Story 10/10
The stroy was really great. And I saw a lot of people were confused of flashbacks, but I caught up very quickly. They were clear to understand where was past and where was present. The story was quite deep I could say, the conversations between guys and the way they act indeed showed how high school students are not everyone but there is always that group you know. The shots taken were beautiful and even if the camera was moving it gave a feeling as if you take part of the story and are there observing.

Acting/Cast 10/10
Everyone did great. People say the highlight was the was the main guy Gi Tae (Je Hoon) but I liked all three of them, like all three guys showed great performance and could show the emotions trough their acting that could actually touch your heart.Music 10/10
There was barely any music but why 10/10? Because that was the perfect touch to this movie with soundtracks and songs it wouldn't feel as real as it felt while watching this. In real life you don't hear music in the background and like I said this movie makes you feel as if you are there observing and the music choice here was a great touch.

Rewatch Value 9.0/10
For some people this might not be so bad movie to rewatch even I would be willing to do that after a year or so, maybe even suggest to friends when you know you crave something touching and serious. But this story is like you watch it from curiosity, it just makes you feel like you take part of it and so you're curious where everything it will lead and once it finished well you already know everything so if rewatching maybe after few years.

Overall 10/10
The said genres:Friendship, Mystery, Psychological, School, Youth, Drama did not lie. There was great friendship with a hint of possible more actually and even to brother like relationship, Mystery sure was there as I mentioned here 'curiosity' that keeps you watching. Psychological yes because of all the flashbacks and how it shows the view points, reveals every character's thoughts and memories. School, youth and drama wasdefinitely there so this didn't disappoint at all.

Of all the K-dramas, I've watched, this is, by far, my most unforgettable one.  It is one of the best series I've watched. Definitely.

Acting wise, 10/10, the actors and actresses are all remarkable and astounding. They made me feel like they are really into their roles, passionate and committed about what they are doing. Plus, how they portrayed the role were so effective that it left an impression on me,  loving and appreciating them and their characters (the protagonists, of course) for who they are.  I cried with them as they felt sad and cried, and laughed with them in happy times. It felt so sincere and genuine. It has been a long time since I've felt that watching  tv series.

Story wise, the plot is unique. And if there are scenes, which we think have already been overused in k-dramas, well,  this series was able to put a spin into those scenes. The blending of drama and comedy was so effectively done. It didn't seem forced, as if everything is falling into its right places. It was well-written and well-directed.

In terms of music, 10/10.  Taste in music is subjective, definitely. Though I don't really understand the lyrics, it felt so right in the drama.

Overall,  never did I expect this series to make an impact the same way that it did to me. It will definitely get you hooked, leaving you wanting for more. Usually, when watching k-dramas, I notice that I tend to skip at the latter episodes, which means that somehow I've lost the same interest I used to have watching the first few episodes. But for this one, never did I skip any scene, as each moment felt valuable and worthy of attention.  So many things and twists to look forward to are happening every episode, and it was well-balanced and well-executed.

All in all, it was definitely recommendable. It wont just make you laugh and sad, it would make you feel a roller coaster of emotions. In some parts, you might even find yourself self-reflecting, making you feel things you don't normally feel when watching.  Try and see for yourself, people.  Mark my word, you will not regret it.

SHORT REVIEW

I expected a very vain message about girls having to look and be perfect with little to no personality. Well well, what a pleasant surprise. I’m not a Robot has a great cast, amazing scenery, fun and light comedy. I'll seriously give much more credits to male writer-nims because many do deliver in terms of role distribution for women. In fact, impressive point ? The female roles. None of the girls are one-dimensional but all have a mind of their own and very distinct personalities and styles. I always appreciate when one girl doesn’t follow the norm in terms of image, here we have Sun Hye, a sexy, assertive and self-assured thick girl. Weakest points ? First, how long it took for the secret to be discovered. All this dragging made the whole situation look stupid. And second, Pi's evolution, I can't really say more otherwise I'd have to spoil.

Don’t expect 80% of the show to be funny, for all you comedy drama fans, expect quite a lot of drama too. Yoo Seung Ho confirmed his talent, Chae Soo Bin that I saw for the 1st time here totally impressed me, Kang Ki Young is now one of my current obsessions, not only because his acting is pretty good, but hey the icing on the cake is that he is attractive and that's one of the many reasons we watch dramas, right ? All in all, very enjoyable. How this production turned out to be flop in Korea is a mystery to me. I respect countries’ tastes but I really can’t fathom this one. I give it a 8.5/10!

Love this web drama so much!!!
It's so hilarious!!!

The story line is so funny, so many misunderstandings. It's not too deep. Lighthearted drama. Very good chemistry between the leads.

The actors are so funny. Reactions are priceless.

Not much music in the web drama. But their singing so hilarious!!! One of my favorite scenes.

