I Love Lee Tae Ri is part of the recent trend of dramas about time-travel/people/body switch. The story is ok. It is pretty typical and there aren’t any unexpected moments. I thought for sure there would be something special at the end, but there isn’t.

Park Ye Jin plays Lee Tae Ri and she does an ok job. I just didn’t connect with her. I’m not sure if it was her acting or her character, but there is just something missing. Kim Kibum who plays Eun Dong/ Min Soo caught my attention from the beginning(I gave the acting a higher score because of him). I really enjoyed his acting as well as his character. It would be tuff to go from 14 to 25 in a day, but even with his immature behavior he survives it well. The extras also did a fine job and Jang Seo Won who plays Min Gook was excellent!!!

This drama began great, and there were a few episodes toward the end that were enjoyable. It just lacked something and I really think it was the chemistry between the leads. I don’t think it was the age difference. I have seen dramas with age difference where I thought that the couple was perfect for each other. In this drama I really didn’t care if they were together or not.

Anyway, it isn’t a horrible drama. The music is ok. The acting is ok. The story is ok.
I can’t really recommend it, but try it. You might like it!!!

Wao!
What a great story, the past meets with the present,
What i like the most in this Drama is the unpredictable part of the story, it is contrast to many dramas which can be predicted easly. and also i like the combination of fantacyside and realityside inside the story, the combination of pasttime and the present time, for me they matched parfectly to the extent that i wish that these things can hapen in a real world.

The main characters were great, they deriverd the story parfectly, i saw the chemistry between them the romance btn them was SUPER!.

I had fun watching this drama, it made me laugh alot,For me,Its the most fantacy romantic drama ever, i enjoyed watching it and it was worth watching it.

Just..such an awesome story. The usual relationship misconceptions that are so present in the dramas nowadays aren't in this one, and its a relief. The story is really well written and well played out. When its sad and you feel sad, its happy and giddy and you feel the same way. Not like rooftop prince at all except the time travelling, the ending is satisfying and the whole show is just great. If I could give the story a score above 10 I would.

As much as I hate to say this, I'm really disappointed with this KBS BIG. It's a really cute/nice drama, yes. It started off really strong (which most kdramas are naturally good at imo), but as it progressed I lost more and more interest in it. For several reasons actually.

One, they don't provide enough background for the main cast of the drama. Instead they provide way too many fillers with useless information and subplots such as the romance between Teacher Ae Kyung and Na Hyo Sang's little romance. Or even more unbelievably pointless, Teacher Kim Young Ok and Kang Kyung Joon's Uncle's relationship to Gil Da Ran's parents. While their comedic relief is undeniable the time used up on these people could be used to focus on more interesting and informative things like Kyung Joon and Mari's past. Or Yoon Jae's dad and Kyung Joon's mom. Or more importantly Yoon Jae himself, cause honestly after the guy got knocked the hell out we really lost the chance to see any sort of character development. What little flashbacks that were provided simply werent enough because they centered around Gil Da Ran and Yoon Jae as a couple, not him as an individual.

Furthermore, how did Ma Ri and Kyung Joon become acquainted!? How'd she grow to be so in love (obsessed) with him? Besides a few flashback clips of him patting her on the head and her asking him to stop his mom from going to her dad, I really don't know much about this pairing's past.

Also, another thing the writers could have shed a little more light on is the truth behind Yoon Jae and Lee Se Young's relationship. Was it really one sided? And if it was why the fuck would he take and KEEP the key she gave to him if he wasn't wavering in the least bit? Is he really as pure in thought and mind as the writers have tried to convince us after discovering Lee Se Young's lies.

Speaking of the devil, Lee Se Young was a total waste of a potential character if you ask me. I mean really here you have two female antagonist, Seyoung and Mari, yet you give more screen time to the one who is mostly just an annoying fly on the wall with weak purpose. Other than being an manipulative and obnoxious little liar exactly what is she there for lmfao. It'd be something different if Kyung Joon actually had feelings for Mari which would create more tension and drama with a real love triangle. Or maybe a love square? I'm not sure? Can you really count Yoon Jae anymore since he's pretty much had no say in the matter for the last uh...15 episodes.

But anyway, we can't really speak for Mari and Kyung Joon's past because like many other important things it's vague as fuck.

As far as the casting goes, I think it's safe to say that Gong Yoo (((oppa))) saved this drama. As always his performance reeled me in like a fish. I swear when he cries angels grab the tissues and start dabbing away at their tears, lbr. Every emotion is so believable.

LEE MIN JUNG. Love the girl i really do but i hate the character lmfao. She just seems so useless half the time? And only plays a game of tug of war with her feelings. Like really I can just picture her sitting on a park bench, plucking the petals off a sunflower and saying "I love him....I love him not...I love him...I love him not". Cause that's all her character did this entire time besides act like she older than Kyung Joon by 15 years and scold him restlessly even though he has more courage, patience, consistency, commitment, and sincerity in the tip of his finger than she possess in her entire fucking body. Honestly, she just proved to me that an age gap has little to do with maturity and readiness in terms of love. BUT I'M SORRY, i can't blame Lee Min Jung for having an "eh" role. I mean she didn't write it ykwim? Lmfao i really like her acting so I won't continue to complain.

