He goes and check on her sometimes. I remember there is a scene where he is secretly observing her, and she fell in love with someone else so the main female lead and the second male lead were together. Seeing that she is happy with her life, the main lead walks away. While he was walking, a glass pane falls out of a window and he gets hurt. And a girl runs down to help them. And if I remember correctly, the glass pane girl and the main lead start to date.
