The Best Show I Have Seen
I dont usually take the time to review a series but this one deserves it. One of the best series I have seen. The storyline had so much more depth than I ever imagined. I found myself laughing, kicking my feet, and at time even cryingnalong with these characters. TeeTeePor didnt just bring their characters to life, they became them. TeeTeePor's chemistry is unmatched. All the side characters are hilarious. Every week was boost of serotonin. I am not ready to close the book on Qin and Duang yet. To anyone considering watching this and who might stumble upon this review please watch it! The OSTs are also fantastic, the production, the acting, hell everything is top tier. This show will always and forever hold a special place in my heart that I know I will always come back to. It is my new comfort series and I will miss Saturday morning episodes being released so much. This show is a perfect 10/10. Amazing. 👏👏👏Cet avis était-il utile?

you can learn A LOT from this series. i hope it reaches the target audiences (yes, i am talking about SOME kpop fans who literally invade their idol's personal life) for those who don't get it, idols are human too. I REPEAT, IDOLS ARE HUMAN TOO, they can date whoever they want when they feel like it. they are idols and you don't own them. and spoiler alert, i've finished this serie a long time ago and i still don't like khun pemika but i'm glad she changed her attitude last minute.Cet avis était-il utile?

One of the most iconic fluff dramas of all time which actually has a plot
Usually I'm not a fluff person cz it kinda bores me when it doesn't have a plot and just fluff. Kinda like your sky or Ai long nai... i liked them but not like I LOVE THEM. I think that's where DWY is unique. It's not just fluff it has a plot and each character has their own personality and depth they're not simply cute or simply cold. They're someone you can actually relate too and sympathize with. I think we all have had our own Qin moments in life although meeting a Duang in real life is rare. I laughed with them cried with them and also rooted for them these couple of months. They just made my day..I really really really recommend this drama to everyone. Don't miss out on this ❤️ bye bye DuangQin and hello TeeteePor

A modern Cinderella story where the female lead takes control of her own fate
This is a classic romcom drama filled with comedy, romance, and plenty of tender, charming moments. The story follows Seong Huiju, a wealthy young woman who, despite her status, has been denied respect and recognition her entire life. The drama takes place in an alternate universe with a constitutional monarchy, similar to England, where the themes of legitimacy, noble lineage, and social hierarchy are central. Huiju is looked down on, even by her own father, because she is the daughter of his mistress, a commoner. Although she works incredibly hard and rises to the top of her company, she is still denied her rightful place as heir. Her brother, born to her father’s legal wife and married into nobility, is favored instead despite not being fit for the job. When her father attempts to arrange a marriage for her, Huiju basically decides to take matters into her own hands and choose a husband who can give her the status and opportunities she’s been denied.
Enter Grand Prince Yi An, the regent. With the king still a child and unable to rule, as the previous king died mysteriously in a fire few years prior, Yi An holds the true power in the kingdom. However, there is tension beneath the surface, he basically disagree that his young nephew should rule, even though he clearly cares for him. Meanwhile, the Queen Dowager exerts pressure on the child king, creating a power struggle between her and Yi An because she doesn't want her son to be kept from holding the power. Caught in the middle is the young king himself, who is too young to understand the political games around him and simply wants a normal childhood.
Yi An and Huiju share a past as schoolmates, and they reunite at the king’s birthday celebration. Huiju quickly decides he is the man she wants to marry and begins pursuing him. Of course he agrees eventually, and they enter into a public relationship while secretly aligning their own ambitions. Their marriage is as much a strategic partnership as it is building their romance, with both planning to support each other even though they initially planning to divorce later. Together, they must navigate public scrutiny, royal expectations, protocol, and political factions.
It’s an endearing, easy-to-root-for the leads kind of drama. IU perfectly captures Huiju as an entitled/arrogant yet ultimately kind-hearted heiress, while Wooseok delivers a great performance as Yi An, someone cold, composed, and calculating, but with a mischievous edge and genuine warmth underneath.

