I had very high expectations for Aoharaido after enjoying the anime adaptation and reading the manga.

Gladly, these expectations were met for the most part, and I was left generally satisfied. As this movie was based off of the manga, of course the story would be wonderful. Since this is a movie adaptation, it is inevitable that some beloved moments in the manga will not be included due to time restraint. Nonetheless, I feel as though the scenes we were able to see did the manga justice.

Admittedly, the acting seemed a bit awkward, unnatural, or corny at some points. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, the cast did do a great job representing the characters and I truly felt for them. The older actors gave this movie a mature feel, which I believe is suiting for this story and the ambiance of the movie.

The soundtrack was amazing. I have it saved on my Spotify to listen to before I go to sleep. It is so soothing and accompanies the scenes and events at the perfect moments, and each and every song was beautiful. The music adds depth to the movie. I commend the composer, Yuki Hayashi, for the wonderful music.

No matter what, I always come back running to this movie a few times a year to get my romance and tear jerker fix. I have rewatched this movie countless times for the fact that I just love it.

Overall, I would give this movie a 9.5/10. It hits all the marks, but there are a few things I feel as though could be improved and polished up. Nevertheless, it was amazing.

I want to give this a higher rating closer to 9, but the last few episodes was just such a downer. I also did not like the ending. It's purely my personal wish but I wanted this to have more seasons.

The best thing about this drama is the cast. The two main leads are hilarious. The supporting cast is also great, including the guests. The story is not that great since it differs from episode to episode, so your mileage may vary.

Overall, I would check this out of you are a fan of either the main leads. Otherwise, as much as I love this drama, you might not like it due to it's quirkiness, and pacing issues down in the later episodes.

I am sad that this lovely dorama had low ratings. As fan of NwP, I think this was a wonderful reunion. Kame's and Yamapi's roles were perfect for them, and I could feel that they had fun working together again. I much prefer Kame in this kind of role: honest, a bit enthusiastic, hard-working, a bit silly, a bit naive. Kinda like his character in "One Pound Gospel", only less, LESS, enthusiastic. And Yamapi, dead-fish-eyes Yamapi, whom I don't really like (although I can't hate either, since he is so calm, and, well, nice), was lovely as GOD. Anyway, both of them were perfect in their roles, and their scenes together were so enjoyable to watch.

Maybe Horikita Maki has retired, but Kimura Fumino looked a bit like Maki (in my opinion) in this dorama. It may be her short hair. It may be her high cheekbones and sweet smile. From certain angles, she looked like Maki.

I don't understand why some people say she was frustrating in the first couple of episodes. I think any girl, especially any girl with bad experience in love, would be wary of any guy, no matter how cute or honest he looks, who approaches her and tells her he is her destiny. It is expected of the girl to be cautious, to be in doubt. If she agreed to be with him from the very beginning, I would have thought she was too naive and easy.

The story has the perfect amount of friendship (Makoto and his "rival", Haruko and Mitsue), good comradeship (Makoto and GOD, Makoto and his boss, Makoto and his coworkers), a nice rival (who is not really a rival, and who is just one of the nicest guys ever), present parents (who are there for their daughter). I liked the different tasks Makoto had to do, since it all served for a reason.

I am not satisfied with the ending. I was left with a "this is it??". I think there should be a SP. There HAS to be.

I love the OP and ED sequences. The dance was cute, and the song is pretty. I also like Yamapi's smirk when both of them are sitting in the couch, in the ED sequence. Only that, that same smirk is somewhat bittersweet in the final episode :(

This is one of the most interesting show I've seen in a while especially for political corruption story. It grabs you by your heart an drags you all the way to the latest episodes, it keeps you at the edge of your seat. The cast is refreshing and the soundtrack is very nice. I have a bit of an issue with some of the acting but that's a personal view on it. Otherwise, I believe that I will be rewatching it.

Just finished watching this, and for some reason, while I thoroughly enjoyed it, I guess I expected more with all the hype. (That, and the previous j-movie i watched was Orange so like...pretty high standards lawl.) The story is quite predictable for those who have seen a lot of romance live actions before, but nonetheless, it was a fun watch. I absolutely adored the music aspect and the "music is freedom" vibe because as a musician myself, I couldn't think of a better way to phrase that. Very similar storyline to Koizora, in my opinion.

Loved the casting!! Most of the cast are actual teenagers, making the story more believable, and they all brought their own little charm to the screen. Our two main leads did a phenomenal job with making their characters three dimensional, and I felt very connected to both of them, though did feel they lacked a bit of chemistry. The two main leads spent half a year training before filming to look more professional with the instruments, so I really appreciate their dedication!

