This is a cute, quirky movie and I enjoyed it a lot. The main lead, Gong Yoo is a favorite of mine. I like watching him act. He's got a strange sort of beauty to his face but his acting is what gets me in almost everything I have watched him in. In this he pays a nerdy perfectionist with an element of a doom and gloom mentality and a bit of read more OCD. This ultimately gets him axed from his job.

Im Su Jung plays a harried and hopeless stage director who is unable to forget her first love. She even has a suitor wanting to marry her and she can't seal the deal. She hides behind her work as an excuse to avoid him and turn him down, driving her father crazy in the process.

I like the antagonistic relationship between the two leads after the story of "Finding Mr. Destiny" gets going. I like the flashback sequences. Both for how the memories are portrayed and the beautiful shots of India. This film has elements of the unexpected that keep it from being a typical, by rote, romantic comedy.

It's a sweet story. Light but not fluffy, well acted and a great ending too.

This movie was different. I thought it was kinda slow @ 1st, but it picked up quick. It showed a different look on 1st loves. Just b/c u found ur 1st love does not mean that they r the person u r fated 2 be w/. I love that Gong Yoo can play a dorky type character that still gets the girl....LOL! He has this manliness about him that shines through even read more when he is playing the part of a chicken. Seo Ji Woo's character was a great compliment 2 Han Gi Joon. Where he was scared 2 face things she wasn't & where she was scared he wasn't. I was happy throughout the movie & I loved that the flashbacks had me guessing about Ji Woo's 1st love. I recommend this movie if ur looking for something 2 make u feel like; even though u missed love the 1st time u can always find it again & usually where u least expect it. Hope for a true love is what u get from this movie. I hope all who watch enjoy.

The film is a romantic comedy with a bit of "life philosophy", is not a pure romance.
Very nice and well acting. Like always it's fun try to remember in which drama the cast has already starred.

It was hilarious and made me laugh so much. But the romance is a bit off.

This was such a cute movie, actually I didn't expect much for this movie, but it turned out to be really good ^-^ eventhough it says that it's a romcom it's not really funny.. but nevertheless 8/10 points since it made me feel good and I needed something like that rn xD

Ok, I was expecting a lot more out of this movie b/c of the 2 cover photos I saw for it - I thought it would be funny and romantic - but it really wasn't - it was mostly confusing and kinda dull. I loved Gong Yoo however (he's the reason I wanted to watch it in the first place). I liked both "characters" he played but at the same time that was the MOST confusing thing for me *I think I understand it now by reading the comments below - but it still isn't clear for me* I wish they wouldn't have done that - b/c I could have avoided all my "But WHY's" while watching this film... :/ Overall it wasn't a bad movie *and Gong Yoo *no matter what character he is playing* could woo a girl over anytime* <3 But it's not particularly a movie I would watch again - as it didn't have enough depth for me. I do like one thing they said in the end though, how your "first love" doesn't necessarily mean the "first person" - you're "first love" per-say is your "fated or destined" one - that was a nice touch to end everything with ^^ I'm going to give it a 7. - But man Gong Yoo looks so Sexy ^_^ Especially when he kisses or smiles <3 *heart flutters*

I still don't understand why she kept seeing Gong Yoo in her flashbacks instead of kim jong wook? I'm really confused

Was it really she seeing him in her flashbacks? I saw it more as Han Gi Joon mentally visualising the story Ji Woo was telling him or what he read from her diary.. since it was him imagining it, he imagined it with his own face, somewhat like how sometimes when we are too immersed in a novel we tend to associate a character with ourselves.... If this film was a book, I think Gi Joon would be the narrator... I hope I didn't confuse you LOL.

Wonderful movie. In the genre of "Romatic Comedy" this hits the mark on both aspects. Creatively written with just the right amount of humor but never leaving the theme of love and first love behind. Beautifully filmed with flashbacks of a trip to India along with a first rate musical stage production that I totally enjoyed. Don't hesitate if you like Rom-Coms that aren't to mushy, aren't to serious.......but just right.