It you want music with story, this is for your
I think this is the best drama with music that really emphasized the beauty of song.Japanese drama never disappointed me with this kind of story and Satoh takeru proved that he is naoki himself.
The storyline is just nice and the song really incredible and TENBLANK should released album for real.
All the character become the character itself.
Applaude to all cast and team for great drama
I also think this kind of Japanese music is really good

Omg omg ???
This is my first time writing a review about a movie and I feel like if I don't write a review about Duang With You I won't be happy with myself.🫣🫣Firstly the story over all is a ten out of ten🥰🥰.
It's been a while a movie has felt so perfect. The movie portrayed love to be so easy, sweet, without hardship and so wanting. Duang's approach from the beginning, his patience even when at some point he thought Qin was going to go back to his ex,and his unchanged character even till the end made me realize that love can be patient if you ever find the right one for you. Also Qin character development from been reluctant to finally giving in completely reflects how if we do meet right person who is patient we can open up to them completely for people who find it hard to give their heart out easily 🥰😘
Secondly Qin's reconciliation with his parents made me realize how many of us wants this kind of reconciliation but will never get it because our parents will never listen and even if they do listen will never feel that they're wrong since most forget that while we might be their children and they our parents we also have our own wills and desires that we hope they can help work with 😢😢
Thirdly the NC scene was so satisfying and thrilling🥰😶🌫️. I kept giggling ☺️☺️and blushing😊😊 as if I was with them live. The NC scene was neither overwhelming or too little just the right type of perfect 🫠🥰
Fourthly the ost music were so beautiful and timely😘😘. The songs were inserted in the right scenes and right time. Every music fit every scene perfectly and beautifully. Music so good I already have two osts download on my phone already 🤗🫣
Fifthly the castings and actings were perfect. I loved Pae,Kim and Tong. Jamie and Marvis really also hold a special place in my heart even though as at ep11 we still don't have a kiss scene from them😭😶🌫️
Lastly Duang With You is definitely going to be my comfort movie from hence forth and I don't know how many times I'll be rewatching it after watching the final episode today.
DMD PLS GIVE US A SPECIAL EPISODE 😭😭
Thank you so much DMD for this beautiful masterpiece and I'll continue to love all DMD actors and support them
JUST SAD TO SAY GOODBYE TO DUANG WITH YOU 😭😭

That was cute and quite real...
MDL does not aknowledge that this series has 11 episodes and I would think it would be a bit silly to put an extra page for the "so called" special episode - which in reality is the "happy end" episode everyone watching this, does deserve. They tell the story of a student who falls in love with a teacher - as it happens so many times. But while the teacher knows the feeling of the girl, she is painstakingly aware not to cross a border she should not cross and she doesn't. First we see the perspective of the student and in later episodes we see the perspective of the teacher which is a unique way of story telling.
Of course we don't get the kind of intimacy we expect in a thai show, but it was also not necessary. The "special episode" does give us a view of them together and that's enough as it is. For such a short drama (11 episodes around 4 minutes per episode) they did deliver the story straightforward without being cringe or childish. Everything was very sensible done.
Production quality also felt very high end, which did surprise me a bit. So, if you have the time, this show does not disappoint and is far better than most other long-form series I have seen.

Not bad but..
Honestly, up until episode 6 I thought it was really good—the “mystery” behind the aliens worked well, and even Erng’s storyline wasn’t bad. In fact, my initial rating was an 8.But after episode 6, I think it dropped off: there were quite a few plot holes, and I don’t think the balance between comedy and the main storyline was handled very well. Some parts also felt confusing to me, like the plot twist in episode 10, which wasn’t really developed afterward in the series.
Overall, though, the episodes are easy to watch, and I didn’t mind the ending—in fact, I think it fits the series. For me, it’s a 7.

