Which Top and Bottom Drama From the User's Watchlist is similar to yours?

This is kind of similar to 

• Which drama from the above user's 'Last List Updates' would you pick? 
• Switch the ratings from the person's above Completed list 

But instead of picking the reverse, or just from the last list updates, let's pick the highest rated shows from the user that you also rate high. Then also pick the lowest rated shows from the user that you also rated low. The rate doesn't have to be the same number (if user gives it a 10 and your highest is only a 9, then that's a match/is fine)
