tvN's upcoming epic, Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon, revealed a poster featuring Shin Se Kyung and Kim Ok Bin

With the screenplay written by Kim Young Hyun and Park Sang Yeon and directed by Kim Kwang Shik

Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon is the upcoming installment of the Arthdal Chronicles series. It takes place in the mythical land of Arth, where the fate of its people is shaped by the wielder of the sword.

The drama tells the story of the intertwined destinies of Ta Gon (Jang Dong Gun), Eun Seom (Lee Joon Gi), Tan Ya (Shin Se Kyung), and Tae Al Ha (Kim Ok Bin).

The latest poster features Tan Ya (Shin Se Kyung), the high priestess of Arthdal, and the influential and cunning politician Tae Al Ha (Kim Ok Bin).

The second striking poster showcases the grandeur of Arthdal City. Amidst the bustling throng, Tan Ya and Tae Al Ha stand locked in an intense confrontation. Their fierce gazes speak volumes, hinting at an impending war.

Both of them are respected and feared by the people for different reasons. Tan Ya, a compassionate and religious leader, tends to her people with care. In stark contrast, Tae Al Ha emerges as a cunning politician, wielding her authority selfishly, standing as the polar opposite of Tan Ya with her distinct convictions.

The visual composition, divided between black and white, highlights the clear dichotomy among the encircling crowd. The vigilant soldiers line up in regimented precision around Tae Al Ha, while an entourage of priests and commoners, united beyond the bounds of societal hierarchy, surround Tan Ya.

Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon is set to premiere on September 9th, on Disney+.
