So It is finally here ! I am sure every fan of Rurouni Kenshin was dying for this part especially since the previous one ended like that xD I had honestly very high expectations of this movie ! especially the fact that I LOVED parent story &sequel so much ! I did love this one but not as much as the previous ones ehhhmm I mean it is great !! but it read more feels a little bit rushed maybe ???

HOWEVER *****the sword scenes in this one are the best no doubt ! *****As usual Sato is just amazing his acting is perfect as always same for the other cast I was so happy with all of them ^^
****The music
hehe
NOW ! I had complained so much about the music in the previous part but here I have no complains at all it was so beautiful and exciting it reminded me of an anime called * Hakuiki shinsengumi kitan* really good job done on the music this time!
Well since I watched this with the *crappy* subtitles I am sure I will be re-watching it when the accurate subs are out ... I am sure it will be way more enjoyable and who knows ??? maybe I will like it better then 1 & 2 !! you know how can subs change the entire story !

Overall it is an amazing movie and you must watch it .. well defiantly after you watch the parent story and sequel ^^

Where should I start?! As one big fan of Rurouni Kenshin I was kinda pissed off on the end of Kyoto Inferno because I had to wait for this part.

But it was worth waiting for sure !

I like everything about Rurouni Kenshin stories, especially this part. While watching the movie I was constantly smiling, crying and even jumping around and hitting my dad accidentally, cuz I was so excited.

All casts were highly read more professional. Sato Takeru showed his great acting skills as always and even succeed to made me cry at once. His moves and actually, fight scenes all in all were so dynamic followed with great music! From the first part I loved Hiten by Naoki Sato because this song is so beautifully embedded into scenes and so do it happened again, embedded sooooo good into scenes making me have chills every time I heard it.

One big surprise for me was Kamiki Ryunosuke as one of Shisio's loyal servant Soujiro Seta. To be honest I wasn't expecting so much of him in this movie, but he totally threw me in sweet torment while watching him as a great slayer. And I have to say that he was so likable to me just from when I first saw him in Kyoto Inferno.
As I said all casts were amazing but these two gave me the most excitement.

Oh yeah I forgot one more - Eguchi Yosuke. Oh Gosh I loveee him. His acting was so fascinating and his acting skills are perfect OMG *Q*

I'm gonna rewatch this movie for sure but it always gives me so many feels so I'm afraid I can't survive rewatching it lol

BUT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE (of course before watching this movie,be sure you already watched parent story and sequel)

I rated this 9/10...the earlier two I rated 10/10...The movie was great but seemed a bit rushed up...seems we all had too high expectations after the second movie's end...still I have not followed manga and anime part of this...so cannot really comment on its flaws...Yet this franchise was really beautiful and one of the finest franchise of live action movies...LOVE FOR RURONI KENSHIN AND WHOLE CAST FOR EXCELLENT ACTING!!!
Sato Takeru have really became one of my favorites...he is improving with every movie:-)

I just watch again the OVA Trust & Betrayal its TIMELESS MASTERPIECE.But do you think it's better to make the live adaptation of Kenshin past life. Its Bloody,Dark and has Tragic Love Story.

i have to agree with one of the comments below to make it into drama series. it would be nice to see the development of characters and plot because in movies u have to cut to the chase. u have no time explain in depth some points. nevertheless, i still love the movie!

Rurouni Kenshin is the best anime (manga) ever made. Nuff said.
Having said that, all 3 movies beautifully describe good part of the story especially the fight scenes. So as hard core fan, I gave 9.5 to every part. Kudos!! <3

This is really really great! It's my first time watching Japanese Movie and this is super amazing. I love every action on this drama. The characters, plot, and actions just wow. Their acting was super b, also Kenshin and Kaoru's chemistry. I'm looking forward to watch them on another dramas/movies. Can anyone suggest some good Japanese movies too? Thank you.
