Jeon Jong Seo receives offer to star in the upcoming K-drama "Genie House"
Kim Seon Ho and Girls’ Generation's Im Yoon Ah will be working together again.
It was announced on September 13th that Kim Seon Ho and Im Yoon Ah will be the main leads of the upcoming movie "2 O'Clock Date." The movie will be handled by production company Oeyunaegang. Director Lee Sang Geun of the movie "Exit" will direct the movie.
"2 O'Clock Date" is a romantic comedy film that will narrate the encounters between two neighbors. The woman who lives downstairs who has a big secret and a man who lives on the above floor.
This will be the first screen project for Kim Seon Ho and Im Yoon Ah. The two had explosive chemistry when they worked together as MCs on the 2020 MBC Music Festival.
This movie will be Kim Seon Ho's big-screen debut. Meanwhile, This will be the reunion movie of Im Yoon Ah and director Lee Sang Geun. They first worked for the movie "Exit" with Jo Jung Suk.
"2 O'Clock Date" will reportedly begin filming in March next year. The release date of the movie is yet to be confirmed.
Kim Seon Ho currently stars in the high rating drama "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" along with Shin Min Ah, Lee Sang Yi, In Gyo Jin, Jo Han Chul, Lee Bong Ryun, and more. He is also a regular member of the variety program "2 Days & 1 Night Season 4."
Just this month, Kim Seon Ho was also offered to star in another movie titled "Sad Tropical." But the actor first confirmed his casting for the movie "2 O'Clock Date."
Meanwhile, Im Yoon Ah will have several upcoming releases. The idol actress is set to star in the 2022 drama "Big Mouth" with Lee Jong Suk. Aside from "2 O'Clock Date," she will also star in the upcoming movies "Happy New Year" with Han Ji Min, Lee Dong Wook, Kang Ha Neul, and more, and "Confidential Assignment 2: International" with Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin.
