Em ambos os dramas os protagonistas foram abandonados. Também se assemelham na forma como o segredo foi passado, que os pais morreram .

both dramas deals with personal growth of the female lead from being a spoiled brat to become a mature and decent person... and a male lead that protects her

Although the genres are different, the center of conflict in both dramas is the possession of the Hotel due to the death of the rightful owner. The dramas show the hard life of a true hotelier who leaves everything aside to serve guests, but mostly shows the dilemmas faced by main characters in their private lives as they struggle to the survival of the hotel and their happiness.

Both dramas are based on hotel settings.
In Hotel King, the female lead is the heir of the hotel.
In both dramas FL and ML work together at the hotel.
Hotel King is more dramatic than King the Land.
Curiously, the word "King" is present in both dramas, and the hotel name in King the Land is "King Hotel", the inverse of Hotel King. Any hidden reason? I don't know.
