he's been a vampire he still seems to forget his limitations. He's a 'good' vampire thats trying to resist killing humans and is constantly helping Rion though he doesnt want to.

there is something for everyone in this drama: There is some blood/gore but its really corny. There is some biting, and boy is it melodramatic. The whole thing centers around a host club so there is some sexy. lol.

the episodes are 30 min so they go quickly, take a chance and watch it- its fun!

Most vampire stories are bloody, funny, sexy, or any of those combinations. This story is not. If youve read the synopsis then you see its about a boy who became a vampire and meets his love who is now an adult. To become a full vampire he has to suck someone's blood and he will have full powers. The ending felt rushed and extremly disappointing. I fast forwarded through most of the predictible screenplay. I felt like I wasted hours of my life I could never get back.

A lot of the concepts are not explained and some common vampire myths are incorporated. Its confusing what happened to him after he was turned vampire as a teen, as to why hes in the same city as he was born in, why his sensetivities change and a lot of other things. The highlight was looking at the cute cute Nakayama Yuma, and the ending music.

If you like vampire stories check out Vampire Host Club- its better

Story- The high school episodes were funny. The college years were frustrating and some were a bore. The last couple episodes were super amazing. The end was cute. Even so, How the relationship develops between the leads is very strange. They go from being a no way in hell to very serious but without any real development in between. Thats why I cant give a higher score for the story.

Acting/Cast- The leads did a great job in thier role. The actress that played Oh Ha Ni acted well as the immature stalkerish girl to a grown up person who knows what they want. I loved KHJ in BOF but disliked his character in PK. He did a great job acting as the snobby emotionless Baek Seung Jo. BSJ really got on my nerves though. He never showed enough emotion to Ha Ni which made thier relationship in the end really strange. Hated his character!! The supporting cast was funny and served thier purpose.

Music- Some cool music nothing too in your face.

Overall- Could have been written better but the end was a welcome surprise.

The story idea was new to me and seemed like it would make for an interesting drama. It\''s only downfall is the episode count. It just felt too long for the amount of story. There\''s only so much a person could take of the main female lead\''s crying. I did enjoy everyone\''s performances though. I might rewatch this in a couple of years just because the leads had chemistry and I\''d like to see thier romance play out again.

My Girlfriend is a Gumiho is an offbeat romance written by the popular Hong Sisters.

Story- This is a well written comedy romance. Not only is it super funny but there is an actual plot. There are actual events taking place while we are being entertained. Its not a predictable story either. Id say its only fault would be the end. The ending wasn't horrible but I just didnt love it.

Acting/Cast- This was my first introduction to Shin Min Ah. She WAS Gumiho in everyway. Lee Seung Ki did his usual comedy thing but was convincing when it came to his emotional scenes. No Min Woo though stole the show in my opinion. I loved loved all the side characters, they were so much fun to watch and really added to the show.

Music- Best score ever and I liked a lot of the songs on the OST enough to put on my ipod.

Rewatch- I could rewatch this every year cause it was so entertaining.

Story- Starts of hilariously. The male leads in fat suit getting ready to be married to his love. She leaves him at the alter and after many years he comes back as a hottie pro golfer. Of course he wants to rub it in her face and she just wants him back for his money. Or does she? The drama\''\''s only weakness is the plot drags a lot in the middle. The end is cute tho!

Acting/Cast. Everyone in this drama can act. Oh Ji Ho is funny as always and is the Korean Brad Pitt. The female lead is so likable even though her character is suppose to be unlikable. You root for her. The supporting female I despise. She is sooo annoying! The second male lead is a good actor but his looks make his rival role not believable. You def cannot compare him to Oh Ji Ho!!

Music- ordinary

Rewatch- Not rewatchable in my opinion.

Overall- A drama with potential so watch maybe the first 8 episodes than skip to the last 2 or 3 eps. Believe me you dont miss much...

Although I had no idea who any of the main actors were in this, the synopsis sounded something like i hadnt seen before so i decided why not give it a try...

Story: The idea really was fresh and had potential. However the episode count really was too much for the execution of the plot. This made continuously watching unbearable. The main plot was the big mystery of who is the main guy's father. This was drawn out till the very end, which made each episode repetitive and also contributed to the unbearbleness. The romance is also put on the back burner. The last episode though is fantastic!

Acting: I wasn't fond of the main leads being together. They had zero chemistry. The female lead's character was really unlikable. I actually preferred the second leads realationship. Thier acting really stands out and they made you root for them. The supporting cast all acted really well.

Music: not memorable.

Rewatch: I dont think so.

Overall this drama could have been done so much better. I recommend you watch maybe the first 10 episodes and skip to the last 2 episodes. Believe me you aren't missing much.
