Na Ae Ra is the prettiest girl in her town. Many guys around her try to win her heart but she dreams of marrying a civil servant. One day she meets dorky Cha Jung Woo who is preparing for civil service exams. They fall for each other and eventually marry. Her dream of living happily ever after is short-lived when her husband announces that he quit his job and wants to go into business. She supports him throughout the years by working herself to her bone while he coded software in a basement and failed to find investors. When she could no longer take it, she decided she wanted a divorce. She is still juggling jobs years later, to repay the debt she accrued while supporting her husband. She feels life is unfair when she finds out that her husband's business is a success and made him rich. Wanting to even the score, she joins his company as an intern. Thus begins a cat and dog quarrel between ex-husband and wife, who hurt each other, but can’t seem to get over one another.

Both dramas' male leads are computer genius and CEO/founders of an IT firm.

It's about married couple who broke up and then fall in love with each other again. Also the main lead is a dork weirdo yet so loveable and charming. You'll love this!

Cunning Single Lady is a romcom and funny while Temptation of Wife belongs to the family tragedy genre? Not really similar but both seek revenge on their husbands and funny fact the later one was mentioned/parodied in CSL-

Both were married and meet each other years later
Didn’t appreciate each other
Miscommunication
Both are cold ML who act indifferent
FL ends up working with ex husband as her superior
Both couples still care for each other but act like they don’t

Same plot but in CSL it revolves around a business environment while HaCoY it’s medical

Premiss is the same. Both dramas revolve around a divorced couple that end up working with each other again.

Both dramas' male leads had an important change in their lives after being left by the girl they loved (whatever the reason). In "Hi My Sweetheart" he stopped being a dork/clumsy boy, while the male lead of "Cunning Single Lady" became a successful CEO.

Although the stories are some what different from each other. Both dramas have the same male and female leads.

Both kdrama talk about divorcee who meet again. Both makes you changed your mind about what you thought at the beginning. Both of the male lead have puppy love for the female lead.

Similar reason to divorce much loved husband. Joins his company for revenge once he's successful but the old flames of
passion are reignited. Gets a lot of satisfaction through work environment. Co-worker who falls madly in love with her etc.

Both Male Leads act a lot alike. Also they both go back and forth between love and hate relationship.

The premise is the same. A couple for some reason or another breaks up and then the man starts a business and becomes successful. The woman then begins working at the company and the exes have to interact and come to terms with things from their past. The main difference is that Cunning has a way more light hearted feel and there are more funny moments.

Yae, an unremarkable girl working in a café and living with a friend, finds herself unable to afford rent when her friend suddenly gets married, and she loses her job in the same day! It’s only when her boyfriend dumps her that she finally hits rock bottom.

She’s at her wits’ end when her childhood friend Takumi suddenly reappears into her life. Takumi suggests that Yae take on a part-time job as his “fake wife” for the next six months. He has his reasons for wanting people to think he’s married. Yae has no other choice but to accept his proposal, and in return receives housing and living expenses for playing the role of his “fake wife.”

So begins a “fake marriage” with a time limit. Unbeknownst to Yae, she was Takumi’s first love, even though she thinks of him as nothing more than a childhood friend. Takumi struggles awkwardly but earnestly to win Yae’s heart and find true love. Even though their marriage starts as a sham, will the day come when this couple can become something more?

Both FL are hard working, smart and deep down very nice, but they come accross as ambitious and disingenuous. They're willing to be the bad guy if it can help their ex move on. In both drama, they are in a love triangle between a hardworking guy and his younger "brother" who is a heir, which makes the guy's relationship harder. In both shows the FL is humble and determined, willing to take crap from her superiors, but she also knows when to stand up for herself.
