Visual Kei in Dramaland
Take a look at these dramas and movies starring Japanese Visual Kei musicians turned actors.
Why do people usually choose K-dramas over J-dramas?
I want more drama buffs out there to stop what they're doing and look at Japan for a second, give it a chance.

This is one of the best dramas I have seen in a long time for several reasons.(I don't even ususally write reviews but I made an account just to rate and write this because this drama was so good)

This drama has everything: lovable chraracters, great humor, deep meaningful plot, interesting supernatural power usage, wonderful character development, cross dressing, love triangle and just completely entertaining from the beginning to the end!

If read more you are a fan of high school dramas this is a must watch, you will love this, I can't wait to rewatch this unsubbed once my Japanese is better

Probably the best japanese drama, i've seen in a long time, with ghosts, highschool problems, great acting, comedy, drag queens, stardom, and the personal monologues and advice of wisdom from the dead. LOVED IT! I can't think of a better cast, why hasn't Sato Shori, done more roles he's amazing, it beats kill me heal me, Jekyll and Hyde all the others where they've been possessed or have multiple personalities, and at read more times it's so heart wrenching, you feel for the Father and the Son, and at times hate their cocast who make it so awkward for either of them. Or then you love them for bringing them to theri senses. If anything I will always love that ending!

Similar in the fact that it also is a story about a father and son's consciousness switching. In Prime minister the father and the son have completely different personalities but both help each other to attain certain goals.

Both share the same story line, in Himitsu the mother died and then come back in her daughter's body.

I like it although some scenes are a bit too cheesy. The comedy is just hilarious!

First impression : Like, the story is telling you, "This hasn't have a good ending because we have a dead man and his soul, we put it on an alive body. So, watch it until the end, everything is being perfect! But you will cry at the end! Ta-da~"

The plot doesn't appeal to me at all, but I'm giving this a try anyway. Only because it's you, Nojima-sama. Only because it's you.

I love that the soundtrack for this drama is the instrumental version of "Outkast - Hey ya" haha

It was a very good drama! But it didn't have the end I wanted... I wanted the father to stay alive and end up with Sachi...

Does anyone know the name of the actor who plays 'Ichiro-san', the pottery teacher that likes the mother?

Another great drama by Nojima Shinji! Even when he takes on teen dramas like this he makes them good! I enjoyed 49. The short episodes made it easy to watch. The concept was interesting and well done. And it was fun to watch. I would recommend it to someone who needs a short light watch that has some warmth to it.