Rewatch value- 10/10 definitely. Season 2 plssssss

Overall I absolutely loved this drama. If you want a super funny romantic comedy this is for you. It's impossible not to laugh in every episode.

I'm sad it ended! I finished it in a week which says a lot because I usually take forever to finish a K-drama.. I want more!!! Great actors, their characters were so fitting and believable! I laughed and I cried! The story line is 10/10 and everything was so perfect! I love the little Chief Kim and Director Seo moments! Overall it's a must watch! The drama, the suspense were great. I lost a lot of sleep because of this drama. Every time I said last episode and clicked the next one, pretty sad I didn't watch this earlier, and I would re-watch it but I don't like re-watching anything! 20 GREAT EPISODES OF COMEDY!

This movie is something... peculiar.

It's about a freshman girl, Yuzuki, who just enrolled in a school and that got herself into something that will change her school life: The Torture Club.

The Torture Club is a renowned club at that school. Girls there are trained to be strong in body and specially in mind.
Things such as family and military matters (spies and etc) seem like to be associated with the club, but nothing of that are much explored.
The club has sexual tortures -BDSM/SM- as one of its main activities, other types of torture (including psychological ones) are also used - some are even nasty but they are quickly done.

Being a renowned club, the rules are very strict, and one of the rules is: romantic relationships are forbidden!
That is where lies the future of Yuzuki, Aoi and of The Torture Club !

PS: The tortures are not just about torturing (and being tortured) for the sake of sexual pleasure, there are many times where the tortures are used for other purposes - and this is where I personally didn´t enjoy. Although... I guess it couldn´t be helped since this is part of what is this movie; and there is also the fact that other people might not be bothered by this 'other purposes' as I was.

The 1/3 part is light with a touch of comedy;
The 2/3 part is the creepiest half associated with drama;
The 3/3 part is where the drama and emotions are on their fullest;

About the ending itself, it´s hard to pinpoint whether it´s one the classic endings: sad, bad or happy ending. But I can safely say that the ending boosted up my final score hehe~

I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing a drama to watch— it took me 3 days to decide to watch this drama after reading reviews and watching the trailers. This drama was amazing. I love romance and this drama, from beginning to the end, was full of romance. You must watch the 2 specials— episode 48 or 49— for the ending. Since I’m a Wallace fan, I watched 49. If you ship the other main character, watch episode 48. You won’t regret it. Shoutout to Wallace Chung for his superb acting.

At first this drama brought up to me because my favorite idol singer was making acting comeback and i thought, "a drama about prison life? seems pretty decent but may be boring for my liking." But suddenly they had Shin Won Ho's name in articles so i expected something that would entertain me no matter what.
I watched the first episode raw so I didn't understand a thing and i'm not satisfied. Later on, when the subs were out, there were actually many witty dialogues and scenes that i can't catch when I was watching it raw and it received my like immediately.
The story is definitely the title, Wise Prison Life. The prison life actually frustrated me and made me think that there were no good person here since it was prison. But the characters aren't clearly black and white. Also they won't give you a saint main character. We either hate or love the main character.
Through reply series, I got to know how good Shin Won Ho is and this one won't prove that statement wrong. He didn't give you the over-the-top character and it is proven by how he made an unskilled actor to act decently. If it's otherwise, I'd drop immediately.
Also the cinematography is one of the reason why I love cable series more than non-cable series. There are no cheap fillers and each scenes had their own charms.
The music, wow, i realized i haven't downloaded osts for a while and only liked one or two osts from recent dramas but this one, each osts are so good and enjoyable. My personal favorites are heize's and of course Seungyoon and Mino's (please listen, everyone!)
I would definitely rewatch this since all the scenes are so hilarious, even the sad one would make me cry if i rewatch it.
Overall it's 9 for me. I hope they have spin-off like reply series too

I'm going to completely honest, this was the first thai drama I have ever watched so it took me time to get used to their language and their style of film. I enjoyed the character development and oh gosh thai girls and guys are so attractive. THEY ALL LOOK SO FRIGGIN BEAUTIFUL HOW. The osts were ok they weren't particularly catchy (i dont remember how the opening even sounds like) but the casting was really great. I enjoyed the story line but I felt that some parts went a little too slowly. Other than that, the first thai drama I've ever watched was pretty decent.

I don't like dropping dramas which is why I tend to push through and watch the whole thing no matter what, but this is the first actual time that I really needed to force myself to keep watching. If it weren't for the brilliant cast and the gorgeousness that is Park Hae Jin (excuse my bias, but can you blame me, really!?), I would have dropped this a long time ago.

