In our blues the characters are all connected through Jeju island while in A Year-End Medley the characters are all connected through a hotel.

Both movies have Kim Young Kwang as lead actors as well as similarities of doubting if the couple will end up together or not. They really play with your heart as your rooting for the childhood couple to end up together as they go into adulthood and face the real world.