Ahhh the music was great. The instrumental pieces were perfect (as usual for j-movies), and the songs really set the vibe for the film. The soundtrack wasn't a huge piece for the movie, though did add nice accompaniment at times.

Overall, a great way to spend an afternoon, but not something that absolutely blew my mind.

I just finished re-watching Shopping King Louis because I wanted something that would be a nice break from all the melodrama that my other shows are currently going through. This kdrama is light and fluffy, like popcorn or cotton candy. Seo In Guk as the sheltered chaebol amnesiac Kang Ji Seong/Louis. He's bright and naive and delightful and beautiful. Nam Ji Hyun plays Go Bok Shil, the country girl who comes to Seoul to find her missing brother and crosses paths with Louis who is homeless and can't remember anything about himself. These two just fit together and there's never really a moment's concern that either of the second leads will come between them. Yoon Sang Hyun as curmudgeon Cha Joong Won is over the top and hilarious. The back and forth jealousy between him and Louis over Bok Shil makes me laugh every damn time. Seo In Guk is a joy to watch as Louis learns about the world while searching for his identity. Everything in this drama is over the top enough to actually veer into the category of caricature, but it does so in such a way that I never felt cheated when watching it.

I would definitely watch this again when I'm in the mood for a feel good time. I still give it overall 10 stars, even though I give the story only 8.5. Nothing in the story breaks ground, but the paths it treads are familiar and comfortable.

Overall... this drama was great ! I heard lots of bad reviews but I still watch it because I love the main couple. I give this drama a 9/10 because the story line was very good, love chemistry was adorable, and the acting hits me so much, like I feel all the emotions that the main girl Pin had. The 1/10 was that I wanted more, more of the love chemistry and less rush of the drama. The drama was short. It would've been better if the love ending extends more. I love how this drama sort of connects with another drama's characters!! Okay not trying to spoil anything ! This drama is a watch ! By the way, the main girls character was not annoying to me because I really do see that in real life me, personally watching the drama I learned a lot from her and the character is very strong with a kind mind. Thanks for reading my review !

Although it was a chinese movie the only word I can come up with is "Jinja Daebak " !
It has really everything that you expect from an action/romantic movie. Plenty of action, romance and lots of funny scenes everytime with a twist, something that I personally like in an action movie.

Story:
Everyone in the plot included are looking for the Emperor's seal (as in seal stamp- just saying so there 're no misunderstandings ) ! That's the main point, the fun part is how they are doing it ! That includes everything, if I say anything further it will be considered spoiling.

Acting:
The acting was as always superb I adore and love his facial expresions from the lead actor (Lin Geng Xin) as in other projects of his. That was the reason I watched the movie but fell in love with the whole cast and their interacting .

Music: It wasn't something you would expect to see in the Billboard 100 or 200 but it was at the right place at the right time, covering every move or action that took place .

Overall it was an enjoyable movie and I would definitely rewatch it !

A very pg 13 movie, it's an romance movie that is nothing new. It's a good watch but not really great. TBH I probably won't remember it next week the reason I give it a 8 is because I think it has a target audience that it is probably a really good movie too I'm just not that audience. It's defiantly for pre teen\teen girls I'm just a teenage boy so yeah.

This drama is so amazing! I can't even express with my words how I feel about this drama. It has everything you could want, drama, romance, sorrow, happiness, plot twists, and so much more. The music was beautiful, it always fight perfectly with the scenes it was chosen for. I probably went though at leased 3 boxes of tissues from my happy and sad tears. If your not into historical dramas the only parts that are historical are at the beginning to set up the background of Kim Shin and etc. The cast all were perfect for their chosen parts. I found the acting superb. Personally my favorite character was the Grim Reaper. As you progress in the episodes you bond deeply with each character as their stories are laid out in front of you. Different obstacles arise for the characters and you get to see them get though it and it's dramatic all the way. The ending was well rounded and perfectly executed. It didn't leave me unsatisfied or confused at all. I only have good things to say about this drama and it will forever be my number one favorite. Highly recommend everyone to watch this because it, you won't regret it.

Q10 is a robot girl-student boy drama, with nice side stories and interesting adventures of the robot girl. The messages that cross through are deep, though the drama tries to keep a light mood throughout the drama. Also, the mystery of the girl's origins is entertaining to follow, though, I confess, in the end I didn't get it. In addition, the love story was a bit odd, as the girl couldn't actually express feelings and the boy just happened to realise that he was in love with her. Another thing that bothered me was the girl's voice that was kind of annoying. I would have overlooked it, if it was her own voice, but when she talked as a girl, her voice was normal. Other than that, her performance was really good, pretending to be a robot that learns the way societies work and how to behave. The boy's performance was okay as well. So, 5 out of 10.

