Memory loss/early onset dementia

A few months ago I watched a drama that used the - familiar - trope of someone appearing to develop dementia at quite a young age. The person developing the condition was male and at one point he and the FL visit a historic Korean village and write their names on a wall. Does anyone know which drama this is?
