The first one popping up in my mind after reading this question is Yuuki. It is very inspiring in a way how it encourages you to live your life fully, loving others, valueing friendship and family and above all, always remaining cheerful and grateful even though life might be hard.

this one is really a inspiration, it really goes deep into prejudice and showing you that no matter who you are, you can do great things, & achieve anything, if you follow your heart, your dreams and never give up..