OK. BUT LASTLY.

WHAT'S EVEN MORE UPSETTING

IS HOW THIS DRAMA DRAGS ON AND ON AND ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN AND ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN and ONNNNNNNNNNNNNN AND ONNNNNNNNN-....see what i did there. Yea.

The writers spend most of the time making the main cast look like indecisive dumbasses instead of worrying about how to settle the "after come".

Here's a timeline of what they do:

exposition --> rising action --> CLIMAX? --> K nope rising action --> rising action --> CLIMAX NOW?..anybody? idk --> falling action? --> nope havent reached the climax i don't think --> a bunch of plot twists --> ok wtf are we even doing anymore --> finale resolution (lol hi)

Lmfao. Kyung Joon hasn't returned to his own body and there's only 1 episode left to take care of that. Naturally, this will lead me to believe that everything will be jam packed into the finale. I'm praying that it won't be sloppy. I'm praying that it won't be a cop out ending in which they pull a "5 years later" type of thing. There's literally so many things to cover after they switch bodies back that it just leaves...to many doubts and little hopes for a clean end.

If you ask me they could have spent less screen time on useless things like standing around crying while dramatic OST music plays in the background; or, knixed one of the supporting cast subplots on creating more time for the finale, in which all questions can be answered. All loose knots can be tied.

Anyway, overall this drama just seems to be yet another predictable and shallow romance that can be used to pass time. It gets kudos for some of the exceptional pieces of eye candy though.

But again, Gong Yoo was terrific and gives a heart trembling performance as always! So, if you're a huge fan of him you can give this drama a shot.

(might edit after watching the last ep)

What could have been a perfect 10/10 drama or at least 9.5/10 is dragged down to a 7.5/10 due to a single plot being dragged to a point beyond annoying. How saddening. If the drama as a whole didnt rely on this single plot line so heavily to be its driving point it wouln't have made such a negative difference to the drama as a whole. The unfortunate news is that it does rely heavily on this dragged out plot line and it ends up feeling very much like a cheap attempt to get viewers hooked in order to have more viewers during its broadcast (this is a very important factor to everyone in a production especially in Korea). Smh. Music, acting, action scenes, directing, production are all top notch but dragging out a major plot to an exaggerating point I never have known before, ruins a lot this drama has to offer. That being said, I think I can still recommend this drama seeing the intelligent effort that was put into it and that it at least gets a 7.5/10 from me.

This is a Drama special, so the plot needed to be simple but still interesting, and this drama did that greatly.
I gave this drama special a high score because personally this kind of drama i really enjoy, lighthearted, sweet, and meaningful, something that really make makes you go awww~ and fall in love.

Story - the drama wasn't slow passed or going too fast, its a drama you want to watch that will get your mood up. i wouldn't say its the most original plot but its loveable. sometimes when watching a movie or drama i feel some scenes or dialogue is unnecessary, but this was one of those that had every second used up perfectly, you don't want to miss anything.

Acting/cast - i love the characters, even if they weren't the main character, they played an important part that made the drama special that more special. i love the actors for the two main characters, they played it perfectly (totally love KyungHo shi) and the little girl was absolutely adorable.

Music - From what i remember there was only one song, Feist - La Même Histoire. its a beautiful song have no clue what the lyrics are but just listening to it gives off a lighthearted feeling like the drama. it plays near the end and fits the scene so perfectly.

Rewatch - i gave this a 8 because i never rewatch stuff because i already know whats gonna happen but this drama special is something i wouldn't mind watching again when i need a little cheering up or maybe on a lazy day.

if i was to speak artistically, i would say when i think of this drama special, i imagine a beautiful sunny day with a light breeze and a lite rain (spitting) and always see that scene in the drama where there a bridge and the path below is surrounded by a wall and its all covered in bright green leaves. ( not very good at explaining things but you'll know what i mean when you see it)

The Demon is on the loose once more in search of a human who would willingly offer his heart to her to retain human form...

This is another epic love story, very different from the first one. Love in any form is visible in this movie. It shows human greed, sacrifice (more like martyrdom), loyalty, brotherhood, friendship. This movie contains a lot of sacrifices, either to sustain a cause, for a great value or, of course let's not forget love.

I gave it a score of 7 in general, I enjoyed watching the movie. The cinematography is excellent, from their costumes, armory, the set and choice of locations. This would be brilliant to watch in big screens or in high definition... The music is beautiful, very enticing... The actors are great... However, I prefer the plot of the story of the first Painted Skin.

A great movie to watch!

I just love this drama!

When I first started watching it, I wasn´t so sure if it was a good idea. The theme is mystery and it´s not something for me....I thought. But this drama is done so well that I didn´t even want to think about quitting after the 1st episode.