Drowning Love is an okay movie, with an intense love story which was ruined by the odd directing techniques. First of all, the story was confusing a bit, though you get the main idea in the end and you can follow it for a while, so the messed up story line wasn't my main problem. The thing that ruined the movie for me was the way it was directed. Sequences were cut off (especially one that had a loud, happy music and then, suddenly, it was cut off), the camera was either too far away, either too close, in some scenes you could hear the actors talking but you could only see the waves, in others you had only Nana just laying down (maybe the director was in love with her...) like it was a photo shoot or something etc etc. Anyway, the main idea was that the director was all over the place, especially with holding long scenes for too long and with other scenes where you could only hear the actors breathing. Finally, the constant running around, chasing each other, was a bit odd, but you can overlook that compared to the bad directing. Thankfully, the performances were outstanding, and the love story had something in it to make you continue watching this film, probably because the couple had chemistry. So, 4 out of 10.

I found Missing 9 to be just the drama I was looking for after having watched quite a few super happy and deeply romance based dramas. It kept me engaged and wanting more the whole time. It had many twists and turn that are completely unexpected. The story was pretty good and was upheld itself well. I liked that they didn't just shove all the information about every character at you at once, they slowly added upon it each episode with flash backs.
NOT A SPOILER!
The only part I was disappointed about was the ending. I was the most random thing ever. It just didn't fit well with the rest at all and then the main love interest I found my self shipping never really happened. What?!! It was just so weird, but the rest was great and the ending is the only part that really takes away critical points for me from my rating. I watched this drama in a little over two days. The storyline just hooked me in and there was no escape. Anyway, many parts left me in shock and I can see myself re-watching this with a friend who hasn't seen it before just to see their reaction to plot twists that left me shocked.

Thanks for reading my review if you have gotten this far. :)

Admittedly, I almost skipped this show as I was never a fan of Yang Zi or Qin Jun Jie before. In fact, I very much disliked her role in Ode to Joy, and was not impressed by either one of them in The Legend of Chusen (which I watched because of Zhao Li Ying). It was therefore coincidental that I picked up this show, and I am glad I did as I could not stop watching ever since.

Acting/Cast and Rewatch Value
Both outperformed in this role and their chemistry is magnetic. It seems like this role brought the best out of them or suits them incredibly well. Their scenes are incredibly sweet and entertaining. I therefore give them a 9, as I've never given a 10 before, except for the rewatch value of this series. Usually, if I have difficulty letting go of a series, rewatching the relevant parts helps so I feel like I have gotten enough of it. But the chemistry of the main couple and the 'light' story makes it easily rewatcheable and hard to let go.

Music and Story
There are a few good songs and the story is nice so I've given both an 8. The opening song stays and there is a beautifully romantic song during the series that is applicable. But there aren't too many songs and the ending song only starts appealing at some point after it was introduced in a relevant scene. The story itself is nice but the contrast between serious/heavy parts and light parts is at times too big which does not seem realistic at times. Especially when you expect something important to happen. Sometimes the story goes too slow and after 12 episodes I wondered, is that all? Whereas the 12 episodes before or after were very exciting.

I am only disappointed with the ending as an important part is missing according to the trailer. There is also no certainty if the series will continue with a sequel (as it depends on whether this one was successful), with the same cast (whether they are all available at the same time). I really liked Yang Zi and Qin Jun Jie together, and the other casts portray a believable performance as well. I think most people are well cast, except the Grandmother, who speaks a bit strange.

Overall, I give it an 8,5 as there are only a few series I have given a 9 to. 10 is perfect and I have never given it before.

This was a very engaging story. Everything that happened added onto your perspective of each character. At first each character is a mystery but as you move on you discover things in their past in flashbacks or their actions that either make you like them more or question your pervious outlook on them. This drama was a good mix of happy, sad and exciting moments. Sometimes I would cry and other times I would be sitting up bouncing up and down with excitement during a scene.
NOT A SPOILER!
The only thing that really bothered me is the outcome of the romantic storyline for Hong Seol. It just let me down because I waited for a decision/outcome to happen. You will have to watch to see what I mean and this might not bother everyone. It's just that I watched 16 episodes just to be unsatisfied with the end? Anyway on another note it was very dramatic. It had me at the edge of my seat unable to blink because I didn't want to miss anything. Watching this is your decision but be warned the ending is in my opinion not very good. It just felt unfinished, but their is not doubt that all the actors were the perfect choices.

Thanks for reading my review, if you have gotten this far! :)