Wasted potential. That practically sums up this drama. Convoluted, repetitive and just outright ridiculous plot lines that, in the end, seemed to have served little to no purpose in the first place. The redeeming points were definitely the OST and the cast which, for the most part, did an amazing job bringing their poorly developed characters to life. I say for the most part since unfortunately, Jin Se Yeon failed to deliver any sort of emotion in most of her scenes, which is why I felt it extremely hard to develop any sort of feeling for her character.

Doctor Stranger went from a 9 to a 6 in my book. Probably would've been a 4 if not for the great music and the amazing performances of Lee Jong Suk, Park Hae Jin, Kang So Ra and Chun Ho Jin in particular.

Overall, a huge disappointment.

Actually i didn't want to watch Empress Ki, because of the ending but somehow i  endet up watching it.
From the 1st to the last episode i was so into it that i skipped sleeping and eating.
It's rare for me to fell like that for a drama, it's the second after "Girl in Blue"
The actors were great, the plot was close to history but i was a little bit dissapointed with the ending.
They should have left it open or made it like history says.
No matter what it's a drama i will never forget and rewatch for sure.

I'll be honest and admit I haven't really watched the full drama. All episodes: yes, all scenes: no. I started skipping quite a bit after things escalated in a bad way. So there are probably some nuances I missed.  The thing is, I've seen slap/kiss lakorn before and some I drop and some I don't (I've seen the Sawan Biang, one I would label as pretty hard core). I agree with what a commenter said:  inappropriate for teens but up to the adults to watch or not watch based on their preference.

However I couldn't really stomach the set up of this story because if felt waaay to real. A girl and guy dates, they have issues but like each other and can be pretty sweet. Then the guy becomes increasingly physical and violent. Not an uncommon story from life I would say. Compared to other slap/kiss dramas which have pretty unrealistic plots (makhjang, revenge, kidnapping etc.). Also, I don't know, was it a slap/kiss? While definitely going into that territory at the same time it felt way too "mild" in general for that... It felt more like a normal drama to me. Slap/kiss is generally way more present in the whole plotline and feels different from the ones where the guy is just an a-hole.  So not a slap/kiss just a normal drama with assault, then happy ending.  To me that feels pretty odd. Slap/kiss does get extra leeway as it is a pretty specific genre and you know what you are getting yourself into.

This wasn't genre: I really felt that this was just a romantization of abusive relationships, and especially TEEN abusive relationship which I really feel sends a terrible message. I don't know what the writers were thinking when making this, and especially in comparison to the other chapters of this series.

Its a shame since the actors were great and had amaazing chemistry.... but some dramas just crosses that bottom line even the for a person like me who has a pretty high tolerance. Even some dramas I don't personally watch because I can't handle them I think its fine if other likes them: taste and what is too much differ. This one though... Young characters in a realistic setting (comparatively) in modern days where the guy is abusive and its in the end forgiven. Nope, I don't think that is a good idea.

What an all-around great drama to finish off 2017 and begin 2018! Funny, cute, romantic, interesting. This drama has it all. I love the cohesiveness of the story, as far-fetched as some it may seem. All the lose ends were tied up by the finale (a rarity) creating a fully complete drama that left me completely satisfied and interested throughout.

To start off the acting was incredible! I first started following Yoo Seung Ho after he impressed me in Missing You. A drama that because of him, I found myself rooting for the second male lead, despite him technically being a villain. (He has SKILLS, when he cries you can feel it!) And I also fell in love with Chae Soo Bin, she is so cute! I did not even realize until halfway through the show that she was previously in Sassy Go Go, in which I LOATHED her character. She is definitely someone too watch out for and has great versatility! And all the side characters were phenomenal as well and had interesting subplots that really contributed to making the drama have a depth that is hard to find in many romantic comedies.

In addition, the soundtrack was solid. Not a true standout but went cohesively with the scenes. This is definitely a drama that if you have shelved in favor of other dramas you MAY want to reconsider. This drama will have you smiling, laughing, crying, and all the time having a great time and emotionally investing in this group of characters. Highly recommend!  Happy drama watching :)

Words aren t enough to describe how amazing this serie have been plot twist after plot twist amazing characters played by incredible actors and actresses.
24 episodes have been a perfect choice for this story to be told and also the length of the episodes where also been managed amazingly.
It have been a wonderful journey to see this men taken everything from him but he knows exactly what he was meant to do and did everything in his power to get back what is rightfully his. I want to thank everyone and everybody for his hard work specially the writer and the director  the writer to came up with this plot and the director to execute this serie as best as possible. I loved it! It's a so tender story's that I was smiling all the time while watching it.
I know the story it's already been done, nothing original, but the casting is amazing at it, they are so perfect that it seems new again. The story of the first love, everybody has been there too. Love the main actors, the support roles too. I don't remember very much the music, so I guess I didn't hate it neither. I think the last song was fine though.
Perhaps the only thing I didn't like so much it's the ending... Too fast to really get what's the meaning of it. Totally worth it!
