Moderator Help

Hello mods! On the feeds we sometimes get posts from people who are in crisis. I wanted to know if there is a help system in place for them. I've been DMing resources like crisis hotlines (based on the top five countries that have traffic to MDL), but I was wondering if it'd be possible for feed moderators to do this whenever it comes up on the feeds. Like if that could become a natural process of feed moderating to just have a list of resources ready to give people in crisis.