not communicating hurts more than can imagine...
This time TrueFilm surprised us with an established couple - but as it's typical with their short-stories, they have a problem communicating. You may think it's the same old same old, but it's not. It's a result of social pressure in Korea and someones inability to accept all the love he receives witout being able to give it back 1:1.In this short series (around 30 minutes without last episodes repeat) they acting was a much higher as before. Both leads did a very good job in conveing their characters, so they are very believable. There are of course some production lapses, they had to lip-sync one scene (or they did remove all other noises which made it look a bit steril). Also on-body microphones can hinder a delivery in a scene especially in an emotional scene in the finale, a boom microphone would have been the better choice. Of course they still could not get into a real bar - but I guess that's a running gag for them now 🤣
Overall this was not really entertaining, because it was not fun to watch, but it was a very good watch. Some stories don't need 10 or 12 episodes with 45 minutes to convey a story and they did nail it this time.

Duang With You Series 10/10

“Sometimes Love Is Just Staying
Duang With You is the kind of drama that doesn’t try too hard to impress you, yet still manages to leave a lasting feeling. At first glance, the story feels simple and calm. There is no overwhelming drama or intense conflict at the beginning. Instead, it introduces us to a soft and slow-paced connection between Duang and Qin. However, as the story progresses, you begin to understand that its strength lies in its subtle emotional depth rather than loud storytelling.
The dynamic between the two main characters is what truly carries the series. Duang, with his warm and open personality, contrasts beautifully with Qin, who is more reserved and emotionally guarded. Their relationship is not built on instant attraction or dramatic confessions, but rather on small, meaningful moments that gradually bring them closer together.
One of the most compelling aspects of the drama is how it explores emotional distance and personal healing. Qin’s character, in particular, reflects someone who has learned to protect himself due to past experiences. Instead of forcing change, Duang’s presence becomes a quiet source of comfort and understanding. This makes their connection feel natural and believable.
The pacing may feel slow for viewers who prefer more intense or plot-driven stories, but for those who enjoy character-focused narratives, it works well. The drama allows the audience to sit with the characters and experience their emotions without rushing.
Overall, Duang With You is a soft, emotionally grounded BL that focuses more on feeling than spectacle. It may not be the most dramatic series, but it offers a gentle and comforting story about connection, patience, and emotional growth.

