I liked the story line but i mostly stay to watch a drama even if its to long which i
felt this one kinda was .  i din't like the charters death i am not going to say which
charter died cause i don't wanna spoil it But I Admit I did Cry .
i liked the three pair of couples
The main couple was cute and sweet and total loyalty
and it must be fate cause dang they went through so much
i did like the drama but at times it was slow and towards
The End It felt Rushed I Would've Not Added the death If I Was The
one who Wrote It.I Would Have had The Charter To Be Pilled In The Climate
but not dead i would've had him to rush and try to rescue her and while she is there rescue
comes and while she arrives at the hospital it appears that she won't make it so they call her sister
while she's also in the hospital cause of what she did.
She Rushes of the news of Her sister the have a heart to heart blah blah blah the
Hole in the family is fix she Fine with them being a couple .she will put her sister first
and she will try to find her own partner cause she's glad how much she need's
her sister and realized before she really did die.
but No that did Not happen at all ...

i like how GuTang Guo Guo [Ming's sister] & Su Chang [Mang's brother]
Ended up together i really really enjoyed them together at first i kinda hated her but i grew to like her and i liked
how the treated each other once they were together even before that it was really great to see how there love grew to
kinda into a crush in his part to her realizing her feelings for him.and there many and sweet moments .i wished there was more tho

i liked the brother and sister moments as well i really liked how they cared for one another but again i wished for more
less drama and pointless over and over again storyline moments .and more sweet romantic moments ,Bromance  ,and moments that we want
i liked both of the brotherly and sister moments  between  the two pair of brother and sister .

but there was somethings that i felt like where a waist of film .
but i'll just re-write so in my head .

ok thats it

After one week of watching fathers dying... finally finished it. I came to the conclusion this drama is great.

The story is great, though it may be repetitive in some ways (Yoon Kang disappearing, family dying), but it is all done in different ways. Also loved the fact it actually teaches you some of Joseon's history and the conflict between Japan and China without you realizing it at all. Somehow the drama is done in a cool way so you won't get bored by that political chats; and that's the fact I don't like about historical dramas, they just won't stop talking about stuff and complicated words I don't understand at all (because english is not my primary language), make it just too long. Here is different, the king and his royal followers talks are compressible and short.
I also loved the bond between all characters, like they were all connected.
The cast in their acting really got you in the weak spot, though I didn't tear, the feels were just "real".

Though I don't think I would rewatch it at all, like 22 hours approximately of watching, no thanks (should I just get to the love scenes?), but oh well with just one watching you should get enough.

SPOILER ( IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE DRAMA, JUST DON'T READ IT)----------------------------

I though Yoon Kang was going to die in that short fight he had with Won Shin, it was shorter than what I expected (lol), but the good ending was admiring.
The bad thing is that it leaves you with undone realationships, like Soo In and Hye Won or Yoon Kang and the king.

END OF SPOILER--------------------------

This really is a good drama, totally recommend it. Just don't get too attached with some supporting roles :c.

This is a heart warming kdrama.. Although the plot is predicted already but it came out very nice. At the start it was so slow but in the last few episodes there's is a lot of happening. I really like Yoo Seung?ho he is a  very good actor. He has this charisma that whenever you watch him you became addicted to it. I hope they could have drama again in the future because the Chemistry is Great. I don't think I watch it again but definitely will endorse this to the kdrama addicts like me!

I wanted to write this review while my feelings are still fresh! If you're not in the mood for an emotional trip, this is the wrong drama for you. The story is about trauma, and recovery. It's about love, but also pain, and healing. There's no intricate plot with twists, instead there are beautifully complicated relationships. I couldn't wait to watch the lives of these characters each week. It's a different kind of escapism. The kind where you see beautiful moments in an often painful and unfair world.

The story revolves around a Mall's tragic collapse 10 years ago, and the plans to rebuild a new mall in the same spot. In the beginning I thought I would get bored by that plot pretty quickly, but the real story is all the characters directly or indirectly affected by this tragedy. Yes, it's also a great love story, but there are so many other interesting characters besides the main couple with their own struggles, romances, and personal battles.  The characters are also extremely diverse as far as their circumstances (age, status, abilities...), but they all deal with their own frustrations, and self realizations. The cast is basically perfect.

