Pretty interesting

I have no idea what possessed me to watch this since lately I've been trying to avoid dramas I might drop. But to my complete surprise this first episode was pretty darn interesting and kept my complete attention.

Surprinsingly good start

I started watching this drama without any expectations; I just thought it’s worth the shot solely because it’s a mystery drama and I am a sucker of Japanese mystery productions.

I am not books’ person; I read every once in a while but I am not very interested in literally books that aren’t related to my field of study that’s why I said I am not watching this because of the books theme but surprise, surprise; this drama managed to draw me in by the first episode. I’ve got to give credit for the super directing and astounding music. I believe this drama will be very informative; I am looking forward to the rest of it.

Something new and refreshing

I found the first episode very interesting despite the low count of characters, quiet setting, etc. It's the mystery that draws me. And I think I felt equally amazed as Daisuke when the truth about his grandmother is told! lol.

Indeed something new and unique, and watching this is like taking a breath of fresh air.

Average

Great plot, but it's not that interesting.

Interesting Idea

So after this surprisingly good first episode we'll have to see what comes now.

Generally i like the idea to put books and the story behind them in the center of attention in a drama. Since i myself am a big book lover i hope that this drama will stay interesting.

Since this is labeled as Mystery and Romance (and i'm putting my hopes in the romance part :D) we'll have to see how the story can develop under these circumstances:

First: Most of the setting is going to be in the library

second: actors are going to be (as the poster shows)mostly only three persons

third: the female mc seems to always have a sudden inspiration the moment she hears something about books (or specifically only one book)
-problems that could arise here would be:
-Is it possible to always have the right intuitution about the storys behind the books? (seriously, sometimes it could seem unrealistic)
-It could get boring, to always wait for her opinion (because she's so shy the episodes drag on...)

But since we have excellent actors here (like Kurosawa Ryohei) i have high hopes for this drama!

Thumps up for the following episodes!

Never Ending story....

very interesting drama from the beginning. The idea about power of books and how they can tell a story about their owners attracted me. I hope that action will be ran faster and the actors will play better. So far, I wonder what in the end will be the relationship between Goura Daisuke a Shinokawa Shioriko ;]
