Same story line, two strangers who suddenly get involved and after that can't get away from each other.

Pregnancy due to a one night stand. Both are very good. similar feel. Personally i find WL better. Wont say why as will give spoilers but watch both and form your own opinion.

In both drama & movies the couple must adapt to married life and having a baby all of a sudden. Aarif Rahman Lee soooo adorable.

It's a really cute drama about a guy that is rich but really immature and a girl that is independent that meet and that have a one nightstand, cutest drama ever!!

Suk Chul Soo and Na Young Hee are a newly wedded couple with an age gap of 14 years. This is a drama that tells the story of a couple who just had a baby because of a one night stand. It will portray the modern generation's view on love and marriage as well as the responsibility of raising a child. Park Byung Ho was thoughtless and threw away his child for a better income and life who later regrets this and learns to love.

Satoh Aya is known in her company as the 'sticky woman', since she is covered in post-it notes detailing tasks she must complete for others. While she’s being taken advantage of, she never complains. This ordinary office worker ends up meeting Ichijo Kei, the young successor of a large corporation. He’s somewhat eager to marry, as his grandmother, the chairman, feels an heir is required. Destiny plays with Kei and Aya’s fate, allowing them to meet in an unexpected situation. And things get complicated really quickly.

On-board a cruise ship bound for the Bahamas, two people from separate worlds have a chance encounter, transforming them into one another's destiny. The mousy and unassertive admin assistant, Chen Jia Xin meets the handsome, educated, and charming Wang Xi Yi heir to a large toiletries conglomerate. Mistaken identities serve to complicate their impromptu one-night stand, which ensures further contact, once back on land.

Family pressures arise from the pregnancy that has Jia Xin agreeing to contract marriage with a divorce clause. The child once born, will remain with Xi Yi, who will marry the woman he loves, dancer, and long-time girlfriend, Shi Anna.

Meddling and miscommunication lead to a tragic event. A heart-broken Jia Xin runs away from her feelings and Xi Yi to Hungary where her friend and art broker Dylan is headquartered. Fate and a business deal will reunite Jia Xin and Xi Yi in Hungary. As their shared history and future possibilities converge it's as if they had never been apart.

Ami, a backpacker from Japan who is four years older than high school student Jimmy, shows up at his part-time job. The two end up spending the summer working at the same store, but Jimmy gradually develops a faint crush on Ami. The two of them grew closer as they rode motorcycles together at night and went to the movies, but suddenly, Ami decided to return to Japan. Ami proposes her "one promise" to Jimmy, who can't sort out his feelings. As time passes, Jimmy visits his parents' house for the first time in a while and finds a postcard that Ami sent him 18 years ago when she returned to Japan. Jimmy's memories of his first love come back to him, and he takes his first solo trip to Japan to confront his past and examine his present. Jimmy rides the train while listening to songs that remind him of his memories with Ami, and he heads to her hometown. Will Jimmy be able to reunite with Ami?

Three Dads, One Mom - After their friend dies, three guys reluctantly help his wife rise their child. After a while all three start to fall for both the baby and the mother. All in all it is a very funny and sweet drama.

They both have similar plots; the main woman has a one night stand and ends up pregnant. If you enjoyed One Night Stud because of the plot and mature humor then you will like One Night Surprise.

Yae, an unremarkable girl working in a café and living with a friend, finds herself unable to afford rent when her friend suddenly gets married, and she loses her job in the same day! It’s only when her boyfriend dumps her that she finally hits rock bottom.

She’s at her wits’ end when her childhood friend Takumi suddenly reappears into her life. Takumi suggests that Yae take on a part-time job as his “fake wife” for the next six months. So begins a “fake marriage” with a time limit. Unbeknownst to Yae, she was Takumi’s first love, even though she thinks of him as nothing more than a childhood friend. Takumi struggles awkwardly but earnestly to win Yae’s heart and find true love. Even though their marriage starts as a sham, will the day come when this couple can become something more?

Both are about the FL attending a party, getting drunk, and later trying to track down the man she was with that night, only to discover there's a handful of possibilities and she must figure out who it was. One merely involves a kiss, the other a pregnancy.