Lee Jun Ho and Won Jin Ah were amazing together. I was impressed by how realistic their pain, angst, and chemistry felt. They never felt melodramatic or over the top, no matter how heavy the story got. Moon Soo has a cool no matter what personality, while Kang Doo has a dangerous charm, and both are frustrating at times, and heartbreaking at other times, but also incredibly cute together. I will say that Jun Ho was exceptionally good, and I was extremely impressed by his range. Whether he was tough, sensitive, smirking, crying, sickly, seductive, or just charismatic... he nailed every single emotion.  I guess this proves once again that you can't underestimate someone by their past boyband status. I look forward to seeing many more awesome roles in his future!

This is the kind of drama where it's hard to pick out a few members of the cast because the whole cast is stellar. This review would be pages long if I tried to mention all the reasons why, just know that they are all realistic, sympathetic, imperfect, and that I genuinely cared about all of them. I will mention one MVP of the cast, which is saying a lot considering how good everyone was, and that's Kim Kang Hyun as Sang Man. There were many times that I thought his humor, wisdom, and emotional observations stole the show. It may be a stereotype to have the slowest person be in many ways the smartest, but he executed it so well. I loved Sang Man way too much not to mention him specifically.

I know I keep giving a lot of credit to the cast, but the writer and director deserve much of the credit too. The whole story feels extremely intimate. We get a sense of the Mall collapse's impact without it becoming too melodramatic.  The images were also more haunting than gruesome, which gave them a stronger impact. The writer also avoids having everything work out perfectly, or making everything doom and gloom, which is part of why it all felt so realistic. Even during moments where the story felt a little slower, everything still felt connected, and necessary. There was one point where a character kept repeating the same frustrating action, and just as it was about to drive me crazy, they explained why they kept doing it and it all made sense. There's also enough balance in the story where it's never too sad, or too happy, for too long. If you like character driven stories, you will definitely not be disappointed.

The question of whether I would watch this again is tricky. While it's certainly good enough to watch again, you have to definitely be in the mood for this kind of story. Some of the suspense in wanting to know what decisions characters would make would be gone, which may make some episodes feel slower. Still, the cast is so phenomenal  that I would enjoy watching these characters again even knowing the outcome.

I also really enjoyed the soundtrack. It was mellow, and moving, without being too distracting. I though that was perfect for a drama like this.

Overall, this is a must see drama, but be prepared for some tears... or many tears if you are a crybaby like me. With a story surrounding so many different characters, know that the ending is extremely satisfying (which I was worried about), as far as not leaving any characters hanging or forgotten about. I expected to be depressed when it was over, but instead I felt inspired to appreciate each day, even when life isn't exactly what I want it to be.  From the beginning until the end I was totally invested in "Just Between Lovers", and I'm so glad I took a chance on it when I had no idea what to expect.

This is my first time watching Ji Chang Wook's drama and I have become his fan.  This drama has a lot to offer. From action, love, thrill and dramatic scenes. I would say this is one of the best Korean drama that I had watched and I don't mind watching it again and again. Nevertheless, I find the pace of the drama starts kind of slow in the beginning and after half of the series, it started to gain some momentum. I think because the momentum was slow in the beginning, it became to fast to digest at the end. I think It's better to start the climax earlier and make the ending stronger and powerful.  In addition, I think the drama lack mystery part. Maybe it is better if the audience also involved in guessing what happened in the past which can make it more interesting, like the way I Hear Your Voice. This may be can add the suspense more. Overall it was a great journey. I love the couple. They are really really cute together. There are also a lot of romantic and cute scenes that will make you melt.

This is the best thing since the start of this cold, bleak winter!

I absolutely love everything about this show: the story, the heroine, the hero, the supporting characters... Initially not a big fan of Yoo Seungho but here he got me totally smitten! His ability to convey raw and sincere emotions as if it's the easiest thing in Kdramaland, just blew my mind. Choi Soobin is also perfectly cast in her role as a strong and independent heroine. Her sassiness and cute mannerism made me root for her from the start, whether she was being a human (Ji-a) or a human pretending to be a robot (Aji-3). The supporting characters (the Santa Maria team), were just goofy and great as comedic relief in an already absurd story. It was also endearing to see how each one them open up little by little towards our love-starved hero.

