"Hospital Playlist" Kim Dae Myung joins Lee Je Hoon's new JTBC K-drama
The upcoming thriller K-drama The Perfect Family officially announces its main leads.
On August 28, it was officially confirmed that Kim Byung Chul, Yoon Se Ah, Park Ju Hyun, Lee Shi Woo, Choi Ye Bin, and Kim Myung Soo will be leading the upcoming K-drama The Perfect Family.
According to reports, the K-drama The Perfect Family will be holding a press conference on August 31 at the Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul at 11 AM. It will be attended by the production team and the main leads Kim Byung Chul, Yoon Se Ah, Park Ju Hyun, Lee Shi Woo, and Choi Ye Bin.
The Perfect Family will be directed by Japanese director Yukisada Isao who helmed the hit Japanese movie Crying Out Love, in the Center of the World. It will be produced by Seo Ju Wan and Victory Content.
The upcoming K-drama will tell the story of Choi Seon Hee and her seemingly perfect family. After her friend Kyung Ho dies, their family experiences different kinds of struggles. The upcoming K-drama will base its story on the webtoon of the same name by Nyangpa and illustrated by Joo Eun.
According to reports, The Perfect Family will begin filming this September and it will be released through a global OTT platform.
Kim Byung Chul and Yoon Se Ah will play the role of a married couple. Park Ju Hyun will play the role of Choi Seon Hee, their adopted daughter.
In the K-drama, Kim Byung Chul will portray as the famous lawyer at a large firm named Choi Jin Hyuk. He decided to be an ordinary lawyer instead of being a prosecutor to protect her adopted daughter.
Yoon Se Ah will play the role of Ha Eun Joo, a full-time housewife. She was the one who decided to adopt and raise a daughter after his son died in an unexpected accident. She will do everything just like her husband to protect their daughter.
Other casts include Choi Ye Bin as Lee Soo Yeon, Lee Shi Woo as Ji Hyun Woo, Yoon Sang Hyun as Choi Hyun Min, and Kim Myung Soo as Lee Sung Woo.
