My sister introduced me the trailer to this movie because Luhan was there. But what got me interested was not really Luhan, although he was a really great bonus on this one, but because of the plot itself.

The movie was really something unique. It made me cry at certain scenes and it made me laugh at the most funny read more ones. It can really touch you in certain ways because of their different aspects in the movie. This movie is truly fun and interesting to watch. I would truly recommend people to watch this one. I didn't particularly like the ending though because I think it needed more explanation and all other things. I thought it was a little bit of a cliffhanger for me but it was quite alright overall. :)

I loved the movie and the whole plot. Although many people were driven to see this because of Luhan (which I was as well) all the actors/actresses were great in this.

The music in this movie was excellent and showed a love for earlier traditional songs and new rock songs as it showed the society back then, and how different it was from the society now.

I'd watch this again any time. read more The thing that I loved most about this movie was the fact that it had many funny scenes.

This movie actually isn't as great as i want it to be, But this is a really great choice if you don't have anything to do in weekend. I'm captivated by Yang Shan. She is such a beauty. Her acting is also great.

Seriously this is a good movie to waste your time. A cliche story that executed well. That's it.

That day she left 2 men with the biggest regret in not being able to make her theres.

give it a 7 it was a nice watch but not funny as much as people was nice but it began to get repetitive and kinda fake still liked it though.memory lane was nice but it wasnt super touching as i wished but still good the ending almost got me a bit teary eyed not at all in regarding to the story of the main character which was ironic in the end the one that stole the show was the guy that would regret in a way meeting her.

Nearly a scene-by-scene remake of the original, but worth watching.
The major difference, I'd say, is soul. This one left significantly less of an emotional impact on me. At the end, I was waiting for that punch of sadness or happiness or bitter sweetness that the original offered, but it just felt really lacking to me.
They don't even have a companion to the Kim Soo Hyun scene from Miss Granny :(

I think the Korean one had more funnies and this one had more feels. It's a while since I saw Miss Granny but I think this one was more about not regretting your mistakes... I don't know. I liked it though :)

Original version - Miss Granny - was waaaaay better. Cast, acting, comedy - I was in stitiches watching MG and I was touched sometimes too. Unlike whatching "Back to 20". I can't recall really funny moments (and I have just finished the movie), plus I was slightly moved once.
One point was little better though. Devotion of her old friend, Lin Da Hai (played by Wang Deshun) It gave more real feeling than just silliness and laugh matter like it was in Miss Granny. Lin Da Hai was more mature I guess;D

Btw I have an urge to write it somewhere - the smile of Yang Shan seems so familiar to me and I can't say why!
