Dramas With female Lead who dies or gets seriously ill?

So I'm one of those people who enjoys the death or pain of the female lead lol. In Kdramas it always seems to happen to male, so I get bored of it. So does anyone know any asian dramas where the girl gets stabbed or gets some serious disease or something, or she dies at the end?

Knowing that something bad will happen to the female lead can be an enormous spoiler though haha I also recommend 49 Days, it left a deep impression on me .
