This show is foremost about love and how love chooses you. Age and station do not matter. It's also very much about growing up and having someone be on your side no matter what. I thought this show was very well acted. I loved the kids and the lessons learned through the help of Biscuit Teacher. I loved Gong Yoo and Gong Hyo Jin. Tae In fell in love with Bo Ri read more and that was it for him, end of story. This show touched my heart. It was very cute and fun. Find it on the web and watch it!

I started with this drama mainly because the plot seemed interesting enough. We all know what happens in a forbidden kind of love story between student and teacher and I expected it to go the cliched way right from the beginning but Biscuit Teacher surprised me here. The relationship between Tae In and Bo Ri has been depicted with sensitivity and a lot of depth-they are like friends, each other's mentors, guides, read more siblings, parents and lovers. Beginning was extremely fun and humorous with lotsa hilarious and heart-rendering situations involving individual students. But towards the end it kind of became a drag where there was little to no substantial plot development. It was heart-breaking to see Tae In cry so much and frustrating to see Bo Ri act like a confused teenager, unsure of her feelings. However the ending totally made up for it- very sweet. If not for anything else, this drama MUST be watched for Gong Yoo's realistic portrayal of an innocent and love-struck teenager, who matures from an eccentric, unruly kid to a real man with the strength to sacrifice what's most dear to him. Great acting by Gong Hyo Jin and the supporting cast as well.

Both shows are noona love stories. OML is about a super star who learns to be a better man as he leans to love and take care of his child. BT&SC is about a neglected and rebellious high schooler becoming a better man thanks to his love for his teacher.

    it's a cute drama
at first i was like ughh this is not gonna be good but after a few episode it gets better
what i love the most about it is we also get to hear some of the students' stories which was a really nice touch and it didn't feel very draggy because of that :)
and of course Gong Yoo's acting is very good and his character is very cute not just him almost all the characters are likable and each character mature and grows so it's really nice
    overall good drama

Am wondering should I start watching this drama for a filler while waiting for Goblin since it's a 2005 drama. (it's outdated lol)

DO IT! I actually loved this better than Goblin haha.

Sure it's an old show, but once you get past that, Gong Yoo's role as Tae-In will REALLY touch your heart <3

Gong Yoo as Tae-In might just be my fave role of his (while his Coffee Prince role is a very close second). This man is seriously talented.

It's been years, and I still find myself coming back to rewatch certain episodes from this drama. If anything, Tae-In will tug at your heartstrings EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Ok i'm watching episode 4 and lovin' it, even tho i'm not getting the whole superhero-"house of flying daggers" fighting style. Is it made on purpose? Is it a parody (i guess so)? There will be an explanation later for the whole slow motion kicks and flying-around-all-together stuff?

Lovely drama nonetheless, so fun and weird!

Question for anyone who has seen this - I'm currently watching this and I am unsure of who the girl (Gong Hyo Jin) ends up with in the end - b/c the description isn't too clear and the reviews aren't clear either... I'd like to know for sure who she ends up with - please tell me in a spoiler tag (I'm hoping it's Gong Yoo - since he is the one in the picture with her)

That engagement ring from Ji Hyun Woo is the ugliest engagement ring I've seen to date. And that proposal can it even be called a proposal?