Hyeyoon's Acting is Superb, but the writing is bad and the chemistry is zero
Too many many people who said that they don't understand why this drama got so much hate. So I warn you, to all the new audiences and to all the "speak-no-evil" fans out there, make sure you are stoic enough to continue reading this comment to clear your confusion about the hate of this drama.I'll start with the writing. Yes the writing is THAT bad. It is. The storyline is kinda spinning around the FL's story and the ML's story individually (that's so boring and never attached to each other's background story) and ended up forcing the leads to suddenly fall in love with each other out of the blue, out of nowhere, even though the FL has done many bad things to the ML and to the ML's best friend.
The storyline depiction is too dragging that can't spark a heart-fluttering and deep chemistry between FL and ML at all, so their chemistry is ZERO. They are just like frenemies or partner-in-crime throughout the story, totally not like lovers but the writing kinda forced them to act like one. It's better if this story isn't forced to be a romcom but just a fantasy-comedy instead, where they also team up with the 8-tailed fox. That way, maybe the chemistry of the team would be greater.
Those who keep insisting that there is chemistry between the FL and ML or that Hyeyoon and Lomon have best chemistry whatsoever are those blind fans who only judge anything by looks and visuals. They don't give a single f*ck about anything deeper than just visuals, such as storyline and acting skills. No matter how mess the storyline and the acting skills are, they would turn a total blind eye of it and provocate the new audiences that these two's chemistry are the best and impressive. *sigh*
Well, the FL (Hyeyoon) did nothing wrong about it, her acting is superb as a selfish, annoying, and eccentric gumiho.
Blame it on the writing and also the ML's (Lomon's) lack of acting. Yes it is. Yes he is JUST good-looking but his acting can't keep up with Hyeyoon's acting (his expressions are only 😐 whether he's happy, sad, or distraught). His characterization is a complete mess. That's a fact. How could he possibly fall in love with a woman who took his entire life one-sidedly? And when she can't return anything to the way it was bcs she has become a human, how come he could easily become infatuated to her out of the blue without (maybe for example) cursing her or taking revenge on her? She even sold one of his thing without telling him, wow, there are actually enough reasons to create a storyline where he can take revenge on her first, which can then be directed towards attraction because maybe the woman does something important for him (and also for his friend Hyun Wooseok) that makes him melt, instead of falling in love out of nowhere. In fact, the FL is depicted as a totally self-centered character that never does something so meaningful for him in the first place that could make him go crazy of her.
Well, I know this is just a fantasy romcom, but making the story too implausible is also very frustrating, given the fact that this is one of the highly-anticipated 2026 k-dramas. It's a pity.
I think anyone who could see a drama objectively without only seeing the actor's visuals will think the same thing.
I don't care of those who against my opinion by saying "Then make your own drama! If you don't like it, just don't watch it!" Well indeed, but that doesn't stop me to give a criticism to a drama that actually flopped and has a poor storyline, right? What the heck, are we only allowed to speak up when we feel that a drama is good, but when we feel that a drama doesn't meet our expectations, we are forced to remain silent, is that so? STFU to all the blind "speak no evil" fans out there.
And if you think they have best chemistry or whatsoever from your own POV that's opposite to mine, that's all up to you. TBH, I totally agree to a comment saying that people with this POV are among the most fans who are built "differently", where they rate looks instead of shows.
I also kinda laugh so hard seeing the Wikipedia page of No Tail To Tell has been revised, saying that this drama received very positive reviews and highlighted "the impressive chemistry". IMPRESSIVE CHEMISTRY??? Impressive zero chemistry maybe you mean? LMAO there comes the blind "speak no evil" pack who try their best to make the new audiences turn a blind eye to the actual mostly mixed-to-negative reviews (looks > shows for them). Same old story over and over again.
Wendy's "My Everything" (and also Hyeyoon) are the only two things that kinda kept me going til the end of the drama.
DISCLAIMER :
This is totally NOT the FL's fault. Once again, she is totally superb here and she has that natural beauty and acting skill that makes her suit almost every role, including this one. But just because she is that good as an actress and then SBS decides to win her with the ML a Best Couple Award for this drama, I think SBS should be sued. This actress is so good that a co-star like this ML is totally UNMATCHED with her, and her character feels like depicted as a woman who is able to stand alone on her feet and is not interesting in having a romantic partner, but the storyline seems to force her to fall in love with a man who also doesn't seem to love her that much (and indeed there should be NO reason whatsoever that could make the ML fall in love with her, judging from the overall storyline from the beginning till the end), so the chemistry is none.
Also kinda sick seeing the ML always try to touch the FL in their interviews and when they were off-screen (the BTS). Too obvious that the ML is sooo eager to win the "Best Couple Award" with the actress he may long has a crush on, but shame on you pretty boy, you're failed 👎 But thank God the FL always tries to keep the distance between them. I won't describe what she actually felt 'cause those blind fans could attack me for being "Mr. Know-It-All" about the FL's feeling, but I honestly can feel how she felt about the ML's doing, judging from her body language. Body language totally can't lie, you know. Once again, no harm against her. I kinda feel sorry for the FL to take this drama as her comeback. She really deserves more.
PS :
Don't you dare attack me by forcing your idea or starting a mess or saying that I'm a hater of one of the individuals that act innocent and try to be a victim here, or I'll block and report your account.

Literally the best of the bestttt
Omg this drama was the best that I have ever watched, the chemistry in the jilu couple was also rlly good. Literally this drama has kept me interested the whole time I watched it and the story was really interesting that I was literally wishing the next ep comes out faster. Also ju jingyi’s acting was rlly good here and her visuals were really pretty too!! I’m so sad that VOS only has 29 eps 😭Honestly the ending tho was like kinda bittersweet and everybody suddenly started randomly all reviving at the end which is kinda weird tbh but that doesn’t matter