As someone who rarely goes back to already watched shows, I'm not a Robot has a rewatch value of 10/10, this is how much I loved it! The only downside might be that it didn't really have memorable OST's.

WATCH if you love absurd, zany comedy mixed with hard-earned puppy-love romance, DON'T WATCH if you're expecting full force makjang angst.

I'd strongly recommend this to all rom-com lovers. :)

Let alone the K-drama category, Just Between Lovers is one of the best dramas I've watched in such a long time! This does not fit the type in which K-Dramas are made.

Kang Doo and Moon Soo come as strong leads, always being by each other's side, supporting each other and bringing out the best of each other. They are the ultimate relationship goal for me. Simply because, they are mature and wise. They talk about things that worry them, instead of creating misunderstandings and heartbreaks. They don't try to get the other person jealous for stupid reasons. They understand each other. They give each other space.

What I loved the most was even with the hint of a love triangle, they didn't go too much into it. I HATE triangles. Here, what I liked was that no false hopes were given and the triangle was broken as soon as it got made.

Now onto characters :

What I love in Moon Soo is that she isn't like the normal female leads. She doesn't get jealous, doesn't create unnecessary drama and isn't a damsel in distress. Rather, she's strong, opinionated and support for so many characters in the drama!

Special shoutout out to the Grandma! Her, Sang Man, and Kang Doo! Always look out for their dialogues if you watch this drama. They'd teach you so much about life with their simple sentences, it's crazy!

Another good point is that no character is angel and none is the devil. Everyone has their set of negative and positive points. And, I really loved that cuz that made them more human.

Also, this drama isn't for you if you like fluffs. However, if you like to see a relationship where feelings feel real, monologues that pierce through your heart, and characters you can see yourself in, give Just Between Lovers a try.

But, warning, it's angst. You'd keep on crying till the last episode. So keep the tissues near!

I wanna write more but it's almost 2K words lmao! (Also, not grammar checking it,so forgive the mistakes)

Absolutely charming - what seem like unrelated vignettes blend into a wonderful story of a small community of interesting people.  Humane and heartwarming.
You really have to watch the whole thing because how it fits together is subtle and revealed slowly, episode by episode.  It's possible to watch just one episode at a time, but you'll want to re-visit this restaurant again as soon as possible.  This really ranks as one of my all time favorites.  The dishes that the people request each has a personal story, and these are eventually woven into the overall story.  This isn't a boy-meets-girl with a tight (and predictable) plot, it's more like a series of short visits with people you'd like to know better.  A great show for anyone wit the patience to pay attention and come back over and over.

Story (9.0/10):
The story is very different and runs away from the cliché of dramas. It may seem boring at first but believe me, it's very interesting and each episode will get you more addicted to the drama.
Even focusing on the main lead, the drama tells different stories of the prisoners of the prison, so the drama never gets boring. The story is touching and very fun to watch.

Acting/Cast (9.5/10):
The actors acted very well. Each character had a very different personality and they all knew how to interpret each one well.  It's very difficult to choose one favorite character because this drama have a lot of great characters.
Both the prisoners and the cops were interesting to watch and was really cool to see their friendship growing during the drama.

Music (8.5/10):
Music isn't the strong point of the drama and doesn't have so much presence ( at least for me ). The OST was comppose by rappers so anyone who likes hip hop will probably like it. They had one song that i really like it :)

Rewatch Value (9.0/10):
The drama is very interesting. They had a lof of funny scenes and the friendship of the prisoners is very cool to watch, so I think it's worth watching this drama more than once, it's probably going to continue interesting and fun.

Overall: (9.0/10):
This drama was one of my favorites of 2017. Didn't impact me so much in the first episodes but after episode 3 I started to loved it. I loved the story and especially the characters. Give a try and watch, I think all of you will like it :)

Story (9.5/10):
The story is sensitive, simple and touching. You will be immersed in the first few episodes and will want to know what happened in this terrible accident that left such a deep trauma in the main characters.
The story of this drama is very real, and you learn several life lessons with it.

Acting/Cast (10/10):
I never watched anything with the main actors before but WOW, they surprised me. The lead actress rocked  so Jun Ho as well. As much as the story was touching and sensitive, and the scenes from the main couple were cute and romantic, we wouldn't have been so immersed in the story and in the chemistry of the couple, if wasn't for the acting of the main actors. They rocked.
The secondary cast was very good too. In fact the cast was very well chosen and everyone did a good job.

