Jeon Jong Seo receives offer to star in the upcoming K-drama "Genie House"
Lee Ji Ah and Kang Ki Young are confirmed to lead the upcoming K-drama Great Problem Solver (working title).
Media outlets reported on July 5 that Lee Ji Ah will be working with Kang Ki Young next in a new revenge K-drama titled Great Problem Solver.
The upcoming JTBC K-drama will be the collaboration work of director Park Jin Seok and writer Jung Hee Sun. It will be produced by How Pictures, Drama House, and SLL.
Great Problem Solver will showcase how a top company creates solutions to punish bad spouses. The company is number one in Korea as a problem solver for their clients' problematic marriage lives.
There are no other details yet revealed about the upcoming K-drama. There were also no reports yet on which actors will join Lee Ji Ah and Kang Ki Young in the upcoming K-drama.
Great Problem Solver will exclusively air on the JTBC channel.
Lee Ji Ah will play the role of Kim Sa Ra. She is the team leader of the divorce settlement company named Solution. Kim Sa Ra was a daughter-in-law of Korea's top law firm but after she was beaten by her husband, she decided to be part of a divorce settlement company that helps and punishes bad spouses with their customized solutions.
Kang Ki Young will play the role of Dong Ki Joon. She is Kim Sa Ra's business partner and an advisory lawyer in the company Solution. While he was a prosecutor, he is known as "Sheperd" for his extraordinary intuition. He also had the highest prosecution rate in the Southwestern District Prosecutors’ Office. For an unknown reason, he steps down from his position.
As the two work together in the cases, Kim Sa Ra and Dong Ki Joon will get close creating a romantic tension.