It´s a mystery and psychological drama about a game which leads easily to debt. It´s about a honest girl who gets to join a game called liar game, which is a game all about lying, betraying each other, stealing things - all for money. But as the game goes on you´ll see that it´s not only a game of luck..

[off topic - there was a big spider in my room..scary!!!!]

But the drama was interesting every hour, minute and second I watched it. Absolutely no regrets! I enjoyed it and after every episode I was surprised that I wanted to see another and another.

You, who you are reading this now and thinking if you should watch it. It´s nothing more harder to say it: YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT. It´s definitely (I don´t hesitate at all) the most INTERESTING, the most DIFFERENT and catchy thing I have ever seen. If you watch it, you won´t regret.

The story is just so good, you´re gonna enjoy the actors there (they´re perfect and do their job just so well), I loved everything. That´s why I watched 5 episodes a day. 5x45 minutes = 3,5 hours a day. I JUST LOVED IT.

I swear you won´t regret it. Watch the drama now. I am confident that you all would love it ?

Story-the story was something new and original to me. It was something so catchy and fun, i never got bored. its definately worth laughing and crying for. The adorableeness is to the top.

Acting/cast- all the four leads we goodlooking which is rare to find, and i liked all of them. the acting was flawless and diverse.

Music- the music is so catchy that i found myself singing it in my head all the time. the happy songs are cute and enjoyable, and the sad songs make u cry and enter ur heart instantly.

Rewatch value- if i was ever to rewatch something, it would be this. Watching it would make me even more attached. definately worth it.

Overall- amazingly done. something ill never forget and will always recomend to everyone.

A truly enjoyable serie, Kagi no Kakatta Heya is perfect for the Summer. It's episodic, which allows the viewer to watch one episode today and the next in a week without either forgetting the plot or severing any narrative thread. Should you decide to watch it, you can let your heart rest and only use your brain: this is a logic quiz, not a rollercoaster of emotions. The cases revolve around how the crime was committed: Who and Why are almost irrelevant.
It's perfect for a break from emotion-filled dramas, or for a weekly/daily 45 minutes of pure distraction.

As already pointed out by other reviewers, each episode is built upon a fix pattern, with a brief presentation of each locked-room case in which the improbable investigative trio gives us hints to solve the riddle. If you aren't a fan of serial doramas, you may find the repetition boring. Personally, now and then I like the familiarity created by schemes and patterns: it's... reassuring, and relaxing.

The actors do a great job. Sato Koichi's antics are hilarious, Ohno Satoshi's robotic ways surreal but very effective in creating a familiar character and yet leaving that trace of mystery which keeps the interest of the viewer alive. I'm partial to Toda Erika because every time I see her on screen she is different. This time it took me almost half an episode to truly recognize her; I once read that she's one of the few drama actresses, if not the only one, who is ready to act with no make-up at all. Her clothes are so discouraging it's evident she does not want to impress for her looks, but for her acting skills.

The editing of this show is original: it cuts scenes and music abruptly. In the beginning I thought it was a mistake by the segmenters, but I later realized it's a direction choice. While I wouldn't recommend this kind of style for every drama I watch, I think it works well here, where no room is left open for unnecessary detail and economy prevails over flowery narration.

The music is brilliant and works perfectly for the show. It combines some elements of the traditional detective/mystery serie a' la Ellery Queen with the contemporary pace and rhythm.

It can be rewatched, given some time has passed and you've forgotten
the intricacies of how the culprit did what (s)he did. I didn't mind the ending at all, I thought it was very much in line with the rest of the show. Suitable and therefore recommended to any type of viewer of every age.

Story- the story's too fast and they wasted the movie on too many unneeded scenes, even the kissing was disgusting. I didnt feel the love between them, it was more like forced love. i actually didnt get it well so i read the sypnosis after watching the movie and was surprised to find that the movie was totally different from it.

Acting/cast- the acting wasnt so good in my opinion, and they were over doing it with emotions to make it funny and it wasnt. The cast chosen was pretty acceptable, nothing against that.

Music-I didnt focus too much on the music but it was old and inappealing.

Rewatch value-i'd probably never waste time on this and watch it again. it was kind of nice but not worth it.

Overall-i enjoyed it and think that overall its not so bad, it just got so much fame that i was disappointed with it.

This is my first review on this site and I been here for a few months. I always wanted to watch this movie but there was no reviews, even though it has a good rating. After watching this movie I understand why the users on this site couldn't review. This movie is a Masterpiece. Everything from the acting to the plot his just portrayed so beautifully. I really never had seen a sad Movie that just moved me to tears and I was satisfied with everything including the ending. The story is simple yet so complex. The development of the main character was written perfectly and the child actor (PARK Ji-Bin) executed his role so well that I really thought he was Hani. There really is no words for this movie. I think if you're ready for a tear jerker that moves your soul YOU MUST WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!!