Music (9.0/10):
I loved the soundtrack, they had many songs in English (which is rare). The songs were beautiful and made the scenes even more touching.

Rewatch Value: (8.5/10):
The story is very good and the actors acted very well so it's worth rewatch.

Overall: (9.5/10):
I absolutely loved this drama . I loved the characters ( Gang Doo was my favourite ), I suffered with them and cheered for their happiness. It's a very realistic drama and everyone can identify themselves with a lot of scenes. It's worth watching, I'm sure you'll like it. :)

Not much can be said about this drama, that started simple and quite among the other big ones, and actually managed to pull of a great story, keep the interest high till the very ending and actually increased the emotional level pretty neatly. The performances were good as well, and the chemistry between the two main ones really good, though the focus was more on the tragedy rather the romance for most of it. At some point, however, it did got a bit tiring, though it picked up quickly after, almost turning Uncontrolably fond on me.

What a beautifully made drama! I am glad I gave it a shot despite its melodramatic premises. What I liked about it: chemistry between the leads is great, which is always something that is a decisive factor when deciding to continue with a kdrama; the pain and struggles were depicted realistically; there were no evil characters, just flawed ones and I lappreciated how they gathered a bunch of characters which had time to show both their good and bad sides; the music was at times heart-wrenching and perfectly matched the emotions shown on screen; not too much office drama/ business talk, even if a lot of the plot revolves around a professional setting. What I LOVED about it: it made me reflect upon my own life and choices, and it made me become even more grateful for what I have. Just Between Lovers has not only an  entertaining value, but it also tells a beautiful story in which  pain is not erased, rather embraced and celebrated as a core human emotion.

First of all, I love this drama and gave it a 8.5/10 ratings.
I refused to give it a perfect 10 because there were a few plotholes here and there, and also, the chemistry between Lee Jong Suk and Suzy was not up to my expectations, especially when they were kissing, it just doesn't feel right, I can't seem to feel their love and passion, almost to the extent where I feel like they're robots kissing on command.

Moving on to the pros, the casts were all significant in their own ways.  From the lead characters to the side characters, all of them played a part in making this drama memorable. Now, I do understand people have their own opinions and preferences, but to me, Suzy's acting has never been a problem for me, my first drama of her was Gu Family Book, and that was the drama that made me fall in love with her character, and she has never disappoint since then. Her acting in this drama was pretty flawless imo. Also, kudos to the villain, he did a great job in portraying his character, there were a lot of depths on his character, and it's worth it to keep an eye on him.

Some of the plots and scenes did exceed my expectations, but there are also some character developments which failed to meet my standards, one character in particular, Han Woo-tak. His character had so much potential and buildup, but sadly, it wasn't done well.

All in all, I love the storyline and the suspense. This drama is not perfect, but it's definitely worth watching, especially the comedy segments.

This show is a perfect example of the right actors in the right drama.  Everyone did a marvelous job but the two actors that really stood out to me were Hyun Bin (Gu Seo Jin/Robin) and Han Sang Jin (Ryu Seung Yeon).

With that being said, I loved it. I loved the drama and I think it ended the only way it should have ended. I've seen other people upset in the name of ethics, but I find it important that we portray mental health issues properly and do not romanticize the way people are struggling to deal with or overcome their sickness.

The story does not dwell too deep into the circus world, nor too deep into psychology; it primarily focuses on the characters, their development, and their relationships. It's like a cake with perfectly sliced pieces of comedy, suspense, romance, and psychology. No piece is bigger than the other and they all come together and make one heck of a cake.

If you liked this drama I recommend you also watch  "It's Okay, That's Love" (2014 k-drama)

The story is cute and refreshing. It has the same vibe with Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms in terms of their eternal lovestory--whether in the past, present or future they will still meet and fall in love with each other.

It gets really funny whenever Qu Xiao Tan appears maybe because she's from the modern world and have switched with her past self. I also love the lovey dovey parts between her and Mo Lian Cheng. Both have great chemistry.

I knew Xing Zhao Lin first on Princess Agents as Yuwen Yue's guard Yue Qi and never did I thought that he also had the charisma for a male handsome lead! Haha!

Overall, I enjoyed watching it and its worth a try!
