It's the beginning of the war Eunseong and his mother planned. Finally, Haein's grandfather knows the truth behind his girlfriend's presence. I wanted him to learn the hard way, but I can't deny how heartbreaking it was when he realised he lost the people who truly cared for him. He has nobody to blame but himself. Beomja is such a good daughter. After everything she's been through, she doesn't give up on her father. Her father owes her, her siblings, and his wife a lot. Apologies aren't enough. Let's talk about the funny scenes in this episode. Song Joongki's cameo was perfect. I was sad with Hyunwoo and Haein's decision for an amicable divorce, but his scene was entertaining. Yanggi is such a drama queen with a wild imagination. I bet he fed Hyunwoo over-the-top stories about how rich kids act when they found out Haein is a conglomerate. It's satisfying to see the whole Hong family in the countryside. Especially Soocheol and Haein's arrogant mother. It'll be fun to see them struggle in Hyunwoo's village. The people shouldn't be lenient on the Hong family's ignorance. Please teach them lessons and humble them!

i died seeing the cameo... the introduction was so good omg, i was so shocked... also pls- the elevator scene when hyun woo asked hae in if she was okay :(( Lastly, can we talk about beom ja, the aunt? Unironically the only sane character in that family. She seems emotionally unstable, but tbh her reactions make completely sense bc why tf is that grandpa gifting his exwife's ring to a stranger when he promised to give it to their daughter. insanity, i would have felt so betrayed. poor beom ja istg. I saw somewhere someone saying that that family is easily crumbling rn bc the mother was the head of the family, or took a big and important part in it, so her death made them weaker and instable and it just makes so much sense now. that's why that so called self-made rich family seems very dumb rn. the mother/exwife of the grandpa was the genius. nice theory. hyun woo will be carrying the familly for the next eps im telling u... Kim Soo-hyun Suspects Park Sung-hoon’s True Intentions

What. An. Episode! This episode is probably the best one so far! From Song Joong-ki’s surprise guest appearance to the lore of Eun-sung and Sol-hee, we were thoroughly entertained! This episode also showed us how our two main characters loved each other to no end. Their dedication to protecting each other is absolutely delightful to watch. Song Joong-ki as Vincenzo takes the cake as he brings back his iconic character in the best way possible. It was a beautiful refresher to see him back on-screen again. Kim Soo-hyun continues to wow us with his acting skills as he shows another side of himself – the calculative attorney. Hyun-woo’s need to protect Hae-in also extends to her family, even if it means to be humiliated by them. Kim Ji-won as Hong Hae-in is one of the best K-drama decisions as she shows her emotions extremely well for someone who pretends to be calculative and cunning. From walking around to see how Hyun-woo lives his day-to-day life to having his back even when he is not around – she is surely one smitten kitten!
